June 5 2014 (Three Years Later)

Three years has past since Anne was defrosted and awaken after sixty six years. Life has been becoming hard for Anne, She was having a hard time adjusting to the modern life and missed her friends from the 1940s.

Anne found out that her friend Peggy Carter was still alive but Anne was afraid to contact her and talk to her, While trying to adjust to her new life. Nick Fury recruited Anne in a mission to stop Loki because he stole the tesseract and wanted to rule the world with it.

Anne accepted the mission and even met new people:

Tony Stark AKA Iron Man
Bruce Banner AKA Hulk
Thor Odinson
Natasha Romanoff AKA Black Widow
Clint Barton AKA Hawkeye.

Together they formed an alliance and team known as "The Avengers" and stopped and defeated Loki. Anne and the Avengers were also becoming good friends together especially Anne had a great friendship with Tony Stark.

Since then, Anne has been doing missions and slowly was getting used to the modern life but still needed to learn more about it.

It was the morning as the sun was shining, Meanwhile Someone was seen jogging as He wiped the sweat off his forehead and continued jogging.

This was Sam Wilson, He is a former US Air Force veteran who was now working in the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Sam continued jogging until he heard someone's voice.

Anne: On your left.

Sam turned around and saw Anne who was jogging with him, Over the years, Anne changed her looks, This time she styled her hair differently and dyed it to a brighter colour

Anne smiled at him as Sam continued jogging a bit faster as Anne continued jogging and spoke again.

Anne: I'm on your left.

Sam: Ahh come on!

Anne chuckled as Sam stood and was tired as Anne was looking at him.

Both Anne and Sam met eachother an year ago and both of them became really good friends.

Anne: Need a medic?

Sam: *Laughs* I need a new set of lungs. You just ran like 13 miles in 30 minutes.

Anne: I guess I got a late start.

Sam: Oh, really? You should be ashamed of yourself. You should take another lap.

Anne and Sam shared a laugh together as Anne asked him a question.

Anne: So how is work going for you?

Sam: Its going fine, What about you?

Anne: Everything is going well.

Sam: I mean good to hear but are you getting used to life now?

Anne: Kinda.

Sam: It must have freaked you out coming home after the whole defrosting thing.

Anne: It takes some getting used to. The bed i sleep in feels like lying on a marshmallow. Feel like I'm gonna sink right to the floor.

Sam laughed at that joke as Anne smiled at him.

Sam: You must miss the good old days, huh?

Anne: Well, things aren't so bad. Food's a lot better, we used to boil everything. No polio is good. Internet, so helpful. I've been reading that a lot trying to catch up.

Sam was thinking about something until He said something to Anne.

Sam: Marvin Gaye, 1972, "Trouble Man" soundtrack. Everything you've missed jammed into one album.

Anne: *Pulls out a small notebook* I'll put it on the list.

Anne took the pen as she began writing what Sam told her, She keeps it in the notebook to remember them. Her notebook included:

I Love Lucy (Television)
Steve Jobs (Apple).
Baskin Robbins (Crossed out)
Disco.
Thai Food.
Star Wars/Trek (Crossed out)
Nirvana (Band)
Rocky
Marvin Gaye 1972, Trouble Man Soundtrack.

Anne closed her notebook and smiled at Sam as They continued talking until Anne had a text message from someone as She looked at Sam.

Anne: Well Duty is calling. I guess I'll see you later.

Sam: Okay. Any time you wanna stop by, make me look awesome in front of the girl at the front desk, just let me know.

Anne: *Laughs* I'll keep it in mind.

Sam chuckled until they saw a car stopping near them as Both of them turned and saw someone opening the window of the car.

It was Natasha Romanoff, She is one of the most talented spies and assassins in the entire world and a founding member of the Avengers.

Natasha: Hey, fellas. Either one of you know where the Smithsonian is? I'm here to pick up a fossil.

Anne: That's hilarious.

Natasha: Before then, How is it going for both of you?

Sam: Its going good, I recommend Anne a new thing for her to check out.

Anne: Yup, Its an album song by Marvin Gaye.

Natasha: Oooh cool, Actually Anne I wanted to introduce you to someone.

Anne: Oh really?

Natasha smiled and nodded as She heard her speak in Russian as Natasha got out of the car while someone else got out of the car from the back seat as Winters saw who it was.

His name is Daikon Romanoff, Daikon was one of the confirmed HYDRA child test subjects and was thr only successful one. They wanted to see how the Super Solider Serum was used on children as They wanted to have them as Future Winter Soliders.

Unfortunately for them, Daikon developed aggressive behaviour from the serum which caused him to go on a blind rage.

However Shield arrived to stop the experiments and Daikon was sedated after he killed five agents and injured others and was taken to the headquarters for treatment.

Natasha and Clint would come and help him and Natasha managed to have Daikon be calm and gentle as the checkups went well with Natasha being around Daikon in each of them.

Daikon had a good time with growing up with Natasha as his mother and Clint as his uncle.

Anne looked at Daikon as Natasha spoke to him.

Natasha: Daikon, This is my friend and partner, Anne Winters, I think I told you about Agent Winters or you can also say "Captain Winters"

Anne: *Smiles* Hello there.

Daikon: Hi there, Miss Winters.

Anne: Its okay, Just call me Anne.

Natasha: And Anne, This is Daikon. He is my son.

Anne: Oh I see, How is everything going for you?

Daikon: Everything is fine. I was preparing for the mission we are heading too.

Anne: Thats nice, Great to have you part of this mission.

Daikon: Thank you.

Natasha was smiling and looking at him as Anne extended her hand for a handshake as Daikon looked at Nat before shaking Anne's hand as Natasha was looking at both of them with a smile before she said something.

Natasha: I forgot one thing you could add in your list, Anne. You need to check out L'Oréal Paris, Christian Dior and Chanel. The products are great.

Anne: And Thats going to be in the list.

Sam: *Looks at Daikon* Oh this talk is between these girls.

Daikon had a small smile on his face as Natasha, Anne and Sam shared a laugh together as Nat, Anne and Daikon got in the car as they drove away while Sam was looking at the car.
