Allison is in the kitchen getting a late night snack and baking Stefan a cake.

"Damon?" She hears Stefan ask and she walks out of the kitchen to see Stefan attacking a blonde. "Lexi!?"

"Hi." The woman says and Allison leans against the frame.

"How did you get in? What are you doing here?" Stefan asks happily. The woman, Lexi, hugs him and Allison raised an eyebrow.

"How could you even ask that?" Lexi ask ignoring his first question.

"I missed you." Stefan says holding her tight.

"Happy birthday." Lexi says smiling at him.

"Damn and I thought I would be the first." Allison's voice snaps them out of their bubble.

"Al?" Stefan asks facing said girl.

"Happy 162nd birthday. Cake is in the oven." Allison says smiling. "Now, who the hell are you?" Allison asks turning to Lexi who blinks looking at the girl.

"Ummm does she have red mist around her hands?" Lexi asks Stefan who smiles shaking his head.

"This is Lexi, she saved my life." Stefan tells Allison who pouts putting the mist away.

"Alright...and yes there was mist around my hands." Allison responds shaking her head. "If you're staying up could you keep an eye on the cake?" Allison asks walking over to them.

"You got it Al." Stefan tells his future sister-in-law. She smiles and pats his arm before heading up to join Damon in bed.

When she woke again, Damon was still sleeping. Allison smiled at her love and got out of the bed, heading to check on her brother and then Vicki. Last night Vicki seemed out of it before she went to bed and Allison was worried.

She enters Jeremy's room and finds him looking out the window.

"Jer?"

"She left." He says turning to his sister. He hands her an envelope with her name on it.

"Dear Ally, I'm sorry for choosing drugs over staying friends when you got sober. I'm sorry for hurting Jeremy by choosing Tyler till I saw who he truly was. You were a good friend. You've believed in me when Stefan doubted me and you gave me hope. When you asked Damon to get me the daylight ring, and he did I was so happy. I need to leave to protect you, Jeremy, and Matt. You three are more important that anyone. I'll be in touch and if you need me, call. Could you please keep my phone on? - Vicki." Allison shakes her head smiling softly.

"It'll work out Jer." Allison says hugging her younger brother. "I'm sure she just wants to explore and not feel guilty about being a vampire." Jeremy nods and she releases him. "I gotta go check on our uninvited guest." Allison tells him making him quirk an eyebrow.

"Unexpected guest?"

"Yeah I'm guessing Zach invited her in. I think I'll check on him first." Allison sighs kissing his cheek and walking out of his room and down to Zach's room. "Zach?" Allison asked knocking on his door.

"We got a problem." Stefan's voice made Allison turn to face him. "No one invited Lexi in."

"Zach's not answering." Allison tells him and he knocks on the door before opening it. They both look in and Zach is not there. "I'll feel for his thoughts." Allison says as she focuses for Zach. She can hear Lexi, Jeremy, Damon, and Stefan. "He's not here..." Allison whispers and Stefan looks at her.

"I'll go look outside, get Damon up." Allison nods and rushes back to her room.

"Dame." Allison says shaking her boyfriend who groans opening his eyes.

"Come back to bed." Damon tries to pull her and she won't let him. "Ally....what's wrong?" Damon asks as he senses the worry through their bond.

"Zach's missing, Stefan's friend Lexi didn't need to be invited in." Damon shoots up and gets dressed before rushing out. Allison can't help but worry.

Damon, Allison, and Jeremy are sitting in the parlor as Stefan went to see Elena since she called him.

"So what are we gonna do?" Jeremy asks shaking his head.

"I'm gonna find who killed him." Damon says watching his girlfriend try not to cry. "We also need to convince Stefan it wasn't Vicki."

"An autopsy will do that." Jeremy says running his hand through his hair. "Vicki left after we all went to bed, even Zach."

"Do you think it was the same vamp who turned Vicki?" Allison asks and Damon sighs.

"No, the bite was too deep to be someone who knows how to turn people. Also the fact that they spit the blood." Damon tells her rubbing his thumb over her hand. "Most vampires can smell the vervain before drinking enough to get sick like that. You don't happen to have the Gilbert pocket watch do you?" Damon asks turning to Jeremy.

"Yeah I'll go grab it." Jeremy says going up to his room.

"How do you know about that?"

"It was created during my human life." Damon tells her and sighs. "It is actually a compass that shows when vampires are near."

"Huh." Allison says shaking her head. When Jeremy comes back down he is looking upset. "Jer?"

"I had it last night on my dresser...it's gone." Jeremy says and Damon narrows his eyes.

"Is the council still around?" Damon asks and the siblings look at each other.

"Liz mentioned something about private meetings." Allison says and Jeremy sighs.

"Vicki mentioned her and Tyler overhear his parents talk about looking for something." Jeremy tells them sitting back in his seat. "Before we moved in Logan Fell was looking for something in my room. He says he was looking for the bathroom."

"We should look into it." Allison says and Damon nods in agreement.

"I want the house in your name Ally. I'll get it set up." Damon tells her and she nods smiling weakly.

