"Sophia listen to me. When we reach home, I'll give Ajit this one box so that he can serve us tomorrow breakfast and you will go with this one box to our room I'll tell you what to do when am back in the room. You get it?" I asked Sophia who was really happy to carry a box full of cakes and cookies so she just nodded her head as we reached the Island so we alighted the boat and headed to the house on the rocks.

When we opened the door, everyone was sitting in the lounge room looking sleepy but I guessed they were waiting for us to come back safe and sound.

"We are home!!" Sophia shouted the moment she stepped into the house and everyone stood up and shook the sleep off them.

We moved towards them and everyone come over to hag me and they were like..."congrats Pinky" "you are the best" "you deserve it baby girl" "congratulations". I was shocked at first but then I understood that they were talking about my project.

"Thanks guys. How did you come to know about it?" I questioned them and they were all looking at Mohan who was laughing out loud like crazy.

"Oh so it's him. Betrayer!!" I accused him but he was still laughing. He double crossed us since we had agreed that no one will tell the rest about the project till we returned and we'll tell them by ourselves.

"Hey no!.... I... didn't betray you." He continued laughing and said, "see the fun. I saw you enjoy it. What would be the fun if we had to tell them now. I wanted them to surprise you. That all."

I went to him and hit his head softly and told him,"it's ok. I didn't mean it when I said betrayer. C'mon give me a hag too!" I hagged him and them turned to everyone, "good night everyone. Am off to bed am really tired of today's workout. Everyone said their good nights and headed to their rooms.

I entered my room and saw Sophia's jacket and shoes but I didn't see her. I closed the door, went to the bathroom and soaked myself in the bath tub for half an hour thinking about all of today's events. The activity of laying in the tub made me really sleepy so I bathed quickly, went to my closet picked up my pitch coloured pajamas and wire them before throwing myself in the bed.
I was almost asleep when I remembered Sophia so I forced my sleepy eyes open to look for her. I didn't see her around. I stretched my hand and picked up my phone from the night stand and checked the time and it was ten thirty and she wasn't in the room, I wondered where she could be at this time of the night. I slowly drifted off to my slumber land again. Hardly had I slept when I heard a moan come from the studying room. I rushed in there only to find Sophia sitting in one corner of the room with the box that I was given by ma'am Asya.

"Hey Sophia that's my box!"

"Can't we share it?"

"Oh yes we can! But why are you having the contents alone?!!"

"Hey. Just stay quiet. Don't shout. It's late at night. And don't worry. Just go to bed. I'll leave something for you too."

"Like seriously Sophia. Are you that heartless?! Didn't you see how hard I worked today till I got that box!!"

She stood up this time and said, "oh c'mon! What hard work did you do? All of us worked today even though it wasn't our project and you say you are the only one who worked hard!"

"Jeez Sophia. I didn't say am the only one who worked. I know you all helped me out. But you know what I had to do? I went all over that town like a lunatic distributing the flyers. I was tired like hell. I faced all kind of responses, some people even chased me out of their stores others claimed to call the police if I didn't leave them. And what did you do huh?"

"You are the heartless one. Not me! You went city strolling and roamed in the stores and shops in town with those boys. Then you were flirting with that man in a black suit. What's his name again?"

" Evans."

"Yeah the same! How did you know him if not flirting with strangers in an unknown town. Shameless girl! You ask me what I did? You know what happened to me when you sent me to the manufacturing site to get all the contents you needed when you yourself went to a shopping centre and roamed the city!! Disgusting! You call yourself a saint when you aren't even close to that!"

"Sophia mind your words! You shouldn't accuse me of anything when you don't even know what's happening. You want to know how I knew Evans? He's the owner of a printing store. He really helped me out. He designed the flyers and also offered me his friends to distribute the flyers with me. He's just a friend I met today for goodness sake Sophia! I have no interest in him. And I didn't go city strolling!! I went to distribute the flyers and ask people to attend the sales tonight! What a dirty mind! Phew!"

"And you think I'll buy that lie? Who in the world would do those things for a stranger? You say he even designed you the flyers and gave his friends to a stranger! What a joke. Hahahhaha. And please stop calling me dirt when that's your characteristic!"

"I've heard enough of all this! You did something wrong and to make up for it you accuse me of all sorts of things! You are the one who's wrong. You should have asked me for that box. Not hide yourself in here and eat alone. That's awful of you! And tired and don't want to fight with a mentally unstable at this hour. You might make me crazy like yourself." With that said, I had closed the debate so I went to my side of the bed and quickly slept removing all the negativity that would affect my brain.

