Today marks eight and a half months until Travis and Lexi become parents, but he had one more thing of business to take care of.

He was flying out to San Diego for TLC today and Lexi doesn't like the idea.

Alexa: Were going to be parents less than two weeks and you want to wrestle?

Travis: Well it's our job Lexi, if duty calls I go.

Alexa: Are you serious? Like I said Trav, were having a baby less than two weeks!

Travis: Lexi I'll be back tomorrow, I'm just filling in for Dean.

Alexa: What if you get hurt?

Travis: I'll be fine.

Alexa: Answer the question.

Travis: What if I get hurt? Then I have more time off to spend with you.

Alexa: That's a terrible reason to spend more time home, you could've just stayed with me, with us.

She put his hand on her stomach indicating she's proving a point.

Travis: Listen, I love you two very much, but I'm still going to TLC.

Alexa: Why?

Travis: Lexi it's my job, I was told to go so I have to go.

Alexa: No you don't, you have so much time off!

Travis: I'm still going tomorrow.

Alexa: I hate this.

She shut the door on him, leaving him outside the bedroom with the animals not knowing what to do or say right now.

Travis: Maybe she's right, I could get seriously injured and not be able to see the birth of our child.

He went downstairs to work out, he got a message from Liv.

Liv: You're leaving Lexi to wreslte tomorrow?

Travis: I'm just doing TLC and then I'm coming home.

Liv: That's not good, she really hates that idea.

Travis: I know that, we've been arguing all morning.

Liv: That's not good for her or the baby this close to her due date.

Travis: Liv why are you telling me things that I already know?

Liv: Because you clearly can't read the signs.

Travis: Alright, I'm going to work out.

He ignored her while he did his daily routine for whenever a big pay per view comes up.

Travis walked back upstairs to see Lexi standing there on the phone with someone.

He wondered who he was talking too and saw her crying, he walked up to her and touched her shoulder but she shrugged him off and shut the door.

Travis: She's really upset about this.

After about ten minutes, she walked back out and saw him sitting on the couch. He got up and tried to talk to her but she ignored him.

Travis: Ok what do you want me to do?

Alexa: mumbled* Stay.. home.

Travis: What?

Alexa: Stay home!

Travis: Lexi we're wrestlers, we have to work when they call.

Alexa: But Stephanie understands what were going through, she's a mother too!

Travis: Ok listen, I'm going to San Diego for TLC; Then I'm coming home, to be with you.

Alexa: Or you could just stay incase something happens.

Travis: We have two weeks, I'll be back tomorrow night.

Alexa: You know what, I don't care anymore. You do what you want to do, I'm not supporting this.

She then walked to the bathroom to shower.

Trav paced back and forth thinking if he was going the right thing.

Later that night*

Travis made dinner for the both of them, he laid out a candle light dinner on the back deck with roses leading a path to it.

Lexi walked out and saw it, she smiled a bit was still very pissed off at Travis. But she went along with it.

Both were sitting outside enjoying the food and listening to the music.

Travis: Is it good.

She shook her head.

Travis: Nice night.

She just looked at him.

Travis: Ok are you just going to ignore me?

She didn't answer him, so he waited until she moved.

Travis: Fine, I'll shut up and listen to the music.

He continued to eat while Lexi was just looking at him.

After they were done eating, he took there plates back and washed them while Lexi was still outside looking around.

Travis put on his trunks and walked outside to do some laps in the pool like he always does as his routine, he walked by Lexi who was on her phone looked to be texting The Riott Squad.

He walked in and did his laps, Lexi was just watching him as he went back and forth.

Travis completed his tenth lap and saw that Lexi was gone. She must have gone inside, but he then saw her walk out in a bathing suit and turn the hot tub down to 80°F.

He watched her change the music to something relaxing and get in, he continued to do a couple more laps.

After his twenty fifth lap, he got up and saw her head back relaxing.

Travis walked over and slowly got in with her to relax his muscles.

She knew he was in there with her but she didn't say anything to him.

Travis: So you're still ignoring me?

Lexi didnt say anything to him, he tried everything and gave up. He got up and walked back inside to change, Lexi walked inside a minute after him and changed before going to bed.

He walked into the bedroom and saw she was sleeping, after he stripped down and laid next to her.

Travis: I love you.

He kissed her goodnight and held her, she was waken up by his kiss and heard him.

The next day*

He got up and packed the car, ready for the airport he walked back inside and went to the bedroom, kissed his wife to be and left a note next to her.

Travis: I love you Lexi, I'll be back tonight.

He kicked the animals out to let her sleep before going to the airport.

An hour later*

Travis boarded his flight and sent Lexi a text before take off.

Trav: I love you so much baby, I'm sorry I left but I have to do this. I'll be back tonight.

He put his phone away and fell asleep while they took off.

Back home*

Lexi woke up to the buzzing of the text coming in, she saw that Travis left. She got upset but saw the note next to her and read it.

