There for me
I always feel like nobody wants me there at all.
Everyone pushes me away, like I'm a beatle and they're butterflies.
But still, there's the occasional one or two people who care here and there.
And for me those two are Anna and Aanish.
They proved that if I get hurt, they're there to stop my tears from falling.
Anna proved by listening to my smallest complaints, even though I exaggerated it x100.
Aanish scolded me, and told me later that he cared, which explains the lecture(no offence!).
I never felt like I needed anyone else when they were there for me.
I gave up saying sorry to Dev, it was clear that he hated me for life.
You know, you never realise that there are people there for you, until they're gone.
I realised Aanish was there when he scolded me, and through our silly fights.
We always fight don't we?
They say you fight the most with people close to you.
He was.
And then I realised Aana was there when she cried for me.
She never left my side, thank god for that.
I don't know what I'd do without her.
I know, I always mention Aanish, Aanish and him again, but I guess I never got that she was there the whole time, and she never really said that I was ignoring her.
I think it's mainly because I follow her around.
Eh, leave that topic, I want to talk about them only.
Or mainly her, because I mention Aanish in all chapters.
Anna is like the girl best friend I never had.
I guess you forgot that I'm a tomboy 'cause you are probably like "what? No friends which are girls? You're joking!"
I can't read minds but I know I'm close. Anyway, back on track!
She listens, and even though I was alone, she used to do her best to keep me happy.
One example: I have the odd habit of crying when I end up fighting with Aanish, don't ask.
So yeah the tears were streaming down my face and she came to my desk asking what was wrong.
I added another reason for her to ignore him.
He kept saying sorry, but she sat next to me and talked like the wind was surrounding us or something.
I made an apologetic look at him, when I got the idea.
I wrote to her in 'forgive him for my sake, it's my fault. I promise I won't cry or anything, just give him a second chance please.'
She nodded and forgave him. I sighed, I knew he wouldn't forgive me, at least he was happy with other friends.
She sat with me, and we kept playing a game of hot sauce.
If you don't know the game (don't worry I didn't know either) it's basically where we sing a song and say hot sauce, and then the next player starts singing within five seconds.
Otherwise, they're disqualified.
And the last one singing wins.
So we were playing (I love singing! It's my favourite thing to do.) and I tied with another girl.
We were laughed a lot, and I don't think a single tear even fell.
Which is why thank you Anna, for staying with me.
Thank you, and btw, you are not a mistake.
You're the right answer to an exam of friendship.
