A/N - I own everything in this story and I tried my best to make it historically accurate, but no promises though, as I might have to look up websites and such to make sure it's accurate since I forgot nearly everything I learnt in my old history class as I only remember the most important parts, but not the minor details. Dorothy slowly opens her eyes and sees George is not in the room, so she slowly gets up and checks on the time, which is 6:30 AM.
"Oh thank goodness..." Dorothy muttered, "At least I can go home before my parents wake up since they normally wake up around eight and I come up with a good excuse,"

Dorothy gets up and sees Donna staring at her, which the little girl freaks out and runs off.
"H-Hey!" Dorothy called out as she stands up, grabs her purse and hat, and walks out of the room as she sees the girl running downstairs.
"Mama! The white lady is awake!" Donna called out to her uncle, mother, her half brothers and the other two women.

"Oh, Dorothy, you're right on time," George said, "Breakfast?"
"Sure," Dorothy replied as she sits down and notices Mary glaring at her. "Ahem... why is she glaring at me?" Dorothy whispered to George.
"Ahem... I'll tell you about later," George told her quietly.
"... Okay..." Dorothy replied as she starts eating her pancakes.

"... So... are you single?" Wanda asked.
"... No..." Dorothy said in a sadden tone. "I'm gonna married within five months,"
"You sound rather sad about it," Beth noticed.
"... I... I... the marriage isn't for love," Dorothy told them, "It's... it's more like a family alliance since it's a tradition in my family to marry off their daughters to heirs of other wealthy families, to gain more power and such,"

"And let me guess, you're not a big fan of your fiancé," Mary asked.
"... Nope," Dorothy replied, "Honestly, I wish I was born in a normal family, where I don't have to worry about all this,"
"Wow... wait, you said other wealthy families, right?" Mary asked.
"... Yes..." Dorothy replied.
"So... you're from a wealthy family, then?" Mary asked with a smirk.
"Mary... no!" Wanda told her off as she hits her in the head with a rolled up newspaper.
"Ow!"
"We don't need money from a rich stranger," Wanda told her off, "Sorry about that. We're just pretty poor and we don't have enough money to help our kids to go to college for the future,"

"Oh, I honestly don't mind," Dorothy told them. "Though... sadly, I don't have my own money... so... that's a problem..."
"..." Everybody stayed silent.
"Oi! Your accent sounds weird!" Kenneth pointed.
"Isn't that a bit rude?" Eddie asked.
"Kenny! Manners!" Wanda told him off.
"No, it's fine, it's understandable since I'm not from here," Dorothy said.
"Where are you from?" Mary asked.
"I'm from England," Dorothy told them.

"Wait! Y-you're from England?" Beth asked in shock, "That's explain your accent,"
"Hey! Say water! Say water!" Mary asked.
"... Ahem... Wa-ter..." Dorothy said.
"So that's how English people do, huh?" Mary chuckled.
"Okay, that's enough Mary," George told her off, "I have to take her to the telephone booth and make sure that doesn't happen again,"

"Yea... Fine," Mary replied.
"Let's continue eating," George said, which everyone agreed and continues eating their pancakes.

(Later)

George escorts Dorothy to a different telephone booth and she starts using it. A couple of minutes later, she puts away the telephone.
"Alright... my limo driver is coming to get me," Dorothy told him.
"I... I guess we can part ways then..." George said.
"... I want to talk to you more, you seem like a interesting person," Dorothy said.
"Well... same goes to you too," George replied with a little blush to his cheeks.
"Though... once I get married... afterwards, I have to go back to the UK with my new husband..." Dorothy told him.
"Then, let's try to make every minute count, then," George told her.
"... Yeah!" Dorothy agreed, "Well... bye George..."
"... Bye, Dorothy," George replied as he walks away, but looks back while walking slowly to check on her.