"Lex,

I know you're upset at me leaving, but it's what pays the bills. I'll be back home later tonight, I promise I'll make it up to you.

I love you so much babe.

Trav"

She smiled a bit, she knew how sweet he was for doing that.

Lexi got up to get ready for the day.

San Diego*

Travis landed and headed to the arena since he wasn't staying in a hotel, there he met up with Seth and Roman who already knew that plan for the TLC match.

All they had to do was wait for the main event, so he went to catering and met up with some of the superstars he hasn't seen in a long time.

He was sitting with some of the Smackdown roster until The Riott Squad walked up to him and pulled him away.

Ruby: What's wrong with you?

Travis: Excuse me?

Liv: You left your eight month pregnant wife to be for a TLC match, you're dumb as shit.

Travis: Well I don't know why you're talking, we haven't seen any of you three since we left RAW eight and a half months ago.

All three were quiet until he walked away to his locker room where he sat and waited since they killed his mood.

Main Event*

Travis, Roman and Seth were waiting in the stands. Travis dressed as he was in The Shield with the facemask and police vests.

This whole match was planned out perfectly to write off Travis again to spend time with Lexi and the baby.

As they heard Braun, Drew and Dolph's entrance, they waited for the radio call.

Sierra, Hotel, India, Echo, Lema, Delta, SHIELD.

The curtains moved away and all three walked throughout the stands down to ths ring.

All six of the men stood in the ring as they got announced, Seth and Dolph started it out first.

Throughout the match*

Travis was waiting to be tagged in, Roman hit the hot tag and Travis went for the comeback but was denied by Drew pretty quickly.

End of the match*

Everything was set up in the ring with two double stacked tables and two ladders next to each other.

Seth and Roman were going after Dolph and Drew until Travis went to jump off the ladder, but Braun pushed him off watching him crash down four tables.

Braun stood on top of him while Dolph and Drew held down Seth and Roman, he got the three count.

They went backstage which left Roman, Seth and Travis out at the ring. Trav got picked up by Seth and he lost it, started to beat down Seth leaving him in the middle.

He slid out if the ring and got speared by Roman on the ramp, he hit his head really hard and just laid there as Roman and Seth walked backstage.

The trainers ran out to Travis and took him backstage, they inspected him and noticed a sign of a concussion.

Trainer: Well looks like you have a slight concussion, you'll be out for a couple months.

Travis: Okay, thanks doc.

He packed up after and headed to the airport.

After an hour he boarded his flight and headed home.

Back home*

Lexi watched his match and noticed his hard hit through the tables and when he got speared on the ramp.

She was disappointed because she told him not to leave or he'll get hurt.

1am*

She heard the door open and saw Travis walk in with his bag.

He didnt notice her until he turned on the light and saw her sitting on the couch.

Travis: Why are you still up?

She didn't answer him, all she did was stare at him. He knew something was up.

Travis: Are you still mad?

Alexa: I'm disappointed.

Travis: Why? That had to be match of the year.

Alexa: Well I got a text from the trainer telling me to watch over you since you now have a concussion.

Travis: That's nothing really.

Alexa: Whatever.

Travis: Common now

Alexa: But you had to get hurt

Travis: Didnt plan on getting hurt.

Alexa: Well if you would've listened to me, then you'd be back here without massive headaches.

Travis: Lexi, I went to San Diego so we could have extra pay. Were having a kid soon.

Alexa: We don't need extra money.

Travis: We don't but I was gonna use it for us.

She looked at him not knowing what he was going to say.

Travis: It was going to be so we could spend a little bit more on the wedding.

She looked up and smiled a bit at him, he then walked to her and hugged her.

Travis: Hey, all that matter is I'm home now, for good.

She smiled and he hugged her, kissed her and walked outside.

Travis: Did you turn down the hot tub again?

Alexa: I have too keep it at 70°F.

Travis: Fine by me, come join me.

She smiled and got changed, he stopped her and showed her that he went in his birthday suit.

Lexi walked to him and got undressed and joined him.

She sat next to Travis while he held her, they both watched the moon move around, they both saw a shooting star.

Travis: Make a wish.

Alexa: I don't have too.

She pulled him into a long intense kiss while he held her tighter.

Both got out after 30 minutes and walked back inside to head for bed.

After they both were wearing matching Marvel pajamas, Travis helped her into bed and laid next to her

He cuddled her while they talked for a couple minutes.

Alexa: So how long are you out now?

Travis: They gave me three months to train at the Performance Center with the new concussion protocol.

Alexa: Well good, you're not leaving until that three months is over.

Travis: Fine, I love you.

Alexa: I love you.

She kissed him and held his arm across her and fell asleep, he watched her sleep a bit and saw the baby kick. He held his hand there just feeling the little girl kick away, knowing that was making Lexi very uncomfortable.

After five minutes she stopped and he fell asleep holding Lexi.
