There's a tightness in my chest that I've never felt before... it's a mixture of pressure and heartbreak. I open my eyes and they hurt... a lot and wherever I am is dark.

I force my body into an upright position and see a shark? Yeah a shark but also a boy? His tail is much longer than I am tall... by two times the amount...

I look closer to this sleeping figure. He has purple hair which is only on the top, the sides short and also the same purple. His skin is a light gray color with small darker gray speckles all over his back and arms. He has clams on his ear and tail... there's at least twenty of them there.

Oh his eyes are a brilliantly faded purply gray... Wait his eyes? I must have woken him... wait... he's a shark and sharks live in water... I'm underwater!!! I'm breathing?!! I'm breathing water!?! I freak out.

"Oy! Calm down your going to loose your air." He swims around me slowly, examining everything.

"Just as I expected, you have a break." He pulls my wing out slightly and I gasp in pain. You cant just TOUCH an angels wing it's a sensitive spot for only those close to can touch.

"Stop that!" I gasp and try to pull myself away but instead of getting free some blood leaks out.

"You need to calm down. I'm helping you because I can't afford to loose my reef. See these clams? They show I'm the boss around here, so listen up or I'll let my little friends at you." The shark gestures his arms to the side and three white tip and three black top sharks lunge out of the darkness snapping at me but each missing.

"Got it... it hurts when you touch my wing. Plus it's very intrusive having you touch the underside of my wings..." I blush as he circles me again.

"I'll need to get some seaweed, don't move. If you get out from under this rock the xin weed will wear out because you'll float to the surface." He barks showing off a set of pearly white extremely sharp teeth. I swallow my spit and nod.
