A/N - I own everything in this story and I tried my best to make it historically accurate, but no promises though, as I might have to look up websites and such to make sure it's accurate since I forgot nearly everything I learnt in my old history class as I only remember the most important parts, but not the minor details. The two women walks out of the diner where they stay quiet while walking. Janet bites her lips as she looks at Dorothy, who has a bit of a sorrowful look to her eyes. The black woman sighs and says, "... Dorothy..."
"... Yes?" Dorothy replied.
"... I'll... I'll look after your sister..." Janet told her, "I can get her to run away during the nighttime while I guide her to my place."
"... But-But Wait!" Dorothy objected, "If my parents find out, they'll-!"
"Relax! This isn't the first time where I nearly caught into trouble with the law," Janet ensured her, "I was raised in a crime-wasted area, so I was forced to steal stuff in order to survive. So, this is nothing,"

"... Are you sure you want to do this...?" Dorothy asked her.
"Yes!" Janet replied, "After all, you're the first white person to treat me like a human being, so it's honestly repayment at my part,"
"... I see..." Dorothy replied. "That makes sense... I guess, so thanks,"
"No problem!" Janet replied.
"..."

"Hello!"

The two women turns around and see the two men. Dorothy smiles as she rushes up to hug George, who hugs her back.
"Hello there, Dorothy," George greeted her happily, "Ahem... you... you really shouldn't be hugging me in public, you know?"
"Ah! Sorry!" Dorothy realised as she steps back a bit.
"I-It's okay," George replied while blushing.

"Hey Janet!" Richard said.
"Hey idiot!" Janet replied cheerfully.
"Oi! I'm not just an idiot!" Richard shouted proudly, "I'm a proud idiot!"
"Bha Ha Ha!" Janet bursted out laughing, "Man! You really are the biggest idiot out there! No wonder you don't have a self-respecting girlfriend!"
"I-Ow! That's a bit uncalled for..." Richard replied.

"... So... Dorothy... are you really sure you want to do this?" George asked her.
"Yes. One hundred percent!" Dorothy said confidently, "... I'm not going to do what my parents demand of me anymore. I'm an adult now... I choose who I will love and hate... no matter the consequences!"
