Chapter Two
a/n: I have a first-week-of-December resolution to finish Friends by the end of the week and I'm close to the end of season seven and I really think I can do it. *crosses fingers*
So the kid who sits next to me in English, Alex, is my new best guy friend, I swear.
We were sitting and talking about stuff I accidentally blurt out and he said:
"My favorite thing was when I asked who your sister was and you said 'the ugly one' and then there's that time where we were talking about the eyebrows and you said 'I need eyebrows."
(all true stuff I've said)
and then not even a second later my teacher told us to take out a sheet of paper to do the reading quiz and my friend Amelia (who sits on the other side of me) told my teacher she needed to make up the one from yesterday because she wasn't here and then my teacher said that we don't need to make up reading quizzes when we're absent and then I said, "Man, I need to be absent more," under my breath and Alex broke down and it was hilarious and I felt awesome.

"Holy crap. . . " Sophie looked around the place in amazement. "This is bigger than my house!"
Keefe grinned at her. "Not really. There's less rooms."
She turned to him, shocked. "How?"
"They're bigger," he said, smiling softly. "You like the outside?"
She nodded. "Can we go see the inside?" He nodded and they both walked in.
They started walking around, and a wide grin was on her face the entire time. She counted the rooms on all three floors.
The first floor was simple and had the kitchen, a family room, a dining room, and a bathroom. The second floor had an office for each of them, another bathroom, and the bedroom he would stay in until they got married. On the third floor was the bedroom she'd be in until they got married, the room they would move into after they got married, and another bedroom they'd use in the case of having company over.
She loved it and everything about it. In the back there was also an awesome field to play base quest. They didn't play it much anymore, but since they both agreed they wanted kids in the future it would be great for them.
"This is perfect!" She squealed when they were done looking.
He smirked. "I told you. You didn't believe me. . . "
She rolled her eyes and hugged him. "Thank you for being the best fiance ever!"
He chuckled, hugging her back. "Yeah, I know I'm awesome. The best person in your life, the-"
"Don't push it," she said, rolling her eyes as she stepped back.
"So, we choosing this one?" He asked, smiling.
"Okay, well. . . Here's the thing. I want to look at other houses because I know I'll regret it but I also know that I'll be bias and constantly compare everything to this house because it's perfect," she explained.
"How about I show you the worst house and then come back here?" He offered.
She nodded. "Yep, sounds good."
"Don't you dare feel bad for the house," he warned, pointing mockingly at her as they left.
___
"So?" Edaline prompted.
"So?" Her eyes widened in confusion.
"Did you love the house?" Ashla asked, squealing at the end. "I loved that house!"
Sophie grinned. "I love the house!"
Everyone jumped up and hugged her. "Wait, never mind," Edaline excused herself.
"What?" Sophie asked, confused.
"I promised Grady I wouldn't act excited you're leaving the house." She smiled sadly. "We're both going to miss you so much!"
"I'm going to miss you guys so much, too, but at least we have seven days left." Sophie hugged Edaline.
"Barely," Biana commented, "because it's almost six days. Maybe in an hour or two."
"Biana!" Marella scolded.
Her eyes widened. "Oops, crap! I mean, seven days go by really slow and it'll be more like you have one month left, not one week."
Edaline rolled her eyes. "Thank you, Biana, for your kind words," she said sarcastically.
"Sorry," Biana said, sucking in some breath. She looked at Sophie. "So, this is really happening?"
Sophie nodded in response. "Yeah, I can't believe it."
Marella scoffed. "When we were younger we never thought he'd get married," she said, lightly laughing.
"What do you mean? I always knew he'd get married. . . I just thought it would be to me," Biana said, grinning.
"I thought we already had this talk," Ashla said, frowning.
"Yeah, so can we stop talking about my future husband?" Sophie narrowed her eyes.
Biana sighed dramatically. "I guess we could," she said, laughing after saying it.
"What are you laughing about?" Ashla asked, rolling her eyes.
"You're getting married," she said, laughing while pointing at Sophie.
She frowned in response. Ashla cut in, "What's funny about it?"
"It's not funny and that's what makes it funny. She's like," she started laughing strongly, "perfect wive material. Oh gosh!" She doubled over laughing.
Everyone stared at her in confusion, before finally Sophie started to chuckle lightly which turned into loud laughing. "It's really not funny," she said, laughing. "Biana stop laughing, it's not funny!"
"Then you stop laughing!" Biana said, slapping the ground trying to catch her breath.
"Guys, stop it!" Ashla said, slowly starting to join in. "You guys need to stop now before you make me laugh."
"Laugh all you want, guys," Edaline said. "My daughter's getting married!"
___
"Six days until we move in together," Sophie said with a large grin while talking to Keefe over the Imparter.
"Yeah, it's going to be awesome. No more me having to go over your house to wake you up everyday. I'll already be there," he said with a laugh.
Sarcastically, she told him, "So romantic."
He laughed. "Thanks, I know I am."
A small chuckle came from her. "Well, are you at Fitz house yet?"
"I haven't left yet. I'll call you tonight, yeah?"
"Wait, I have a question," she stopped him.
"What?"
"Okay, so I'm wondering if you want to third floor room instead," she said, smiling.
"Isn't the third floor room bigger?" He asked.
She nodded. "Yeah, why?"
He shrugged. "Well, I thought you'd want the bigger room," he said.
She shook her head. "Nah, you know I like simple things. plus, the second floor is closer to the first floor and the first floor has all the stuff. My office is in the second floor. Yours is too, but mine will actually be used a lot because keeper stuff. Which reminds me, you need to try and-"
"Sophie," he cut her off. "I'll take the third floor room if you shh and let me leave."
She nodded. "Yep, thank you! I love you!"
He smiled. "I love you too! Bye!"