I heard my alarm ringing so I stretched my hand and switched it off. I sat up leaning of the board behind my bed. I looked around and saw that Sophia was missing. Just then yesterday's events rushed in my mind. I stood up and went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and put on some presentable clothes not minding where the crazy girl went to.

After putting on my black leggings and my white over size baggy jumper on top of my  superggeti, I choose my white Nike sport shoes and tied my hair into a ponytail and run a lip gloss and a light blusher on my cheeks and went downstairs.

There was no one downstairs, I guess they slept late yesterday so I decided to take a stroll outside. I put on the hood of my white baggy jumper and went outside. I walked around, climbing the rocks, I went over to see the house that belongs to the captains and saw that it was broken but when some effort is put, the house will be alright. Then I saw a light house which wasn't that tall and had it's ladder. So I climbed up there to get the view of the ocean. When I was up there I saw Sneha. She was seated on a bench up there so I sat besides her and said, "good morning Sneha" she just  nodded her head to acknowledge me then continued to do her counting and recording. I kept quiet not to interrupt her and focused on the view I was seeing in front of me. I could see the vast ocean and some rocks that were raised. I took out my phone and took some pics and then I saw a binacular on the bench so I took and viewed further into the ocean. I saw dolphins jumping from one spot to another. It was so amazing to see that. I relaxed a lot up there and finally Sneha spoke.

"Hey Pinky. I am sorry I couldn't answer you then. I was doing the daily stats of the fishes species. What are you here for?"

"Oh it's ok. I understood that I would be interrupting you. I was actually just doing a morning walk on this little Island so I ended up here. It's so nice. I really enjoyed it."

"Yeah it's nice and peaceful. I usually come here every morning. I love spending serene time. It helps me meditate or something like that you know. But I think it's time we go inside now." I just nodded my head and started climbing down the ladder. As she follows behind me with her equipments. Then we went through all the rocks climbing them and we went back inside and find the rest are now awake and are downstairs sitting at their respective chairs in the dinning table. We washed out hands and face then took our respective position.

"Hey everyone! how was the night?" I greeted as I sat down. They all responded but then I noticed that Sophia was missing here too. My heart started racing. Where is she?

"Anyone who saw Sophia today?"

"Yeah I saw her sleeping on the rocking chair in the study room out there so I wake her up to ask in everything was ok but she started crying and run to her room. I tried knocking but she won't open. Is everything ok with her Pinky? What happened to her last night?"

I stood up not ready to answer any question and said, "I'll be back." Then I rushed upstairs to our room and knocked it so hard that my knuckles started whitening. Then she finally opened up the door.

She saw looking scary. She had large red eyes with blood shot clearly visible. Under her eyes were large eye bags. Her hair was in a total mess. I entered the room past her and pulled her hand taking her away from the door as I closed it. I took her to the mirror and asked her, "what's this scary face for? What do you want to prove to the rest huh?"  I didn't want to hurt her more since I knew this is happening partly my fault. I should have controlled myself last night. So I wanted her to react.

"Am not in the mood to fight right now. Come back later maybe." She answered not even looking at me nor at the mirror. Her voice was more of a whisper. I didn't take that as an answer nor a cue to leave.

"So you are in the mood for what? Singing, dancing, eating, laughing and joking around or sleeping coz your face says you really need it!"

She just looked at me without a word. It really ached me to see her like that. I know she said hurtful things to me last night but we need to settle down our differences. So I just took her and made her sit on the bed and she just looked at me.

"Why are you so low? Ok I know it's my fault dear. I shouldn't have said all those crazy things. I know you too worked for the success of my project. I should have appreciated it instead of having all the credits to myself. I'm sorry please find it in you to forgive me."

She looked at me and let her head lay back at the board of the bed. She looked up at the ceiling board and didn't say anything. She was thinking deeply coz she didn't even blink. Then all of a sudden she looked up at me and said, "I guess it's my fault too. I should have talked with respect. Anger got the best of me and I accused you of crazy things. I know how it feels to be called those kind of things but I don't know why I said all that. And hahaha I think you are right, I am crazy when I get these sweet things. See how I behaved last night. We shared the responsibility when doing the project then we should have shared the cakes and cookies but I was greedy and wanted all to myself. Am sorry Pinky." She come over to me and hagged me and I wrapped my hands around her and we stayed in that hag for sometime.

" We should do something to that scary face of yours and go downstairs and have breakfast, you remember what we told Ajit to serve us for breakfast, then you could just sleep and rest I can see the eye bags." She laughed and stood up and went to the dressing mirror. She did her magic and in five minutes we were on our way downstairs to have breakfast.
