~~~Your POV~~~
(After the encounter with sans)
I walked off, stick in hand, off to the cross road with the box. I encountered snow drake instantly entering the battle. He just stared at me, well my soul really, then left. 'Heh, guess he's still scared of my soul huh?' I thought. Most monsters would see my soul and ignore me, fight me out of fear from it, or just ignore it and still fight.

I continued on and stopped at the box. I opened it seeing the tough glove already in the box and just put the stick in with it. I then headed north, away from the other monsters. I thought about my first encounter with sans, I was so scared of him and Papyrus at first, it took me a while to get used to their shananigins.

I looked into the water seeing my reflecting (H/C) hair and (E/C) eyes. Both were a slightly dull color, an effect thanks to Error. I sighed and started heading back to meet where Pap and Sans would be. From the corner of my eye I saw a flash of yellow dissappear. 'My god, could he be anymore of a stalker' I rolled my eyes and continued onwards.

"AS I WAS SAYING ABOUT UNDYNE.." Papyrus trailed off noticing me. I noticed sans staring at me with a slight blue in his eye. I frowned as they started spinning from looking between me and eachother.

They stopped with their backs turned and papyrus whisper-yelled. "SANS.. IS THAT A HUMAN?" They looked back at me.
"No pap, I think that's a rock." sans said slightly sharply. I looked behind me to see said rock and giggled.
"Oh.." Pap said sadly.
"hey, whats that next to the rock?"
"OH. MY. GOD." They turned around again. "SANS IS-IS THAT A HUMAN!?"
"yep." They faced me..... Again, Pap with an excited face. Sans just glared at me. I gave him a confused face, then pap spoke.
"HUMAN! I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, SHALL CAPTURE YOU!! BUT NOT BEFORE SOME PUZZLES, BE PREPARED FOR GAPES, JAPES, AND EVEN MORE PUZZLES!!" He yelled then ran off.

I walked up to sans a confused smile. "Hey sans."
"Hey.. Kiddo." his eye had a blue tint to it.
"You ok? You seem rattled."
"Very humerus kiddo, but don't do anything that will give me a bone to pick with you." He said darkly his eye almost turned completly blue.
"Why would I?" I asked trying not to show my slight fear of him. His eyes went back to normal as he raised a a fake eyebrow.
"I don't know, why would you?" He asked truly curious.
"Well thats a very questionable answer." I started giggling at my bad joke. "Anyways I better go, don't want to be rude to your brother. Bye for now sans." I said and walked off.

I walked up to the puzzle where sans, with a confused look, and pap stood. "HUMAN!! THIS PUZZLE, YOU SEE, IS QUITE SHOCKING! FOR YOU SEE THIS IS THE ELECTRIC MAZE! WHEN YOU WALK THROIGH THIS MAZE THIS ORB," He pulls out said orb, "WILL SHOCK YOU. NOW STEP FORWARD." I stood there not wanting to hurt Pap, I looked at sans and he just nodded. I sighed and took a step forward the orb shocking Pap. Guilt ran through my body.
"SANS WHAT HAPPENED!?" Pap yelled.
"I think the human has to hold the orb pap." sans replied.
"OH, RIGHT." Pap said then walked through the maze, handed me the orb, and walked back.

I walked through it easily from following Paps trail, and he said,"YOU SLIPPERY SNAIL!! YOU FIGURED OUT MU PUZZLE EASILY, Too Easily.." He said the last to words slightly quiet, then his voice returned, "BUT FEAR NOT FOR I HAVE MORE PUZZLES!!" He said then ran off.

I walked up to sans, "Sorry, for shocking your brother." I said, looking in the direction his brother ran, then at him. He just shrugged.
"Don't worry. Nothing gets under his skin." We both chuckled, I noticed sans was still tense around me. 'I wonder why' I thought to myself.
"Wonder why what?" Sans asked. Thats when I realized I said my thoughts out loud. I put on a cheesy grin.
"I wonder why your so punny." I said quickly, and successfully, covering the truth. He just chuckled.
"Tibia honest, I don't know myself." We chuckled again then i remembered Papyrus.
"Well I better catch up to Papyrus, see ya San's." I waved and walked off to do the next few puzzles.
~(Time Skip: Brought to you because we all have know these puzzles by now, to the front of the bridge)~
I walked up to the start of the bridge, the unstable,. Ropeless.... Narrow...... Bridge........ Ok I was kind of freaking the fuck out. Not from a fear of the height but from the fear of falling off at said height. I slowly put a foot on the bridge and started walking slowly. 'I have done this millions of times and this spot is always the hardest to get through, calmly.' I thought trying my best to not look down. I felt myself slightly trembling.

After like 5 minutes I finally got to where Pap and sans would try to use the last puzzle. I tried to calm myaelf down and focus on Papyrus, but i kept glancing down and fidgetting. I wasn't paying attention to what he was saying but soon all the weapons, and dog, came out. I noticed his hand over the button, he seemed torn then finally said. "NO, THIS PUZZLE.. ITS SEEMS TO EASY TO STOP THE HUMAN WITH!! AWAY WITH IT." The weapons dissapeared, He turned around and said,"HUMAN! I SHALL SEE YOU SOON." and with that he walked off.

I just stood there for a bit, sans stared at me for a bit then looked away. I took a shakey step, and another, and another. My breathing slightly shakey. I was only a few feet away from the edge. I took a deep breath to try and calm down. I noticed sans staring again. I took another couple of steps, not looking down, and accidentally stepped near the edge. Then time slowed.

I froze, my pulse started to race.The wind picked up I felt myself start to to lean towards the edge. Tears pricked my eyes, I looked at sans as his eyes widened. Then I fell. My scream echoed between the two edges. Tears slightly fell. I closed my eyes, waiting for the impact... It never came.

I opened my eyes to see a blue hue around me. I looked up to see sans, his eye blazing blue, his arm stretched out towards me. He lifted his arm towards himself, I floated towards him. When he set me down I ran up and hugged him, crying softly. He tensed but soon relaxed and hugged me back. "Thanks... Sans.." I managed to choke out between breaths.
"Your welcome, kiddo." he said softly.

'I guess he finally trusts me again.' You thought as you fell asleep hugging him.

(A/N)
Ok so I know you sound weak in this chap. But it adds a bit of character to you. As said your afraid of falling not heights there is a difference. Also lol cliché 'falling asleep in your lovers arms as you cry' such a classic. Anyways hope you enjoyed this long chapter and the story so far!!
