You were feeling a strange, undefined feeling in your chest. Butterflies fluttering in your stomach, your cheeks that were heating up. You don't know this feeling just yet.

"Hey Y/n! Don't you think that ZEN's Promiscous Japaleno Topping is so hot?! I'm drooling..." your friend, that was a diehard fan of Zen's, Jaehee Kang said.

"Yeah, I wanna lick his abs." you answered while leaning closer towards her who was looking a pin-up picture of Zen's photo.

You two were seating on a bench at the park outside of the C&R Industries, outside Jumin's office grounds. You and Jaehee were hanging out for awhile.

"Aren't peppers red? Isn't the sky blue? Isn't the water clear? Isn't Zen handsome? They are all questions with the same answer." Jaehee squealed.

"Your so crazy all over Zen, aren't you?" you chuckled.

"Of course! He is package! He has good looks, he can act so well, he can sing perfect, dance aesthetically—he can basically do anything to bewitch females!" she exaggerated.

ZEN, or whose real name is Hyun Ryu, a famous male actor that Jaehee is so crazy at. Who wouldn't? That man has everything that every girl out there wanted and you have to admit that you had a crush (a little) on him before. Until now, you never told Jaehee about it because she might get angry.

"You don't have any feelings for Zen do you?" she asked you out of the bat.

But you denied. "N-No! What makes you say that? It's not what you think."

"Good. It would be bad if you get into a relationship with him, his reputation might be tarnished." she said.

There was really no way to tell Jaehee that you liked Zen, like serious.

"But isn't it kind of unfair? All I could do was watch him from the back...I am just a friend to him, that's all I am. I could never be anything more. But you—Y/n, can be someone to him." she told you while looking at you seriously.

"Me? A someone to him? No way. Your much more perfect match with him than me, Jaehee." you said.

"Thank you...but I am already content in what our current status is, I'm not wishing for anything more...and I don't think that Zen likes me the way I do." she smiled sadly.

It was such a bittersweet romance, one-sided feelings. You felt something ached in your chest, you didn't know why you were feeling such things.

"Even if Zen doesn't feel the same way as you do, I like you, Jaehee..." you comforted her.

"Thanks. I like you, too." she answered.

You giggled. "If only two girls can just love each other...but in our law, it's impossible."

Jaehee felt her heart skip a beat, she smiled. "Yeah." 

You liked her, she likes you. Everyone knew except you two, how cynically. Afraid of rejections, you two shut your mouths off and let time flow.

This is for the best...
or so you both thought.

Jaehee went to the bar to take a sip of wine after knowing that you already had a boyfriend, naturally, she should be happy. But for some reasons...

She felt extremely sad and frustrated.

"Spit it out already. When are you going to admit that you like Y/n?" a red haired boy with stripes said.

"Shut up *hic* Seven...I don't *hic* likeeee her....*hic*." Jaehee said, her face was burning bright red.

"Seriously, what's gotten into you? The second you knew that she snagged herself a boyfriend, your a mess, shouldn't you be happy for her?" Seven said.

"Buuuuut, I *hic* am...ha-happy for Y/n....I am so happy!" Jaehee cheered.

"If your happy, then explain why there are tears rolling down your cheeks?"

"Huh?" The short brown haired woman was surprised, she touched her cheeks to feel it wet.

There were really tears...of happiness?

"I-I am happy.....for her...." she said.

"But why are you crying? Is it because your happy or—" he stopped talking to see much more tears flowing down her cheeks.

"The truth is, I am so sad!" Jaehee finally admitted.

"I am really sad that it's so painful to breathe, I don't why I'm acting like this—it's so confusing...!" she covered her face with her hands, crying.

Seven chuckled as Jaehee looked up to him, he had an amused expression on his face. As if he couldn't believe it.

"You two are really so oblivious."

Jaehee spent some hours with Seven in the bar, she was really drunk for drinking so much wine in the past time. Now, Seven was having problems in how she was going to return home.

He grabbed his phone and decided to call you who was in the apartment, resting.

"Hello?" you finally picked up his call.

"Hey, Y/n. Did I interrupted your sleep?" Seven asked you.

"Oh, no...You certainly didn't. What made you call so late?" you asked.

"Well, here's the thing...We're at the bar and Jaehee is a drunkard." he said.

"What? She is?" you asked. "Wait, where are you anyways? It's noisy in there..." you heard the background noise of Seven's call.

"Oh, me and Jaehee are at the bar. Drinking. Jaehee is practically drunk and I'm kind of ditzy, so I was asking if you could take her home? I don't think I would be able to accompany her..." Seven said.

"E-Eh? Seriously...? Alright. I'll be there." you said.

"Cool! See you soon?" he asked.

"Yeah, see you soon." you answered as you began to grab your clothes. "Bye." he said before ending the call.

You run to the bar as fast as you can, then you spotted someone familiar at the corner of the bar, sulking alone. It was probably Jaehee, so you approached the woman.

"Jaehee, hey, are you okay? What are you doing here all alone? Without any company?" you gently asked her while shaking her shoulders.

"Hn...Y/n...is dat chuu?" she muttered.

Her face was flushed as her eyes running in circles, you knew that she was drunk and really dizzy by now.

"Is Seven here with you? He asked me to come here..." you told her.

"Seven? Ah, that bastard!" she punched the table while sitting up straight as you flinched.

"He kept spouting nonsense! As if he was the boss of me, my only boss is Mr. Han! Damn him!" she cursed.

This was a golden opportunity. It was your first time seeing Jaehee so drunk and hear her cursing.

"A-Anyways, I should get you home... that's probably why I'm here..." you sweat dropped as you grabbed her shoulders and pulled her with you.

"O-One more *hic* drink...!" Jaehee said while walking wobbly.

"No can do!" you said as you two exited the bar for a few minutes of pointless argument.

You reached Jaehee's house as you lead her to her room using the keys that was in her pockets, you laid her down on her bed and let her sleep.

"I-It's so tiring..." you sighed.

"O-One more cup~!" she yelled while laying down on her bed.

"Seriously..." you sighed again.

Jaehee soon kept quite and lay down on her bed, snoozing. You chuckled and leaned closer towards her.

"Good night." you whispered in her ear as you leaned back.

The woman that you hold feelings for, was drunk...

You didn't know why but you decided to let her rest, when you were about to go, you heard her murmured some words from her lips.

"It's so unfair...Y/n...why him?"

You turned around to see her resting on her bed with her eyes closed, probably sleep talking. "Jaehee?"

"Even though I love you so much...."

"Why...?"

Your cheeks glowed bright red from what she said, you were having doubts if you misheard it. She was drunk, she doesn't know what she was saying. You were left confused.

"I wish you would just choose me, instead of Bf/n..." she said.

Bf/n. The guy that you were dating for the past few weeks. He is handsome, tall and smart. A total package. But when you two began dating, somehow something felt off. That was when you realized you weren't in love with him...

But with Jaehee... you wouldn't realized that until you've reached up to this point. How cruel.

"I've already chosen you a long time ago, Jaehee...I'm sorry if it took awhile until I realized that..." you whispered as she has fallen asleep.

But you've realized that it was too late to tell her that, because you were asked in hand of marriage by Bf/n this next week. You were about to get legally married in a couple of days, it's impossible to tell Jaehee how you feel now.

"I really adore you, Y/n...be happy on your wedding day...with him."
