Frustrated from Aichi not telling me, I slammed the door.

Why didn't he tell me?

It's not like I can't be trusted.

A ring snapped me out of my thoughts.

"Mushimushi?"

"Is this Kai Toshiki?"

"Hai, speaking."

Kai slammed the door. I heard it since the impact was hard.

A few minutes later, I could hear him speaking.

"Hai, Speaking. Nani?! (What?!) But I never tried to enroll! Alright. Fine."

I wonder what was that about.

-Next Week-

Kai was bringing his backpack when he went out.

"Where are you going?" Aichi asked.

"None of your business." Kai replied coldly with matching icy glare.

"Is that it? I heard that you're transferring schools." I said.

"So what? As if you care."

He said and went to who knows where.

I went to his table and saw a flyer.

First-Class University

Aqua Uni

Qualifications:

Maintaining Grade of 90 and Above
Good Moral and Conduct
Experienced For National Competitions

So he is really transferring schools.

I went to his room and saw that he brought almost everything with him. Almost everything.

Is this how our frienship broke? Finally then leaving without saying a word?

"Aichi, look here. Kai has left."

"Sure. Kai has le- wait, what?!" He said blankly but then he exclaimed.

"You've been a scholar here in Aqua Uni."

"Nani?! But I never enrolled!"

"Your high grades made us expect you here."

"Alright."

"Go here next week and start your schooling even if it's already halfway through first sem."

"Fine."

That's how I ended up here in Aqua University or Aqua Uni for short.

"Here is your dorm number and locker number." The lady gave me the keys. She already gave me my schedule.

I was walking to the lockers when I saw someone familiar. But when I glanced back, she's gone.

Do I really miss her that much?

I sighed and put most of my stuff inside the locker.

Kourin.... Aichi... I know that you'll never forgive me.

"Forget already, Kai!" I said mentally.

I closed my locker and headed for homeroom.

The professor was already there but it seems that I'm not yet late because it's timing that she just arrived.

"So we have a new student here. Introduce yourself."

"Watashi Kai Toshiki. Transferred from Miyaji University." I explained shortly.

I scanned the room and saw the most familliar crystal eyes. But I did not mind.
