After multiple negotiations with sponsorship and scheduling, Travis woke up in his motorhome they gave him.

He looked over and didnt see his wife, he forgot that she was still in Orlando with Olivia and doing tour.

Travis laid in bed for a couple minutes until he heard his phone rang.

Travis: Hey babe.

Alexa: I'm surprised you're up.

Travis: Just hanging out in the bus, waiting for your cute ass to get here.

Alexa: Well, that maybe a problem.

Travis: What? What's wrong?

Alexa: Listen, I love you babe.

Travis: I love you too.

Alexa: Listen.. now I dont know if I can come up to watch you, I dont want to see you get hurt.

Travis: Babe, I wont get hurt. They've designed the cars to make sure no one gets hurt.

Alexa: But I also don't want to Olivia see her daddy get hurt.

Travis: Baby, I'll be fine. Plus after the race were going to Des Moines after for RAW.

Alexa: I'm sorry, I cant.

He was now walking around the bus worried.

Travis: Babe..

Alexa: I dont want to see you get hurt or even lose your life, I've read and seen videos of those wrecks. I want to continue our family, I want another baby but that cant happen if you're injured badly.

He heard her start to cry and he gave up.

Travis: Ok, if you dont want to come up then that's ok.

Alexa: Are you mad?

Travis: .. n-no, I'm fine. I love you.

Alexa: I love you.

He hung up and just sat there as the teams manager came knocking, he let Sara in and she knew something was up.

Sara: What's wrong?

Travis: My wife isn't coming tomorrow.

Sara: Why?

Travis: She says, she doesn't want to see me get hurt.

Sara: Yeah that happens alot, I'm sorry Travis.

She informed him what he was doing today as there were appearances and some signing for fans later, then there was a interview with the drivers and he was then done for the day.

He took a shower and got ready for the big day.

Later that night*

Travis was on the panel with other some other drivers, he didnt get many questions thrown to him until it was just him at the table.

Reporter: Travis, how does it feel to be representing a different kind of company let alone another sport?

Travis: It feels amazing, I've been racing my whole life from go karts to dirt cars. Now becoming a wrestler for the WWE is crazy, thinking I was going to get into this business for the long haul and go to a different sport is crazy, I'm just excited to be representing the WWE this weekend.

After that he walked back to the bus, alone until he got a facetime from Lexi.

Travis: ... hey!

Alexa: You seem upset.

Travis: I mean, you're not here.

Alexa: I know, I'm sorry.

Travis: I know you are, and I thought it over and get why you'd stay and I respect it.

Alexa: Then why are you sad?

Travis: I want to show you what I can do, make you proud.

Alexa: Babe you've already made me proud, you married me, our career, Olivia. All of those things are how proud I am.

Travis: Dammit Lex, making me cry.

She started to cry then since he never cries around her.

They talked for over an hour until both fell asleep on the phone.

Sunday, Race Day*

It was 7am, Travis was fast asleep in the back of the bus until he heard a knock at the door.

He looked at ths clock and groaned as he put his joggers on and opened the door.

Alexa: Thought you'd be awake.

Travis: Oh my God, you came!!

She walked in with Olivia and hugged him tight, he was so happy that she came.

Travis: Well this is where I've been living for the past week.

Alexa: Alot bigger than our hotel rooms.

Olivia was crawling around as Travis got ready, after he dressed all walked around the track.

Travis smiled as Olivia was in awe of all the things happening, he then took them through the garage until they hit his car.

Travis: Want to see the car?

Alexa: Sure, I'm sure Vince put something cool on there.

Travis: I was put in charge who goes on the car.

He winked at her and opened the garage door to reveal the car, on there was her and Travis on one side with there titles for RAW. And on the other side was Charlotte and AJ with there titles.

Lexi was so happy to see her on the car, she took a picture and sent it to WWE media to post it.

Alexa: Wow, I.. I can't believe I'm on the car.

Travis: You can't pass up putting a goddess on the car.

She smiled and bit her lip, indicating he'll get some tonight.

Race starts in 20 minutes*

They were introducing Travis since he was close to the front.

Announcer: Starting 8th, from Des Moines, Iowa. He is the Universal Champion in WWE, Travis Sharp!!

He carried Olivia on his arm as he got a huge pop from the fans.

After walking to the car and standing with Lexi for the national anthem, it was time to sit in the car.

Lexi gave him a kiss and got a little worried.

Alexa: Be safe babe.

Travis: This is for you.

He kissed her again as he put on the helmet and the head restrain. Travis glimpsed over to his pit box and see Lexi holding Olivia pointing to his car, everyone fired there engine's and started to drive out.

Travis drove by and held 🤙 out to his crew and his family as he knew Lexi was recording it.

Green flag*

Lexi watched the cars fly by, side by side past them.

She got a little nervous on how dangerous he could be in.

Lap 167 of 200*

The green flag dropped again after a caution was flagged, she saw he was till in the top 10 until they flew by.

She looked down to the monitors showing the race and car performance until she saw the cameras pan to a car that hit the wall, she then saw the worst thing happen.

The car slid down the track and Travis's car flew over it after colliding with it.

(Similar to Scott Dixons wreck during the 2017 indy 500)

She saw the car fly, spin and hit the asphalt hard, Olivia was watching her as she looked away, she dropped a tear knowing that was a bad sign when the crew was calling him through the scanner and he wasn't responding.

What they didnt know was he got out and was sitting on the ground next to the car, the medical team rolled up with the ambulance and he got in the back.

Crew Chief: Lexi, he's going to the infield carecenter, get on the back of the golf cart and well drove you two there.

She hurried on the back holding Olivia as they rolled up, Lexi walked in with there daughter not knowing what was going on until Travis walked out.

He walked up to her as she dropped a tear and he held her.

Travis: I told you I'd be alright.

Alexa: Travis Sharp you scared me.

Travis: I know, I'm sorry. But I'm out so let me get these interviews done and we can leave.

He kissed her as she was still shaken up, Travis took Olivia and walked out to camera crews standing all over.

An hour later*

Travis and Lexi were flying home as he saw his whole family sleeping.

He got bored and started to answer questions on social media.

Landing in Des Moines*

Travis's mom picked them up since they couldn't go to the race.

Later that night*

Travis and Olivia were walking around the house until Lexi saw them.

Alexa: Awe, I dont want to stop this.

Travis: Is it bedtime?

Alexa: Yes sir, common Olivia.

She carried her upstairs into the spare bedroom across from there's.

Alexa: Night sweetie.

She kissed her as Travis was watching them, he turned off the lights and both laid in the bed.

Travis started kiss her neck until she moaned a little, he got a little handsy until she stopped him.

Alexa: Nope, not happening.

Travis: I thought you wanted to?

Alexa: I did, but after I proved myself right that you could've died then I decided to make you wait.

Travis: That's evil.

She smiled and teased him a little which really got him, they kissed and he cuddled her until they fell asleep.

Travis was happy after the history he broke today.

Lexi was happy to have there whole family was safe.
