Before she could say anything,her dormitory door was opened and a string of footsteps gradually approached her.

Then, a pair of clean leather shoes appeared in Aaradhya’s field of vision.

“Aadhya”

The low voice full of rhythm sounded before her..

She raised her head, and her gaze collided with a pair of cold onyx eyes.

Aaradhya: “Abhi?! Why are you back??”

She couldn't tell whether it was a pleasant surprise or astonishment. In short, at the moment when she saw Abhinav, Aaradhya suddenly had the urge to hug him.

Then she did so.

Abhinav used both hands to encircle the part above her waist, then they came close to each other.

Abhinav hugged her close and said, “Sorry for being late.”

After that moment, she was the first to feel worried: “Don’t you still have to go to Delhi? Coming back like this…..”

“It’s nothing important.” Abhinav interrupted her worries immediately, “The next trip could be cancelled.”

“Ah.” Aaradhya felt slightly better now.

This time it was Abhinav’s turn to ask: “How is your leg?”

“It’s okay, I'm all right now.”

“En”.

But Abhinav obviously didn't believe her words, so Aaradhya put her feet on ground and said, "See, there's nothing wrong with my foot.."

Abhinav made her sit on her bed and said seriously, "But your face turned white just now."

Aaradhya:"...."

Abhinav began to constrict his eyebrows: "It's obviously painful and there's cold sweat."

He just carefully touched her ankle where she might be injured, little by little, gently pressing, and then carefully asked her: "Where does it hurt here? here? or here?"

The hoarse and worrying voice reached her ears, so Aaradhya couldn't think much at all. She could only put all her consciousness on the other party's hand, and answered honestly: "It doesn't hurt, it doesn't hurt... Uh, It hurts a little bit."

This painful place was the part where there is a stretch of the tough bands of tissue.

Abhinav just picked up the phone and called Karthik's hospital to make an appointment.

Aaradhya quickly said: "I'm fine Abhi, I just sprained my ankle, I put ice compression and took pain killers...."

As Aaradhya said this, when she looked at Abhinav, she experienced his cold gaze.

But the cold and fierce Abhi raised his hand at the moment she looked at him, and gently wiped the sweat from her forehead.

Aaradhya originally didn't want to go to the hospital, because she felt it was nothing serious.

But Abhinav insisted that she had to go to the hospital to take an X-ray scan, so Aaradhya had to agree.

After she got to the hospital, she simply took an X-ray scan. As Aaradhya thought, she really hadn't injured the bone.

The doctor pointed to a certain part of the film and said: "At present, there are no signs of bone fracture. She had only hurt her tendons and ligaments. I suggest you go back to apply medicine and rest for a few days, stay in bed more, and reduce walking and sitting, and avoid any deterioration in the future."

Aaradhya nodded, indicating that she understood.

However, Abhinav, who usually said nothing, suddenly asked a lot of questions, including what kind of medicine to apply, frequency of application, whether to get a check-up afterwards, and the minimum number of days spent in bed to rest etc.

The doctor on duty seemed to have seen such an obtuse family member for the first time, but he knew what his identity was, and he was also intimidated by Abhinav's chilling aura, so he didn't dare to show the slightest impatience and answered in as much detail as he could.

After the examination and getting the medicine, from the hospital to the car,  Abhinav personally held her all the way.

After getting into the car, Abhinav held her in his embrace. Aaradhya said nothing and she just leaned in his warm embrace.

Abhinav suddenly called her when they were infront of her dormitory, "Precious.."

"Hm?" Aaradhya raised her head subconsciously.

Abhinav said, "Come home with me."

When Aaradhya heard this, "...come home?"

He could not set his mind at rest leaving Aaradhya by herself in the dormitory. Two months from now, they would be living together so it would be fine if they would do it earlier.

" I'll talk with Aakash Uncle (Aaradhya's father)."

"But.."

Abhinav buried his head in her neck, " Do you know how terrified I'm after knowing that someone attacked you? If you are away from me, I'll go crazy!!"

He sounded very pitiful, and Aaradhya don't know how to refuse him. She hugged him and rubbed his back.

"My luggage..."

"I'll pack them, wait here for me. I'll be back.." With that Abhinav got out of the car and headed towards her dormitory.

She felt that there were two words written on Abhinav's face right now. On his left cheek and on his right, stubborn.

She stopped arguing with him about it and after sometime Abhinav pulled her luggage out. The driver helped them load it into the car, and then they headed to Abhinav's villa.

After they got out of the car, Aaradhya was carried by the other party and placed directly on the bed.

Her foot started swelling at an impossibly quick speed. It looked quite terrifying.

Abhinav took seat at the end of bed and took her foot in his hands. Aaradhya couldn't see the other party's face as he lowered his head, applying medicine and can only gaze at his fluffy hair. She only felt that the other party applied the medicine too meticulously. This medicine had been applied for a long time.

The place touched by Abhinav's was a little itchy, with a bit of tingling sensation, inexplicably spread along the wound and the affected area.

After a while, Abhinav finally finished and straightened up. He said in a serious tone: "Precious..Don't get hurt, if you get hurt. I will feel bad."

Aaradhya didn't answer anything.

She even calculated the various probabilities that she might be injured in the future, and found that the probability of unconsciously getting a small injury in life was still too great, so she couldn’t make any promises at all.

Therefore, Aaradhya could only make a very standard promise “I will pay attention to it in the future.”

“Precious..”

Abhinav stared at her for a long time, and then said to her, “ I’m sorry.”

“Huh?” Aaradhya wondered why he suddenly apologized.

But there was no explanation from the other party. Abhinav silently tucked her in bed and lowered his head and naturally kissed Aaradhya on her forehead, " Get some rest, I'll be back in a minute."
