Travis woke up to the cries of Olivia, the clock read 3am. He was exhausted as he was nervous to see what was going to happen today as him and Lexi were testifying against Buddy.

He walked in to see his daughter sitting up yelling for him; so he reached over, picked her up and rocked her in the chair to calm her down.

She just wouldn't stop crying until Lexi walked in with a bottle, she grabbed Olivia from him and started to feed her.

Travis: You look.. beauti-

Alexa: You can say it.

Travis: Well you look like hell.

Alexa: I feel like it

Lexi sat down in the chair and softly sang to her while she ate.

Both saw there little girl slowly drift off to sleep.

Alexa: Ok, she's sleeping. Let's go back to bed.

She put her back to bed and Travis walked her into there bedroom and held her tight as both fell back asleep.

9am* alarm blared.

Travis slowly went over Lexi and slapped the snooze while she was still in a deep sleep.

He rolled back over and pulled her close and tried to fall asleep but couldn't.

Lexi woke up to Travis running his fingers through her hair, she turned over and saw his eyes closed but his hand was still moving.

Alexa: Babe?

Travis: Hm?

Alexa: Goodmorning.

Travis: M.. Morning.

She kissed him and he opened his eyes to see her smiling at him.

Travis: Why are you so happy?

Alexa: Because I can wake up next to you.

Travis: Well.. I love waking up next to you.

She kissed him again until he got up and took a shower, Lexi walked into Olivia's room as she was still sleeping.

20 minutes later*

Travis walked in to see Lexi and Olivia sleeping on there bed, he smiled and walked downstairs to make breakfast.

He heard her walk downstairs, after she sat down he felt little hands near his feet, he looked down and saw Olivia.

Travis: Come here you.

He picked her up and sat her in the highchair as they all ate, well almost everone.

Lexi had to clean up Olivia as she ate and played with her food.

2 hours later*

Lexi and Travis were dressed up as they headed to the courthouse downtown, they left Olivia with Finn and Bayley.

He walked her to the room hand and hand as she got nervous, he could feel her get goosebumps when they sat down in the courtroom.

Travis: You ok?

Alexa: I just get nervous seeing him, what he's done to us has scared me.

Travis: Don't worry babe, you got me.

She kissed him as the judge walked in.

Judge: You all maybe seated. Now we have the case of Buddy Murphy on counts of multiple counts of assault with boldly harm, breaking orders, breaking parole and destruction of property. How do you plead?

Attorney: Not Guilty.

During this time the lawyers were going back and forth until they called Travis to the stand, he was beaten with a black eye.

Bailiff: Do you order by here tell the truth and nothing but the truth?

Travis: Yes sir.

Bailiff: Proceed.

He sat down as the attorneys walked up one by one asking for his side of the story.

Lawyer: Please repeat what you recall happend a couple weeks ago regarding Mr. Murphy?

Travis: It was later in the day as my wife and I got back from the airport, we just sat down after putting our daughter to sleep and heard a knock at the door.

I got up to see who it was, opened the door to see Buddy standing there.

He asked to talk to us but I refused as I warned him about calling the police, he asked to just talk to me so I obliged and stood outside with him as he proceeded to apologize to what he's done to us in the past.

The guy I am hear him out and accept his apology to me, after that he asked to talk to my wife Lexi and I denied him from doing that.

He then got aggressive with me and tackled me through our front door, beating me in front of my family; I then call out to Lexi and tell her to call the police and keep Olivia safe.

He then gets up and walks to the bedroom door where there hiding, he kicks it in and my protective tactics kicked in and I grabbed him, threw him down and used my wrestling backround to keep his arm back.

He kept moving, trying to get out and I guess hurt us more which resulted in him getting his arm broken.

Five minutes later the police arrived.

Attorney: Thank you, that's all I needed to hear.

Travis then sat down with Lexi and held her hand as they continued off his story.

30 minutes later*

Buddy was sentenced to three years in prison with ten years parole.

Travis and Lexi were pulled aside before leaving, it was one of the attorneys named Mike.

Mike: Travis, Lexi. I would like to congratulate you two, but I want to ask you two to maybe move.

Travis: Move away from the house where Buddy knows he can find us?

Mike: Exactly.

Travis: Done.

He walked away as Travis and Lexi went back home, they picked up Olivia and had a family day.

Monday night*

Travis and Lexi landed in Salt Lake City and headed to the venue.

As they were walking in, both got grabbed by Stephanie and Hunter into there office.

Lexi sat down as Travis stood behind her wondering what they wanted.

Hunter: Ok, well I'm happy to hear about the court case on Wednesday.

Stephanie: Yes, so happy about the outcome for you two. Now you're probably wondering why we brought you in here?

Travis: Yeah, what's up?

Hunter: Well because of the arrest report that was put on you, we need to suspend you two weeks.

Alexa: Suspend?

Travis: Two weeks? My charges were dropped.

Stephanie: But there was still a police report. I'm sorry.

He walked around not knowing what he can do until he had an idea.

Travis: How about we take this to Wreslters Court?

Stephanie: Hmm..

Hunter: You know what, you're on.

During RAW*

Travis and Lexi were in a room with Vince, Hunter, Road Dogg and Shawn Michaels.

He sat in front of them and explained his story on what happend.

After telling them what happend, he saw everyone talking but couldn't hear them. He saw Shawn walk up to him and look at him.

Shawn: Well, we changed our minds. You're not suspended.

Travis: Awesome.

He shook all there hands and walked back out as RAW was winding up, both Lexi and Travis headed to there locker room to pack up.

10pm, back at the hotel room*

Lexi and Travis were laying in bed until she backed up close to him, she held his hands and he held her tight.

Alexa: I feel so safe around you.

Travis: Good, I'm forever you're bodyguard.

Alexa: Bodyguard? I dont need one.

Travis: You need someone protecting a smoke show like you.

Alexa: Oh stop.

She giggled while he kissed her Goodnight, he held her tight until they both fell asleep.
