Lapis came back from her day with Steven, a little shocked. "Are you okay, Lapis?" Labradorite asked, seeing the frown on Lapis' Face. Lapis looked down at the worried blue gem.

And wrapped her arms around the smaller gem, pulling her into a tight hug. "Oh!" Labradorite let out a sound of shock as Lapis hugged her.

Hesitantly, Labradorite wrapped her arms around Lapis. "Do you want to talk about it?" Labradorite asked, looking up at the down in the weather Lapis.

And that's how Labradorite and Peridot were sitting infront of the couch that Lapis laid on it her head on a arm rest and her legs dangling off the other side as she talked about her feelings.

"I'm kinda glad you guys don't fuse." Lapis said, looking up at the ceiling with a slight smile as Labradorite and Peridot looked at eachother with tense expressions. "Uhm... well about that..." Labradorite muttered, Lapis looked at Labradorite. "What?"

"We kind of..f-" Labradorite was cut off by Peridot slamming her hand on Labradorite mouth? "Forgot about a meep morp we're doing! Come on Labby!" Peridot pulled Labradorite away from Lapis and up the stairs of the barn.

"We can't let Lapis know we fused now, Jasper is back!" Peridot whispered quietly, resting her hands on Labradorite's shoulders.

"But we can't just not tell her, what if we get caught fusing?" Labradorite asked, a worried frown fixated on her face.

"Then, maybe we'll explain. But not now. Not now that Jasper was found. Do you understand?" Peridot reassured. Labradorite fiddled with her hands, she wasn't very good at keeping secrets, especially when she was on the spot like this.

Labradorite hesitated before looking back at Peridot before nodding. Peridot smiled and pulled Labradorite into a hug.

Peridot did this often to reassure Labradorite when they were about to do something risky. Labradorite hesitated, but wrapped her arms around the green gem.

A few weeks had passed and Labradorite was finally rid of her injury. Labradorite got to take off the cone from her arm and saw no spots nor any sign of the injury. Peridot was very ecstatic and even asked Steven to come over to see the renovations they did to the barn.

Right now Labradorite, Peridot, and Lapis were watching Camp Pining Hearts. Peridot was making simple commentary when Labradorite overheard Steven talking.

"They sure did something to the barn." Steven said to his companion Amethyst. "But Paullet, I need you!" The TV chimed, making Peridot roll her eyes and respond to the TV.

"Get over it, Percy. Go make another friendship bracelet." Peridot said blankly to the TV, making Lapis respond with a "Seriously."

"Lapis! Peridot! Labradorite!" The three gems immediately responded by looking over to Steven, who was waving up the the three gems, and Amethyst, who just looked up at the trio.

Lapis summoned her wings whilst Peridot and Labradorite climbed down from the truck hanging on the wall of the barn.

Peridot wouldn't let Labradorite use her wings even after the injury was gone, Peridot thinks it might resurface if Labradorite uses her wings too soon.

"Steven! It's so good to see you again!" Lapis smiled as she reached the ground. Peridot hit the ground and made a mad dash toward Steven, Amethyst, and Lapis, while Labradorite landed safely on the ground and walked over to the four.

"Amethyst!" Peridot shrieked, before looking at Amethyst for a moment. "Something looks diffrent about you." Peridot says, Amethyst stiffened.

"Wait what?" Amethyst asked, a frown deepening on her face. "Have you grown taller since the last time I've saw you?" Peridot smiled, Steven smiled too and looked over at the upset Amethyst.

"Nope, still short." Amethyst sighed, Peridot laughed as Lapis and Labradorite looked over at her, a smile on both of their faces.

"You're welcome!" Peridot cackled before quieting down. "For the joke." Peridot clarified, Amethyst only looked at Peridot with an unamused look on her face.

"Wow! You guys are looking good, and I love what you did with the barn!" Steven complimented gesturing to the chaotic barn behind the three.

Peridot cooed with a "I know." Before immediately interrupting herself. "But wait, wait! You guys have to see the inside! Lapis fly us in!" Peridot demanded, Lapis just smiled at Peridot and replied to her with a simple, "no."

They just simply walked into the barn. "Here is our home away from homeworld!" Peridot said happily brandishing the inside of the barn, filled with knick knacks and items.

Steven rushed up to the hole in the barn, now blocked off with glass that showed the water inside the tank. "You made the wall an aquarium!" Steven said, fascinated with the craftiness, but he got slightly unnerved when the alien plush Labradorite won for Peridot drifted in the water, the bow tie on it's chest ripped off.

"You did all this stuff on purpose?" Amethyst asked, kicking a vacuum filled with water back and forth with her foot.

"Like, you didn't just knock over a bunch of paint cans and go 'eh just leave it.'?" Amethyst asked dully, but Peridot seemed to be happy with Amethyst even talking.

"Oh no, this was all very intentional." Peridot clarified. "You see I have this idea, what if we made music, but instead of sounds, we used things!" Peridot says cheerful.

"That's dumb." Amethyst says, irritated about something. "Guys, that's art!" Steven says with a large smile. "Art? That sounds ridiculous!" Peridot laughed.

"I've been calling it Meep-Morp." Lapis comments. "Let me show you our morps!" Peridot chuckles and moves over to her broken tape recorder. "This piece is called 'wow, thanks.'" Peridot said, moving right by said piece.

"It represents the struggle of inercommunication, the tape is the ribbon that binds our experience on earth together." Peridot explains before adding in a cheerful, "it has no functional purpose! It just makes me feel bad!" With a smile and slightly glossy eyes that makes them shine in the light.

"Here's my Meep-Morp." Lapis said, bringing attention to a few items. "This is a baseball bat." Lapis says, gesturing to a stick holding a base ball bat, a baseball and a glove tied with string.

"It reminds me of when I played base ball." Lapis says before moving to a leaf being held up by a stone. "This is a leaf Steven gave me. It reminds me of the time Steven gave me a leaf." Lapis explains shortly.

"Hey, yeah, it reminds me of that too." Steven pipes up before Labradorite walked up, wheeling a box. "Uhm, here's my Meep-Morp." Labradorite said, turning the box around to reveal an opening in the box.

"It's called 'cornered'. I was trying to go for a sense of hopelessness using myself. It's supposed to elicit a feeling of fear, feeling trapped and, well, cornered by the people you fear will harm you and the ones you love. It reminds me of how I felt when I was captured by the Crystal gems."
Labradorite explained the work with a blank stare, before snapping out of it and slashing a small smile. "I drew it myself."