"We have to be careful. Jeremy I want you to start drinking vervain." Allison mentions and Jeremy nods his head. "You can't be compelled....but I need to make sure you are always safe."

"The room where Zach used to grow it....we'll use that again. I need to build up a resistance to it as well." Damon says shaking his head in annoyance. "Where's Stefan?"

"Matt called Elena who called Stefan about Vicki." Allison says smiling weakly. "Also some chick named Lexi is here. It's how we figured something was wrong with Zach." Allison tells Damon who nods.

"I heard my name." Lexi's voice said making the three turn to face her. "Wow Damon being nice...that's a first." Lexi smirks and Damon rolls his eyes.

"I'll get started. Jeremy help your sister with the plants from Zach's room."

"You got it." Jeremy says nodding to Damon who kisses Allison softly and leaves.

"Where's he going?" Lexi asks confused.

"Jeremy this is Lexi, Stefan's friend." Allison greets them before going up to Zach's room.

"Hi." Jeremy says before rushing after his sister.

Allison and Damon walk into the sheriff's station.

"I can't believe you talked me into this." Allison jokes making Damon smirk at his girlfriend.

"We can be on the inside, all we have to do is play our parts." Damon whispers and she nods in understanding.

"Ally and Damon. What can I do for you?" Liz Forbes says turning from her un-official daughter to the man who she doesn't trust.

"Zach mentioned supplying vervain to the council and I wanted to do the same. I want to find the vampire that did this to him." Damon says, not really lying.

"As do I. Zach was nice to allow me to move in with Jeremy. I can't think of another way to repay him now." Allison says tears filling her eyes. Her and Zach really grew on each other become close to best friends.

"Alright. There are both your family seats empty." Liz sighs not wanting this life for Allison. "Are you sure Ally?" Damon and her share a look and he smiles softly.

"Would it be possible for Damon to have my vote on matters? I really want to focus on Jer." Allison says smiling fondly and Liz can't help but agree since she doesn't want Allison involved at all.

"Of course. I'll bring it up to the council and get back to you both about it." Liz says and they leave after Allison gave her a huge hug.

"Wasn't hard right?" Damon asks trapping her between him and his car. She shakes her head no kissing him. I'll see you at home?"

"Yeah I'll get the party ready at the Grill, Stefan is on board with this thankfully." Allison says smiling.

"Be safe, use your powers if need be please." Damon sighs out kissing her deeply.

"Mmm will do love you."

"Love you too." Damon says getting into his car and driving away. Allison meets Caroline at the bar.

"Hey Care."

"Ally! How are you since last night?" Caroline asks hugging her best friend.

"I'm alright this morning sucked though, I feel sorry for Stefan so I was hoping you could help me." Allison says smiling softly.

"What are we plotting?"

"Party at the Grill." Allison tells her and she nods happily. The girls walk into the Grill together and begin to prepare everything for the party. At around four Damon shows up with Jeremy making Allison scurry over to them since Caroline's boytoy had shown up an hour before hand.

"Hey nice job." Jeremy says hugging his sister before heading to his friends.

"Hey." Damon says pulling her into his arms kissing her.

"Mmm hi. Did you bring it?" Allison asks and Damon gives her a bag with her new outfit. "Thank you love."

"Go change." Damon whispers softly as he nibbles her ear making a soft moan leave her lips. "Tonight you're mine." Allison smiles and pecks his lips before heading to the restrooms to change.

Allison and Damon are sitting beside each other, Damon with bourbon and Allison with a wine cooler.

"Bonnie keeps eyeing the crystal, it's like she knows where it is." Allison says seeing Bonnie's eyes following Stefan, who she asked to hold onto it.

"What did you do?" Damon asks turning to his girlfriend.

"I had a hunch and am going with it. Katherine is not in the tomb. That crystal...Bonnie is drawn to it." Allison tells him shaking her head. "I went by the tomb three days ago to listen in. Someone says when they see Katherine again they're going to rip her apart for betraying them. Another mentioned they hoped Katherine's plan to not get caught worked." Allison sighs. "Now what aren't you telling me about that crystal?"

"Emily Bennett gave it to me."

"Bonnie's ancestor....just great." Allison groans shaking her head. "She is trying to reach Bonnie."

"Do you want to let that happen?" Damon asks watching Stefan dance with Lexi.

"I think we should. Maybe we could ask her." Allison says and Damon nods agreeing with her. "Did you invite Logan Fell?"

"No did you?" Damon asks and Allison shakes her head no. "Mm test time. Got the vervain?"

"Liquid form as you requested my love." Allison says smiling as she hands him the beer. "Already mixed in."

"Be back." Damon says kissing her lips and walking over to Logan and Jenna.

"Hey Jenna, you must be Logan. I'm Damon Salvatore."

"Ah AJ's boy." Logan says looking over to the young woman by the bar. "Oh thanks." He says as Damon hands him the drink and walks away. Back at Allison's side they both watch Logan look ill and start coughing after drinking the beer.

"What should we do?" Allison asks and Damon smirks.

