(Dreaming/Memory)
I sat behind one of the columns watching. I was silently crying as I watched my boyfriend fight the genocidal maniac who has fought here many times before. They swung the knife and Sans dodged it with ease. He attacked and they dodged, barely getting hit. The two had been doing this  over and over. Reset after reset. Death was comimg closer and closer to Sans with every reset, and he knew it.

I would attempt my own reset but I can't over power someone with two souls with the same attribute. 'I could easily reset if it was just Frisk.' I thought to myself. I continued to watch the two fight. Then something caught my attention, Frisk glanced at where I was sitting and watching. My eyes widened and I hid behind the pillar, not from fear, no it just surprised me.

After a few seconds of silenced I looked back to see the two just staring at eachother. Frisk looked back at me, this caught Sans attention and he looked at me as well. The two stared at me as I stared back. 'This never happened before.' I thought. Frisk started walking towards me, Sans watched them. They stood in front of me. They held their hand out.
"Hello, (Y/N)."
And everything went black.

(Reality?)
My eyes shot open. I looked around to see..... Nothing. It was just pitch black all around. 'I must be in the void.' I thought and just sat down. I sighed then heard giggling. I turned my head to see him. 'Chara.' I thought and looked and the young boy in front of me. Out of everyone in my universe only Chara was the one to remember me. Not even Frisk remembered me.

I had never seen him before, except when he possessed Frisk, I stared at him. He looked almost identical to Frisk except he looked around 12ish, he had short brown hair, blood red eyes, rosy cheeks with a smile, a Green and Yellow sweater, unlike Frisks blue and magenta one, it had one stripe instead of two, he had brown shorts that reached his knees, and black shoes to match.

"Hello (Y/N), it's nice to finally meet you." he gave a fake smile. I frowned.
"What do you want Chara? You can't possess me y'know?" he chuckled.
"Yes I know I can't possess you, but I actually want to help you instead." I raised an eyebrow and gasped sarcastically.
"WHAAATT!! The evil genocidal megalomaniac wants to help mwuah!? Such a shock." I said dramatically putting my hand over my heart. I then started laughing. "How are you going to help?" I asked between laughs. He pouted which caused me to laugh more.
"Listen. I'm just tired of having to kill everyone over and over again with these resets, and I know it isn't you resetting." I stopped my laughing at this. "Plus I want to try to live a normal life, away from genocide." he looked away from me.

It took me a minute to let his words sink in and I grinned. "Frisks getting to you isn't she? Can't believe she is able to change you character. Heh, Shes got guts I'll give her that." I said and stood up. "I'll let you help, but no killing got it?" I said. Chara looked up at me wide eyed and smiled widely. Tears started streaming down his face.
"YES! I promise! But the problem is I don't have a body." He looked down sadly. I frowned.
"Does Frisk know about the forced resets?" He nodded his head. "Well when she falls tell her to allow you to possess her, that your not going to kill anyone, and that you need to meet me, okay?" He looked up and smiled wider.
"Got it. But hey I don't think she is going to fall for a while so you might have to wait." I chuckled.
"Kid I've waited to escape these resets for a long time, I think I can wait a little longer." I wink and he chuckles.
"True anyways goodbye for now (Y/N)." I gave a confused look until he disappeared again. I sighed and blinked.

(Definitely Reality)
When my eyes opened I felt a great force on my body. It was hard to breathe plus, to make it better, I couldn't see out of my left eye. I looked at the area around me. Pure white with Three figures standing above me. Two of them had glowing eyes, one red the other light blue. Both had their hands out. "Guys!" I yelled at the three skeletons. Their eyes widened. Error held a hand up causing Blueberry and Edge to release their magic.

I got up onto a sitting position, and held my heart, taking in as much air as I could. Error pat my back and smirked.
"G-good to h-h-have yo-ou b-back." He said as I finally got my breathing corrected. My left eye twitched in pain. I grabbed it unconciously then started laughing slightly. Error jumped back in surprise. The other two readied their gaster blasters.

I stood up and smiled at them. "What am I making you guys jump out of your skin." I started cackling, they calmed down slightly and Blueberry frowned.
"SSSSEEEVVVEEENNN!!!!" Blueberry yelled causing me to laugh even more and earn a chuckle from Edge and Error. Once my laughing died down Edge gave a serious look.
"Say kiddo what happened to you? You started attacking us all of a sudden." Error glared at Edge while Blueberry started getting flustered.
"F-FEAR NOT O-OTHER ME! T-THAT WAS NOTHING!" He gave a weak smile. Edge raised an eyebrow.

I stared in slight shock. Then groaned to myself, 'I lost control again, all because of using that.' I sighed and looked up at the three worried skeletons. "Sorry, it was just as Blueberry said 'nothing'." I said then looked at Error. "Anyways I should probably get going back to UnderTale. Sans is probably worried as to where I am."
"Ye-Yeah, and-d d-don't wor-rry I-I t-told your-ur Flowey t-t-to te-ell yo-our S-Sans wher-re you-u w-were." Error said and opened a window, I walked over to it. "S-see y-ya Sev-ven." I waved good bye to the three and entered the window into the secret area of waterfall.

I started walking back to snowdin. 'Did I really meet Chara? If I did and what the kid said was true then this might just be the last reset.' I thought and started thinking up plans of escape from the resets. I started passing by the glowing rivers. I stopped and looked down to stare at my reflection, but next to me stood the skeleton in grey. I looked up to see nothing and looked back at the reflection to see just me. I frowned and just continued onward.

A/N
Okay so I am making it to where Frisk is a girl and Chara is a boy cause I'm the author. Whenever Chara possesses Frisk I am going to change the pronoun to 'them' to make it easier and not confusing. Anyways hope you enjoyed this chaptwr and this story!!
