Everything sounded as if it was underwater and far away. Perhaps it was and he just didn't know that yet. The sounds started to come into focus, slowly but not as slowly as he wanted and they seemed to be sounds of distress. He heard sirens and someone yelling, followed by more yelling and a young woman sobbing. What was going on? He willed himself to focus but it was difficult since he just wanted to sleep.

"Breath!"

"Wake up... come on."

"What are we going to do?!"

"Calm down so I can focus!"

"Please wake up!"

"Breath, dang it!"

He slowly opened his eyes and looked at the darkening clouds above him as he tried to focus on the distressed. He sat up carefully and looked around as his ears ran a little and the world became deathly silent to him. He didn't recognize any of the people except for the young ones. Miko was trying to do CPR on Jack as a man did his best to help her, a medic rushed over and worked on helping them. Another man lay unconscious as a different medic worked on trying to save him as well. Ladybug was trying to keep people away from Chat who was just laying there with his head in her lap, unconscious. He appeared to be breathing though. Benjamin wasn't moving either and a man was trying to load him into the ambulance. The final unconscious man was being worked on by an angry medic who was frantically trying to do CPR on him.

The young man wondered what happened and stared at his hands. He registered what was going on and his eyes widened as he realized something had changed. He screamed in horror but no sound came out and he ended up coughing. He looked around with wide eyes and pieced together who the others were. Bulkhead was obviously with Miko, and Magnus was the injured man laying by the angry medic and the other unconscious man. The medic moved back and forth between the two as if he was torn on who to help first. He would do CPR then go to the next man only to get angry when someone tried to interfere. The young man figured that this medic had to be Ratchet, and his patient was the Autobot leader. His suspicions were confirmed when the sound registered again. Though it gave him a headache as it hit him all at once. Despite the pounding headache, he rushed over and tried to help, but ended up watching with fear.

"Breath Optimus!" Ratchet yelled as he continued the CPR and did compression's on the leaders chest. He had finally allowed another medic to help try and save Magnus, yet he couldn't help but try and supervise the newcomer. He made himself focus on his friend as he fought back tears. Not allowing them to betray him.

"Come on. Breath! For Primus sake, breath!" He shouted as he worked and his tears blurred his vision. He felt despair taking over and resisted the urge to cry out in agony for losing his brother. He heard a crack and Optimus gasped in pain then choked up some water. The doctor quickly turned him on his side as he coughed and wheezed.

"R... Ratchet..." the Prime rasped as he lay there and stared at the river while his thoughts slowly came. "T... the... child... ren..." he coughed and the medic shook his head as he helped him sit up and hugged him tightly.

"Don't scare me like that again... or I'll kill you next time." He muttered as the Prime blinked in surprise then glanced to the others. He felt tired but had to know everyone was alright and well. The doctor let go then made sure he was steady before he went to tend to Magnus. The young man rushed over and hugged the Prime as he squeezed his eyes shut.

"Bumble... bee..." Optimus rasped as he carefully hugged the young man back. Knowing he was the only team member that would just hug him. "Are... you... alright?" he muttered as he swayed a little. The scout kept him up however and looked at him then nodded quickly. The Prime glanced at the others and blinked in surprise when he saw his friend and Jack not responding. He grunted and tried to get up but the young man shook his head.

"I... have to... help..." he grunted and the scout reluctantly helped him up and supported him as they went towards the others. Bulkhead stared as Miko sobbed and watched the paramedic do CPR, she hugged the wrecker as Optimus came over and watched. Wanting desperately to help and save the young man. But he couldn't do anything.

Chat slowly opened his eyes and looked at Ladybug for a moment then smiled a little. She had an arm around him as if trying to keep him safe. He stared up at her as she scanned the area and watched the others.

"Milday..." the cat rasped, his voice sore from being choked. Ladybug looked at him then smiled and hugged him. "Aw... do... I get... a kiss?" he rasped and she frowned.

"This isn't a time to joke Chat." She said seriously and looked at the others. "Everything is a mess..." she whispered and he looked around.

"We need to help Ben and catch the akuma." He said seriously and shakily got up then swayed as he walked to the ambulance. Ladybug blinked in surprise and followed then stopped him.

"I don't have my yo-yo. Last time I had it was when we tried to hold on to Bumblebee.... we have to find it first." she said and he looked around.

"Let's save their team first." he muttered and looked at her again. "We need to get out of one crisis and to the next." he sighed and she nodded before they split up to try and help the team.

After what felt like an eternity to Miko, but was actually only a few minutes, Jack gasped and coughed as he choked up some water. She smiled and hugged him tightly as he eventually calmed and Bulkhead put his jacket over the young man to keep him warm. Magnus finally choked up the river water and Ratchet sighed in relief. Grateful the commander was alive. They were all taken to the hospital and Chat wondered how much time had passed between there time in the other dimension and now. He started to worry about it and twisted his fingers nervously as he waited for the team to finish at the hospital. Ladybug stayed with him and frowned as she watched him.

"Why are you so worried?" She asked and looked around at the others who were also waiting to hear from their team.

