An hour later Aaradhya regained consciousness, she opened her eyes and found Abhi sitting beside her bed, holding her hand in his palms and looking at her with unknown emotions in his eyes.

Seeing that she was awake, Abhi helped her to sit ..."Aadhya, how do you feel now?Are you dizzy? Does your head still paining?"

Aadhya shook her head, saying" I'm okay."

Everyone was relieved. They were really shocked when she fell down.

He helped her to get some water,after she took a sip of water...Aadhya looked at him and asked," It was you, right?The little boy in my memories...who calls me 'Sunshine' , who asks me to play violin for him...the one who spoils me with chocolates whenever I asked, the one who gets my back whatever I do..the one in that old pictures..." The one that I'm always missing

Abhinav nodded his head.

Aadhya suddenly hugged him as tears rolled down on her cheeks.. Finally, I found you.. luckily I found you

Abhi was stunned for a moment.. after few seconds, he wrapped her in his arms and comforted her,"It's okay..I'm here.." whilst his hand gently patted her back.

His heart hurt, feeling her warm tears on his shoulder.

"I'm sorry" Aadhya withdrew, becoming embarrassed with all the eyes staring at her. Everyone in the room looked really worried about her.

" It's alright, you take rest for sometime..we will go back at evening," Abhi wiped her tears and tucked her in bed. After few minutes, Aadhya fell into slumber.

At evening, Abhi and Aadhya drove back towards her dormitory...while waiting in the traffic jam, Aadhya suddenly asked,

"Abhi, if I still didn't meet you, would you continue to wait?"

Abhinav was silent for a moment, before answering softly "Yes".

Sure enough, this would be his answer...

"So many years have passed, did it never cross your mind that we may never cross each other's path or maybe I will love someone and marry him?"

Abhi looked at her thoughtfully... " To be honest, I have never did thought of that."

Everyone in his family could see he couldn't forget her, so they didn't urge him to find a girlfriend.

Even if everyone says you won't return to me and won't remember me. I'll stubbornly stay right here. For fear that after I leave, you won't be able to find me when you return.

Is this what yearning is?May be it is my undying. burning love for you.

"But after all these years, what if I become different from your original impression of me?" Aadhya questioned.

Abhinav became depressed for a period of time. He felt so lonely. so frustrated, but without Aadhya, he could not simply stop his life. So he imagined that Aadhya was still there accompanying him. staying by his side... After that, he reached new heights in life but still waiting for her to come back as he promised in their childhood...'I promise, I will wait for you'

Whenever he thought of Aadhya. he could not restrain the sudden skipping of his heartbeat.This heartbeat, except for Aadhya, no one else has ever made him feel so.

In this way, unconsciously, all these years had passed, and then he met her again as his student. The moment he know Aadhya was the 'Sunshine' he's waiting for, Abhi's feelings can't be explained... Finally found the person he was waiting for...

"Why should it be a problem? You are you, whatever person you have become, I wouldn't care, you are still my 'Sunshine'." Abhi replied gently.

His reply, somehow made Aadhya feel flattered,and her thoughts of whether he like her or not, had become meaningless.

So what if he didn't love her, her love is enough for both of them.

Abhi stopped his car downstairs at Aadhya's dormitory, Aadhya unbuckled her seatbelt. Abhi stopped her before she open the door and said "I won't be attending classes for few days.."

"Why?"

"Have to go on a business trip,I will be back in a few days..."

"Umm...then take care of yourself."

"Hm..call me when you need anything," Abhi ruffled her hair.

Aadhya nodded her head, "Drive safe on the road, I'll go in now."

Abhi nodded and looked at her gently with his onxy orbs. Her concern for him warmed his heart.The warm feeling circled his chest, lingering and expanding.

"Text me when you reach home," with that Aadhya bid her bye then she turned around to open the car door and got down from the car.

Abhi started his car and left only after he saw her open the window of her room.

After half an hour, Aadhya received call from Abhinav...

"Hello.."

"Have reached home.."

"Um.."

"Don't stay up late, go to bed early."

"Hm..good night."

"Good night.." with that Abhi hung up the call.

Before Aadhya went to bed, she send a picture to her brother Anirudh and asked him to help her, find the whereabouts of the person in that picture.

It's been two days since Abhi left for his trip, Aadhya was missing him badly however she didn't dare to call him...afraid that she may disturb his work.

On the third day evening after her last class, Aadhya received the call from Abhinav..

"Hello.."

"Missing me..", Abhi teased her.

Aadhya nodded her head.

Abhi: "You know, I can't know if you nod your head without speaking."

Aadhya blushed and said,"Umm.."

"Then why didn't you give me a call in last two days," Abhi questioned.

"I'm afraid that it will disturb your work," Aadhya murmured.

"I like it..."

"Huh..??"

"I like it when you take lead to call me without any particular reason...past two days I'm waiting for your call," Abhi said with a quiet low voice.

A hug means...I need you, A kiss means...I love you, A call means...I miss you

Aadhya's heart skipped a beat hearing his husky voice. After few minutes of talking Abhi hung up the call saying he will be back in three days.

On Friday, it was already past 2:00 p.m. when Aadhya returned to the dormitory after she had lunch with Keerthi and her other roommates.

While they were walking towards the stairs, talking about the latest entertainment gossip,the dorm warden stopped Aadhya and handed her an envelope saying some delivery man delivered it when she was in her class.

Aadhya received the envelope and signed her name, " Thank you."

After they entered their room, they browsed the web and relaxed for a while since they had nothing to do.

Aadhya walked towards her desk and sat on the chair.She looked at the envelope which has no from address.She opened it thinking who might have sent this.

When Aadhya saw the pictures, her body froze.The pictures fell on the table.She tried to control her emotions but she could not stop.

She couldn't help but cry, tears slowly trickled down on her face...
