"So how is life going on with Shivaay? How can he marry you? He used to say I don't like Anika blah blah", Daksh asked

Anika started to think about thier marriage. How they married, how they ignored her and their gap because of class. Now again they are trying, just then Anika realised she didn't tell him that she is here to meet Daksh. She checked her phone for his call and there was none, her smile dropped and she looked toward Daksh

"He is not free to call you daily", Anika thought to herself.

"Good. He is not like this now. He is changed, he is trying his best to stay married to me", Anika said, yes they married unexpectedly but she can't ruin Shivaay's reputation by telling him about themselves. Whatever between them is theirs, she can't let anyone know about it and poke his nose between thier matter. Shivaay is her husband and his reputation is her reputation as well.

"By the way even before our... I mean your marriage I thought Shivaay will marry you ", Daksh said remembering the times when he used to talk with Anika and Shivaay comes to interrupt them, he always tried to keep distance between them from day one.

"How?", Anika asked

"Because I noticed him admiring you many times", Daksh said

"Maybe you were hallucinating", Anika said

"No, I was not. Try to notice him, you will find that he likes you ", Daksh said. Anika hummed in response, she want to know now. Does he like her? Is that the reason he told he want their marriage to work? Soon their order came and Anika started to have her tea. They both were talking when her phone started ringing with Shivaay's number.

"Shivaay's call? Didn't he go for office today?", asked Daksh

"Why he will take holiday? What's special today? Obviously he would be there", Anika said sarcastically and picked Shivaay's call

"Hello", Anika said

"Where are you?",

"Did you come back?",

"No. I heard noises from your background so asked"

"Yes, I came out to meet Daksh",

"Which Daksh and Why?", Shivaay shouted

"Your friend Daksh, who is an architect",

And what made you meet him? Why didn't you ask me before going? Where are you?

Why it is bothering you? I wanted to meet him that's why I came. I don't need your so-called permission Mr Stone Singh Oberoi

After declining the call Anika sends him her location. Shivaay ran out of his office, he fears what if Daksh harmed Anika? What if he manipulated her against him? Before marriage, Daksh told him that he can't wait for his and Anika's marriage. Now Shivaay don't know how to react?

"Shivaay talked for so long ", Daksh said when Anika came back and sat in front of him. He guessed her tension and want to know if they are happy with each other or not?

"Yes I don't know which spell someone did to him and he is changed, "Anika said

"I think we should leave", Anika said after finishing her tea, she guessed Shivaay would reach soon so she asked Daksh to leave

"Ohh yes. Come I will drop you ", Daksh said

"Yes do that if you want to die", Anika thought and passed a fake smile toward him

"No Shivaay is coming so please go", Anika said. Daksh asked, "to pick you up?" To which Anika nodded and forced him to go. Soon Shivaay came And asked

"What were you doing with Daksh?", Shivaay asked angrily

"Was having a cup of tea and I can do that you can't stop me", Anika said angrily. Shivaay felt angry, he want to kill Daksh now, he want to shout at Anika and stop her but he guessed that she will not hear a word from him. He has done many mistakes in past, he can't add one more to it. But now he is sure of one thing, that no one can touch Anika and go somewhere which is his right.

Anika sat inside the car, Shivaay came behind her and noticed her seatbelt already tied, he thought he will try his luck here but today's day is worst for him, he started driving while glancing at Anika

"You never went like this with me but with another man you went", Shivaay taunted

"Thanks for the information but let me remind you Mr busy person that you need to take your time out for a girl which is free. Free just because of you, because of you I don't have my job", Anika said and looked outside the window to control her tears. She felt sad when Shivaay said this line. She always wants him to take her but he never, if he will try then she will never say no.

"Ok then will you come now?", Shivaay asked

"I can have food but not tea or coffee. Is that fine? ", Anika asked

"I am asking about office", Shivaay said

"How will I predict what you were saying? And why office? Want me to work there?", Anika asked to which Shivaay shooked his head

"For today ", Shivaay said.

"With what right?", Anika asked

"Anika don't start fighting. Already I am angry and you are trying your best to make me angrier why? Can't you keep quiet?", Shivaay asked showing his irritation. He is very irritated and Anika is testing his patience now. Anika sensed his anger and continued looking out till his office came. Shivaay parked his car and asked Anika to come out. Anika came out and noticed the building of his office, this building is huge and is looking classy from the outside. When they entered the office Anika looked at the workers who were working and stood up to wish him.

Shivaay held her hand and dragged her towards his cabin. Shivaay closed the door of his cabin and crossed his arms in front of Anika.

"Why do you go to meet him?", Shivaay asked

"Why are you back to the same point? I have told you the real reason", Anika said

"Ok fine. After today you will never meet him", Shivaay said

"Why", Anika asked. Shivaay stepped close to Anika, Anika stepped back and kept stepping back till her back hit the wall.

"Because I am saying that", Shivaay said and caressed her hair softly. Anika looked toward his hands which were playing with her hair, she has never noticed him doing any childish act just like he is doing now.

"I have an important meeting. I am already late but after coming back we will have your favourite dish and whatever you want. I will show you my office as well ", Shivaay said softly. Anika looked at him shocked by hearing his words, is he serious? First, he came with her to his office and now her favourite dish. This made her happy, she smiled and nodded.

"Stay here. By the way, we are not engaged hana?", Shivaay asked to which Anika nodded

"Then after some time, we will exchange rings. This is of no use. I should have removed it a long ago but forgot", Shivaay said and removed the ring from his hand. Today he decided that they will engage as well to show people that they are not single anymore. Moreover, he can't wear someone's ring who cheated on him. He will prefer dying rather than choosing that ring.

"Anything else?", Anika asked

"Nothing. Are you happy now? Or you want a grand celebration for engagement same like Tia wanted", Shivaay asked

"Yes I am and I don't want any grand celebration. Just want you to tell everyone that I am your wife. Don't worry I can wait for this announcement", Anika said

"I am trying, from childhood I am like this Anika", Shivaay said

"It's ok Shivaay Singh Oberoi. You married Anika, only Anika who is very kind and can give you much time", Anika said. Shivaay noticed their distance and remembered how once Shivaay mistook Anika for Tia and hugged her from the back. That was a very peaceful and best feeling.

He looked into her eyes, Anika looked down and smiled. Shivaay took one step forward and hugged Anika tightly.

"What happened Shivaay?", Anika asked

"Nothing. Can't I hug my wife?", Shivaay asked , Anika recalls Daksh who told her that he likes her
