Chat Noir grunted as he fell on something hard and metal. He looked around and found Juleka by his side. She was curled up and looking around. He realized they were on top of the Eiffel Tower.

"Of course." He muttered as he walked to the edge. "Where else do the villains ever go." He grumbled and walked over to the young woman then helped her up.

"Do you think Chloe and Sabrina are here too?" Juleka asked as she looked around then to the city below. Her eyes widened and she stumbled back.

"Wow! Easy there Jul- ma'am." He corrected himself and steadied her.

"Get me down please." She whispered as she gripped his arm. He nodded slowly and looked to the stair way.

"Will do. We just have to get-" He stopped suddenly as a portal appeared and Ben stepped out. He saw her holding on to Chat and his eyes darkened.

"Get away from her!" He shouted then ran at him. The two started fighting though Chat tried to reason with him as they fought.

"Juleka! Get down the stairs!" Noir yelled and she started running.

"Oh no you don't!" Dark Portal growled and shoved Chat aside then made a portal under the girl. Noir kicked him and the exit portal was thrown off. Juleka screamed as she appeared above them and started falling.

"No!" Chat yelled as he shoved the other teen aside then ran to catch her. Though she wasn't going to land on the tower. She was going to land on the ground far below. Noir reached for her as she continued to fall but he missed. His eyes widened in horror and Dark Portal ran to the rail.

"Juleka!" He screamed as tears fell down his face. He just killed her.

Ladybug swung by and caught the girl then carefully set her on the ground. The victim stumbled and sat on the ground as she panted heavily. Ladybug looked to the top of the tower and went to help the troublesome cat.

"Oh man..." Ben whispered and stumbled back then plopped on the floor. Chat gripped his staff as he narrowed his eyes. Though his expression softened as he realized the young teen wasn't attacking anymore.

"I just wanted her to like me... I didn't want to hurt her." He muttered and looked at him. Chat Noir hesitated then slowly walked over and held his hand out.

"Come on... let's get you back to normal." He said as he smiled slightly. Ben looked up at him and smiled a little as he gripped his hand.

"Now Dark Portal! Take his miraculous!" Hawk Moth yelled angrily.

Ben grunted and gripped his head. His eyes shot open and glowed brightly as he yelled in pain. Chat Noir quickly backed up and his eyes widened. Ben ran at him and started punching him, or trying to.

Ladybug found Chloe and Sabrina then helped them down. She told them to run then went back up to help her friend. She got there and blocked a blow from the teen.

"It's about time milady." Chat panted as he smiled slightly. She looked at him and rolled her eyes a little.

"Well I figured you could handle yourself." She smiled as she dodged another hit. She looked around and thought for a brief moment.

"Disorient him." She said and they ran in different directions.

Dark Portal growled angrily and made portals appear everywhere as he tried to chase the two down or catch them. His powers were getting stronger and the two were struggling to stay out of the way of the portals.

"Fascinating..." Hawk Moth said as he watched and furrowed his brow. "His powers grow stronger... but how?" He mumbled then noticed he was cornering the two hero's.

"Now Dark Portal! Take their miraculouses!" Hawk Moth yelled with excitement as he clenched his fist.

"Any ideas?" Chat asked as they saw a portal form on either side of them. Ladybug stared at the portal then at the other.

They heard a rumbling as Dark Portal made the two vortex slowly inch closer to each other. Chat looked behind him and saw a third vortex just off the ledge and a few feet down. It was blue and purple as well as it seemed more menacing.

"Anytime now!" The young man said as he looked at her. She grabbed her yo-yo and threw it in the air.

"Lucky ch-" Dark Portal growled lowly and threw the sphere at her yo-yo.

The items fell towards the third vortex that kept growing. The villain made a small portal and saved the sphere then laughed as the yo-yo disappeared into the vortex.

"Oh no!" Ladybug cried and looked at the villain in time to get kicked over the edge. The black cat shoved the other teen away and kicked him back. He saw Ladybug struggling to get back up and slip.

"Milady!" Chat yelled and grabbed her hand then grunted as he fell on his stomach. His staff rolled a few feet away and the portals slowly moved closer. The two portals were being absorbed into the growing vortex.

"Chat, just lift me enough to get to a ledge." She said as she gripped his hand with both of hers.

"No I'm going to pull you up all the way to the top." He growled lowly and grunted as he lifted her. She looked around then reached for a ledge. The young hero looked up and saw Dark Portal behind her friend.

"Chat look out!" She screamed and he glanced behind him. He grunted as he lifted her up and she kicked the corrupt teen away.

Chat Noir jumped up then grabbed his staff before hitting the villain hard in the back. Dark Portal yelled and the portals disappeared expect for the growing one. They battled him for a moment and he started to fall over the edge. His eyes widened in surprise as he tried to gain his ballance.

"Ben!" Chat yelled and ran over as he held his staff out to him. "Grab it!" He shouted as the teen fell over and cried out.

"No!" Ladybug cried and ran to try and help Chat. They both fell against the metal floor as they held the staff and Ben dangled from the other end.

"Close the portal!" Chat said as he watched him slip. Ben looked up at them with tears in his eyes.

"I... I just wanted... Juleka to like me..." he whispered quietly.

"Focus on closing the portal!" Ladybug yelled as they started to slide over the edge. The vortex was sucking them in. Ben looked down at it then at them as more tears fell.

"I'm sorry..." he rasped and let go. The hero's watched as their eyes widened in horror.

"NO!" Ladybug screamed not willing to fail their classmate. She let go and jumped into the air. She then dived down towards the young man as he closed his eyes. Accepting his fate. The end of his pathetic life.

"Ladybug!" Chat shouted and found himself diving after her. He reached for her ankle as they fell towards the vortex. He managed to grasp it just as they disappeared into the menacing portal.

The onlookers stared up at the scene and blinked in surprise when the portal vanished. The air was silent and their wasn't a signal trace of the three teens. Hawk Moth just stared blankly then furrowed his brow.