"Milady, we were in the other world for... a while... a week or longer, don't you think the same happened here?" he asked. She paled and looked around quickly as she bit her lip. They were in so much trouble.

"Oh no..." she whispered and looked at the others then smiled nervously. "We uh... have to quickly check something." she said and the two heroes ran off before parting ways. She quickly tried to think of something to explain her absence. A week of absence.

Chat knew his father would kill him and wished he had expressed his feelings to Ladybug before his demise. Ladybug got to her room and quickly told Tiki to rest before she ran downstairs. Her mind racing with worry and fear. She skidded to a stop in front of the kitchen then saw her parents talking quietly.

"H-h-hey mom! Hey Dad! I was uh just upstairs!" She shouted nervously and they looked at her as they smiled brightly.

"You're home early." her mother smiled as she finished putting dinner on the table and the teen blinked in surprise. "How was your trip?" she asked.

"My... my trip?" she asked as she frowned and they laughed a little. Her father stood and went to the calendar then pointed to a date. Her class had won a two week trip to London. She had talked about it for almost a month.

"Oh... ya... I had fun... I better go unpack." she muttered and they looked at her with concern as she went to the doorway.

"Did it not go well?" her mother asked and she froze before forcing a smile and looked at her as she laughed nervously.

"What? No it was great, I just have to unpack and get things put away." She said nervously then went to her room. She sighed in exasperation and flopped on her bed face first. "I missed the trip... I was going to spend time with Adrien... and..." she trailed off and sighed again as Tiki came over.

"You didn't know you'd end up in the other world." She said as she sat by her hand and the teen smiled sadly then it faded.

"Oh no! Ben!" she cried and got up then looked around. "I didn't get rid of the akuma! Ugh! Can this day get any worse?!" she said then glanced at Tiki. "Spots on." she said before rushing to the hospital.

Chat got to his room and made sure no one saw him as he changed back and gave Plagg some of his cheese. The kwami was more than excited to have the nasty stuff and happily ate it. The teen put a scarf on to hide the bruises on his neck then looked at his reflection. Adrien sighed and clenched his fists before going to locate his father and face his wrath. He went down the stairs and saw him leaving his office. He realized he hadn't seen him in a while.

"Ah Adrien, I didn't hear you come in." He said as he looked at him and fixed his glasses a little. The gesture reminded the teen of Raf and he mentally kicked himself as he thought of the boy in the other world. They had left him. "How was your trip to London?" he asked and the boy blinked in surprise. Before he could mess up he remembered the long awaited trip the class had planned.

"It was alright." he said as he shrugged a little and folded his arms. Thankfully he had been to London many times before and could easily say where he went. "Same old, same old." he sighed and looked at his father then hugged him tightly. "I missed you though..." he muttered. His father blinked in surprise and hesitantly hugged him then cleared his throat.

"Yes... well... I missed you too." he said and let go then wandered off before he stopped suddenly and looked back at him. He thought about saying something then shook his head and walked off again. Adrien watched him go then went to his room and flopped on the bed.

"Welcome home..." he sighed to himself then his eyes widened as he realized something. "Benjamin.... oh no we forgot to- ugh!" he yelled in frustration then went downstairs, telling the others he forgot something and had to go to school to get it. He transformed when it was safe and went to the hospital where he saw Ladybug.

"Chat, We forgot something." she said as he walked over. "I feel awful that we forgot about him..." she said and bit her lip.

"I know this sounds bad... but he's used to it..." he muttered and rubbed his head awkwardly as she gave him a look.

"Just because he's used to it... doesn't make it right." she said as she felt bad about how they treated him. They checked on the others in the waiting room then went to Ben's room, he was still unconscious though, in a coma like state. She found the item that had the akuma and broke it before she reached for her yo-yo and froze.

"Oh shoot... I still haven't found my yo-yo." she said and Chat looked at her before he scanned the area quickly. He found a jar and trapped the butterfly inside then looked at her with worry.

"Bumblebee had it last." he said quickly and knew the jar wouldn't hold the butterfly for long, if at all. She ran off and went to the scout in the waiting room then frantically asked for her yo-yo.

Bee frowned and tried saying something but sighed in exasperation. He face-palmed as he realized he couldn't talk. He searched his pockets for a moment then pulled out the toy and gave it to her. She snatched it and quickly ran off back to the room. She knew this would get the others home as well.

Chat was currently avoiding the butterfly as it flew around the room and tried to get him. Ladybug quickly caught it and set it free when it was good again. The two side in relief as everything was changed back to normal. Benjamin grunted and slowly opened his eyes as he looked at them. The two heroes grinned and fist bumped as they looked at the victim and talked to him.

"Does... does this mean... they're gone?" he asked as he looked out the window then at them.

"Probably... I mean that's what's supposed to happen. Don't worry... it's actually better for them to be in their own world." Ladybug said and he looked at his hands as he nodded slowly. The two heroes left the room and sighed in relief.

"I have to admit, I think I'm going to-" Chat stopped suddenly as they got to the waiting area and saw the team still there. "Uh oh..." he whispered and looked at her as she paled a little.