"I'll frame him." Damon whispered and kissed her as he saw a couple leave. Allison smiles and shakes her head as Stefan comes over to her.

"Hey birthday boy." Allison smiles brightly and he smiles back.

"Hey Al, did the plan work?" Stefan asks turning to see Elena and Lexi talking.

"Yup, it's Logan Fell. Also Bonnie can't keep her eyes from trailing the crystal. Damon says it belonged to Emily." Allison tells him and he shakes his head.

"I'm not letting him release her Al."

"She's not in there. Damon knows." Allison tells him and he sighs but nods. "We've already agreed to someone get the necklace to Bonnie to see what happens."

"Alright, I gotta get over there." Stefan says and heads over to Elena who is now alone as Lexi headed outside. Allison smiles shaking her head when Damon comes back in.

"All set, just waiting now." Damon whispers wrapping his arms around Allison.

"Good. Stefan is iffy about the tomb."

"Of course he is." Damon says rolling his eyes. "Huh?" Damon looks over to see Liz walk into the bar, Logan approaching her. Allison joins his vision and they both watch as Logan leads Liz outside.

"Let's go." Allison says getting up and they follow, Stefan and Elena behind them. Once the four reach outside they notice Logan staking Lexi. "Shit." Allison groans and Damon glares, Stefan looks to them both and then to Lexi as she is shoved into the trunk of the car.

"Did you plan this?" Stefan asks them and Allison turns to him.

"No! We planned something else." Allison says mad that he suspected them.

"Here comes my plan now..." Damon groans and flashes over to the girl changing the compelled thoughts.

"Whose plan was that then?" Stefan asks glaring at Allison.

"Logan Fell. I told you we suspected him, it is him. He killed Zach and framed Lexi....he must have seen her last night." Allison groans shaking her head. "I think he also stole the Gilbert Watch from Jer's room."

"Seriously? What are you going to do?" Elena asked looking to Stefan.

"We have to stop him." Stefan sighs shaking his head as Damon comes back over.

"We have to find who turned him. They are the fucking mastermind." Damon growled out shaking his head.

Damon, Stefan, Elena, Jeremy, and Allison all sit in the parlor.

"What do we know so far?" Elena asks trying to get caught up.

"Logan Fell, died from Vicki. Vampire blood in his body." Stefan says before Damon says something.

"Vicki left and Zach was still alive. At 2am Lexi arrived. She didn't need to be invited in but we didn't know till morning cause she was happy to spend the day with Stefan."

"Dad's watch was on my dresser last night when I fell asleep. This morning I couldn't find it and trust me I tore apart my whole room looking." Jeremy sighs shaking his head.

"Zach was found dead by the garage, we believe Logan killed him. Before coming inside he saw Lexi and stayed hidden till Ally was in bed and Stefan was with Lexi in his room." Damon finishes with a glare on his face. "Last night we planned to out him, but he outsmarted us."

"Jenna says he wasn't that smart...." Elena sighs finally understanding the tense situation.

"Which means Damon was right about there being more vampires in Mystic Falls." Allison couldn't help but laugh and shake her head.

"We need to work with each other. I'm gonna help Lee." Jeremy says adding the last bit after seeing Allison about to protest. "Now what should we do?"

"Live our day to day lives, they will make their move soon." Damon suggests as he lays on the couch, Allison's lap under his head.

"Lexi didn't deserve to die." Stefan says and Allison sighs.

"Our plan was Damon killed a kid and compelled his girlfriend to say Logan attacked them, killing the boy. However Logan somehow knew about our plan." Allison shakes her head. "Someone has eyes on us. We need to find out which one of us is being watched."

"It's probably me. I used to brag about opening the tomb." Damon groans covering his eyes with an arm. "I think we need to get the necklace to Bonnie, act like we want to open the tomb." Damon says and Allison has to admit it's a great plan.

"Alright, so what do I do?" Elena and Jeremy asked at the same time.

"I need you to hold the necklace and let Bonnie ask for it." Allison says to Elena. "Jer, you need to go on like nothing is wrong and so will I. Stefan will remain weary of Damon, and Damon will be trying to find a way to open the tomb." Allison finishes sighing.

"Great." Jeremy sighs hoping he could do more.

"Trust me Jer, if you do something people will suspect. Same with me. As far as everyone outside this house knows, we don't know vampires exist." Allison says hoping to convince Jeremy that his part is important, which to her it is. "We need to get them to come to us."

"Sounds easy enough." Stefan says and Damon nods. Stefan pulls the crystal out and hands it to Elena. Allison takes it before she can shocking her.

"Sorry, I need to talk to someone." Allison sighs closing her eyes and focusing on who she now knows is Emily Bennett.

Emily, we need your help. Damon doesn't want to open the tomb but we need everyone to believe he is. I know we've kept you away from Bonnie but you need to work fast for this plan to work.

Allison sighs opening her eyes and handing it to Elena.

"Bonnie is a witch, just in case you didn't know." Elena bites her lip and Allison smiles.

"So this belonged to someone she is related to?" Elena asks and Damon nods his head.

"Tomorrow we start our plan."
