After Anne's conversation with Peggy, Winters kept remembering her words as Anne was seen going to meet Sam because he had a meeting that Anne was going to visit. Meanwhile It showed an office as a virtual meeting was happening as Someone was seen standing there.

This was Secretary Alexander Pierce, He is the secretary of World Security Council.

Councilman Rockwell: If Nick Fury thinks he can get his costumed thugs and STRIKE commandos to mop up his mess, he's sadly mistaken. This failure is unacceptable.

Councilman Singh: Well, considering this attack took place one mile from my country's sovereign waters, it's a bit more then that. I move for immediate hearing.

Councilwoman Hawley: We don't need hearings, we need action. It's this Council's duty to oversee SHIELD.

Councilman Yen: A breach like this raises serious questions.

Councilman Rockwell: Like how did a French pirate manage to hijack a covert SHIELD vessel in broad daylight?

Pierce: For the record, councilman, I can draw a map if it'll help.

The world security Council were talking about Nick Fury and SHIELD as Rockwell said something.

Councilman Rockwell: I appreciate your wit, Secretary Pierce. But this Council take things like international piracy fairly seriously.

Pierce: Really? I don't. I don't care about one boat, I care about the fleet. If this Council is going to fall a rancor every time someone pushes us on the playing field, maybe we need someone to oversee us.

Pierce was pacing back and forward while talking to them until his assistant entered the room as He whispered something in his ear and walked away as Pierce was staring.

Pierce: Excuse me.

Councilman Rockwell: More trouble, Mr. Secretary?

Pierce: It depends on your definition.

He walked away and left the room as the meeting was over, Alexander continued walking until he saw Fury as Pierce spoke to him.

Pierce: I work forty floors away and You decided to visit?

They both shooked hands as Nick said something to him.

Fury: Busy in there?

Pierce: Nothing some earmarks can't fix.

Fury: I'm. . .here to ask a favor. I want you to call for a vote. Project insight has to be delayed.

Pierce: Nick, that's not a favor, that's a subcommittee hearing. A long one.

Fury: It could be nothing, probably is nothing. I just need time to make sure it's nothing.

Fury was a bit worried as Pierce was looking at him and questioned him.

Pierce: What if it's something?

Fury: Then we'll both be glad those Helicarriers aren't in the air.

Pierce was thinking about something before he replied to Fury.

Pierce: Fine. But you gotta get Iron Man to stop by my niece's birthday party.

Fury: *Shakes his hand* Thank you, sir.

Pierce gave a small smile to him as Fury was looking at him as Nick was thinking about what happened, He was hoping that everything was going to be okay.

Meanwhile Sam Wilson was seen giving a speech to some army Veterans that suffer from PTSD. The meeting continued on as Anne was seen standing there as She fixed her hat and continued looking at him.

After the meeting was over, Sam said goodbye to the Veterans before he saw Anne as He walked towards her as Anne looked at him.

Sam: Look who it is. The running women

Anne: Yeah, The speech was very intense though.

Sam: Yeah, We all got the same problems. Guilt, regret.

Anne: You lost someone?

Sam: My wingman, Riley. Flying a night mission. Standard PJ rescue op, nothing we hadn't done a thousand times before, till RPG knock him out of the sky. Nothing I could do. It's like I was up there just to watch.

Anne: *Looks sad* I'm sorry.

Sam: After that, I had really hard time finding a reason for being over there, you know?

Anne: But you're happy now, it's hard to lose someone but atleast he is in a better place.

Sam: Your right about that Anne, Sometimes we do end up losing the ones we cared and loved the most.

Anne felt sad when he said that and remembered Bucky, Sam noticed how sad she looked as He spoke to her.

Sam: Are you okay?

Anne: Huh- Yeah I'm fine, Don't worry.

Sam was looking at her as Anne gave a small smile to him.

Meanwhile Fury was seen getting inside his car as He was driving around the city, He has been getting suspicious over the Project as He decided to contact Maria Hill.

Maria; This is Hill.

Fury: I need you here in D.C. Deep shadow conditions.

Maria: Give me four hours.

Fury: You have three.

Fury stops at a red traffic light as he looks over to the next car and sees two police officers in the car look at him with suspicion. Nick looked at them and was a bit suspicious about them.

The policemen sound their police horn once before they start to drive off. Fury goes to drive off as He was looking around until. . . .

Fury's car got smashed by a police car as two more cars arrived as they crashed his car. Nick was injured as He was surrounded by the cars.

Until a SWAT team truck came over as Fury was looking at his computer and noticed the car was a little damaged.

Fury's Car: Fracture detected. Recommend anesthetic injection.

Fury took the injection as He was looking at the police cars and as Everyone was aiming their guns on his car, Nick continued looking as He knew something was wrong, They weren't actually police officers nor part of the swat team. They are mercernaries disguised as officers.

Fury: Get me out of here!

The mercenaries suddenly start shooting at Fury's car but his car was full of armor as They continued shooting at the car.

Fury's Car: Propulsion systems offline.

Fury: Then reboot!!

The armor on Fury's vehicle starts to become weaker as They stopped shooting and the mercenaries dressed up like the SWAT bring out a battering ram to break in.

They began pushing the battering ram to the window as It was getting more damaged as Fury moved back, They continued ramming it until Fury had an idea and.

Suddenly a minigun pulls up from inside the car and Fury uses it and shoots he mercenaries causing the SWAT truck and some of the police cars to explode. Fury was even shooting the mercernaries as his car said something.

Fury's Car: Propulsion systems now online.

Fury: Full acceleration, now!

Fury's car automatically backs up and drives off as Fury was looking around as He took a deep breath and moved to the driver's seat and began driving the car until he noticed that the mercernaries were chasing him as Nick said something.

Fury: Give me an alternate route.

Fury's Car: Traffic alert on Roosevelt Bridge. All vehicles stopped. 17th Avenue clear in three blocks, directly ahead.

Fury heads into the traffic he smashes into some cars causing a pile up which stops the police cars, the mercenaries get out and start shooting at Fury's car.

Fury continued driving as He killed two mercenaries by running them over before getting past the traffic

The remaining mercenaries continue to chase after him and two cars got in between Fury's car.

Fury manages to shake off the two police cars and killed off the mercenaries by a bus hitting their car.

Fury: GET ME. OFF. THE GRID!

Fury's Car: Calculating route to secure location.

Fury was really angry and injured as He was breathing heavily until he noticed something in the window.

Nick was confused as He continued looking at the figure as He saw who it was.

A mysterious masked assailant was standing in front of the road as Fury was confused before he aimed his weapon and shot something as the car exploded.

The car exploded and flipped as it went flying as The assailant was walking before he moved away as the car fell down.

The car was completely destroyed as Nick who somehow survived was severely injured now as He saw the masked assailant walking towards the car.

Fury continued looking at him as Fury pulled out his laser weapon as The masked assailant was walking toward the car.

He looked at the car before aggressively breaking the door open with his hand as He looked inside the car.

There was a burned hole, Fury used his laser weapon to burn a hole and escape, The assailant continued looking as Fury was gone.
