After 3 rings she picked up..

" Where's your phone I'll call you so many times??" Nisha said angrily
" Relax...u forget?.. I'm in studio for recording.. it's just I silent my phone.."he said but still nervous..
" Rishi come City hospital..now" Nisha said..
" Nisha everything is ok??" He asked as hell nervous
" Yes... she's awake " Nisha said happily..

Rishi cut the call and instructed to driver take him city hospital..
He closed his eyes..

Anshikha you are awake.... finally..
I still remember that day when I saw you laid there cover in blood..

Akash comes closer Anshikha and cried..

Doctor : take her hospital now.. she's alive..
Police : Mr Khanna and Mr. Malhotra Arav is spot dead and for this blast his half body already flare up..

In City hospital..

Akash , Trisha , Roshni , Vikram and Rishi there..
Vikram arrange Best doctor
All are outside in Operation theater
It's been passed 3 hours..
Doctor comes outside
All rush towards him

Trisha : how's my daughter??
Doctor : she had a deep injury in Brain... it's Miracle that she's alive..but she's in goes coma...I don't want to give any fake hope... it's only 10% chance of her wake up ever...but we're trying our best and if she wakes up it can be possible she Lost her memory or she's lost her mental state... pray for her..

The car stopped and my thoughts breaks..
I rushed towards the hospital..
Trisha , Akash, Roshni , Nisha and Vikrant are there..
I comes there..

Nisha : doctor check her..and after that we can meet her..

We're waiting outside 30 mins..I saw Nisha and Vikrant..
Vikrant holds her hand..
It's really a different story how they are fall I love..

We are going inside the room..
She's sitting there..
I feel so nervous to talking to her.. I'll talk to her daily but after 4 years finally she's awake..
All comes near to hug her...
Trisha aunty Dadi and uncle both hug her and crying so much...
Anshikha didn't say anything..she just looking at them..
After them I come to close her and hug her...I don't know how many times I miss her hugs and kisses..

Doctor comes and give her injection..she falls asleep...I just standing there froze..she didn't remember anything??..she didn't remember me??

I take back steps and went from there..I come outside of hospital near in my car..
I can't believe...she didn't remember??..how could she didn't remember anything??..how can she forget me??.. how??

Tears fall down from my eyes unknowingly... I feel a hand in my shoulder..I take aback and hugged her..

Rishi : Nisha...she didn't remember me??.. how could she forget me??..how could she forget our love?? How??
Nisha : Rishi don't worry everything is going to be ok...
She made me look at her..
Nisha : listen Rishi... it's not necessary to remember her everything...and you know it before it's have 90% chance to lost her memory for her brain injury..and maybe she can forget everything..but she can't forget her love..she loves you..and it comes in her heart..

I wipes my tear... Yes she's right...she can erase our memories from her brain but she can't erase it from her heart..

Nisha : now com'on let's go inside..and don't worry I'll tell her.. that she loves this idiot Rishi..

I chuckled..
We come inside..
Doctor comes outside her room..

Doctor : I'm right...she didn't remember anything..not her name also..but make her understand everything and don't tell anything from which she can panicked again it's not good for her.. give her sometimes she will be fine..

After that doctor left..
We all decided that not to tell her about Arav or her brother died..and nothing which caused her tension..

Nisha and Vikrant left after some time.. Trisha aunty and Dadi also left as Anshikha still sleeping or here didn't allow more than two persons to stay..

Akash uncle and me are in her room waiting for her wake up..
Akash uncle had an important call he left..
I'm so tense already what to tell you about us..
