Since Captain Nathan had to make sure the first day of each student present had started well, we both decided that we'll go on the shores on Thursday.

So today is Thursday and am awake as early as six. This is only happening because Sophia kept an alarm on both our phones or else I will have been dosing till 9:00 am.

I quickly went to the bathroom and took a long warm bath, brushed my teeth and walked to the closest to find myself a suitable clothe for my first day on my project. I picked up a black cotton pipe jeans with a white shirt that had black buttons. I tucked in the shirt and put on a black jacket as well. I went to the dressing mirror and brushed my hair and pulled it up into a ponytail.  I went back to the closest and picked my favorite black high heels that weren't too heeled, just two inches and picked up a silver wrist watch to go with the long sleeves of my suit jacket. I looked myself in the mirror and am mouth dropped. The reflection that I was witnessing wasn't mine at all. That was the person whom both my parents have been wishing to see for ages now. Am sure had they seen me, their eyes will be watery as there dream was almost coming true.

I went back to the room and found Sophia still sleeping. I shacked her thoroughly because am sure she emphasized the fact that she wanted to come along with me. She looked up in those sleepy eyes of hers and she immediately jumped out of bed saying in a low voice, "Jesus Christ on my bicycle! Pinky is that you? You look amazingly beautiful beyond words can explain!"

"Enough of all the drama get up and get ready quickly. Am in the study room. Come get me there when you are done." I patted on her shoulder and went into the study room after I made sure she was already in the bathroom.

I double checked my schedule and took the copy I had made last night with me. I checked the emails from the offices I had to visit today since I couldn't make it on Monday, I decided to email them and ask for the opportunity to market their organizations. I was waiting for approvals. So I was glad that all three clients gave their approvals. Because my dad always told me to be one step ahead, I had already prepared a sample pamphlet for one of the clients, and for the remaining two, i prepared my CV and some questionnaire that would help me get information. I packed my laptop, the CV, my performance graph, a copy of my schedule, my flash drive which had the pamphlet and questionnaire in soft copy. Just as I was about to go back to check on Sophia, she called for me and told me that she was ready.

We went downstairs and found the Captains and Mohan seated on the dinning table. We joined them.

"Good morning,"I greeted everyone present as I made my way to my usual chair.

"Good morning Pinky. You look amazing today. Wish you good luck." Captain Natasha said which I replied with a thanks.

After seven minutes, I have been counting each passing minute on my watch, Jane and Ajit come over to serve us breakfast. I had a mug of coffee with toast and eggs while the rest had thier own food as they wished. I checked my watch again as I took the last seep of my coffee and saw it was already eight.

We left the five of us that is I, the couple Captains, Sophia and Mohan. Mohan was supposed to be doing his protect supervision of the Nathan as Natasha would join me and Sophia in my project. It took us almost half an hour before reaching the main land. We then shacked hands and parted ways.

The first place we visited was a printing shop. I printed ten copies of the pamphlet and five copies of my CV adding with five copies of the questionnaire. We then headed to my first client. I was walking in the middle and Natasha on my left and Sophia on my right as I held my laptop but in my right hand.

At the venue of the interview, I found a tap open as water was just running. I wanted to close it but Sophia said, "oh c'mon let's mind what brought us here. And let the gardener do his work with the water. I had taken a few steps away but then I remembered the time my family was facing problem and we were bankrupt and so many bills pilling up, dad had advised us to use water only yo our need and stop wasting it so I went back and closed the tap. We arrived at the reception and she took my name and told us that the interview will be held upstairs at the conference room which she gave us directions. At the stairs the lights were on and there was clear sunlight such that no one needed to use the lights. I went over to the sockets trying to put in and off searching for the switch to turn off the lights at the staircase till I got it and switched off the light. Then we made our way to the conference room.

I knocked at the door and waited for permission to get inside. When finally I was asked to get in, I stood in front of three men and a lady who all seemed to be well educated and had high positions in this place. I said my greetings in good morning sir and madame. They replied and asked me to take a sit across them as Natasha and Sophia were also allowed in the room but were told to sit at the far end. They asked me about my project and it was my turn to explain myself, " hello once again. Am Pinky from Greenland university. We have been sent to carry out projects on our different career. Mine will be business marketing and advertising. I will have to get a chance to market at least eight different institutions and they will have to talk to my senior over there, Captain Natasha," I pointed to her as she nods, "and she will tell you of a confidential letter that has to be written and sent to my campus. If three quarters of the total letters written show that I had a great work done, the university will go through with my graduation. And as for my performance on business marketing and advertising, here are the reports of since I began the course," I handed over my graphs to the three officials and then waited for their feedback.

It took them about fifteen minutes discussing to themselves then one on the two men began talking,"we have listened to you and checked your reports, they all give us a hope that you'll do a pleasant job here. We were waiting for you to come while we were checking the CCTV footage, we always do these two things to check the intelligence of our interviewee and wow you've passed it. You definitely closed the running tao and switched the lights off at the stairs and your representation was great. We've decided to allow you to do the marketing and advertising of our institution for your project. You may go to the receptionist downstairs for any information you'll need and anya assistance."

"Thanks you so much for trusting me with this golden opportunity to serve you and your institution." I stood up, stretched my suit and shacked hands with all of them. Then I picked up my laptop bag and went out of the room as Natasha and Sophia follow me out. Then I went to the receptionist and asked for all the necessary information i already had written down and I was recording it as she answered each question. She asked Natasha and Sophia to take a seat as she took me around the offices of each official and I was taking photos of and recording the labels of the offices. She took me to the  warehouse that was in the underground and I also took several pictures of there and we made our way back as she showed me each important place I asked to see. As we returned to her desk, she handed me a booklet which contained all the department workers' numbers and emails and told me to talk to them personally. The booklet also had the information about the establishment of the institution and how it has been run ever since. I thanked her and made my way out with Natasha and Sophia by my side.

When we were finally out of the compund of the institution, Sophia gave me a big tight hug as she started humming a song. " Oh my God! Oh my God! I've never seen it before today, how people are interviewed for jobs and you were very confident when answering back you seems to be like a real boss lady running a fucking multi billion dollars business empire in the conference room. Dear you've made me proud of you." And she finally let go of me in that tight hug, I was out of breath.

" Yes dear Sophia is right, you will make it big one day. I believe in you. When you were speaking to the bosses you were not only confident but also showed determination and need for success. I just knew it that you'll win today. You made me proud of you dear." Natasha said this as she gave me a side hug.

" Thank you so much the both. But you ought to remember that this is just the first place we've visited. We got to go to two more institution and convince them to give me a chance. I hope I get the chance and I know it will be hard and not a walk in the park but who said hard means immposible. I'm going to convince them for sure." I started walking again in that walk those boss ladies I've seen walk, with the suit in place and bag in the hand and the only thing you hear is the sound of the heels as I walked.
