Chapter Three: Star Cross'd Lovers
I meet the piercing jade green and he looked far from pleased and I say "hi dad he wanted to know where a book was so I showed him" he nodds and says "come on training time" I nodd as I start to walk out and I say "let me know when you get to the ending where she kills herself alright?" he laughs and nodds as me and my dad walk outside he had some targets set up and he says "ok this is gonna be alot harder because its moving alright?" I nodd at the swinging log hanging from a tree and I focus hard and then I feel my hands heat up and I let out my frustration and throw fire from my hands and I catch the log on fire my dad gives me a thumbs up.

Spencer's p.o.v
My training was finally over and I walk inside to my mom and I lay my head on his lap and he was playing with my hair and I ask "did dad always act like this he walked in on me and alec in the library I was trying to reach a book and alec was taller than me and helped me and dad walked in on it what is alec doing to me?".

He laughs "I felt the same way when I met your father he was so handsome he still is but he took me to the meadow where we got married and the first time I seen him it was love at first sight you get all cramped up in your stomach and but its a good feeling" my dad walks in and he says "ready to go swimmin?".

I jump up and dash for my bedroom I pull out my bathing suit it was a two piece it had a peace sign in the corner of the top and it was pink and lime green I slide on my bottoms and it was the same thing only it was lime green I slide on some shorts and I walk downstairs and everyone was in the pool my aunts only had there feet in the water and alec madeline my brothers and grandpa's was in there and alec says "hey spencer wanna play chicken?" I smile and reply "yeah sure".

Alec holds out a hand to help me in and I shoot him a look and I run and jump in and do a canon ball I rise out of the water and malaki splashes me and he says "alec and spencer against me and aunt kairi" she laughs and hops in and gets on his shoulders while he goes under alec does the same thing I was on top of his shoulders about that time my dad was walking out with my mom and he says "be careful spence".

I give him a look he just laughs alec grabs my legs so I don't fall off and malaki says "ready set go" I struggle to grab kairi by the hands I tried pushing her down but she was one tough chick and I hear "come on spence you can do it" I shout back "she's one tough aunt" kairi laughs she had on a similar bathing suit like mine only her's was red and finally she pushes us under water and I feel a hand around me and its alec's he pulls me up when I rise his hand is still on my waist I blush and jump "you won aunt kairi".

I meet my dads gaze and he looked very unhappy I walk over to the ledge to talk to sora and he rubs my head and mouths "its ok" I meet my dads gaze and he had his arms crossed and looked very mad and I whisper "now I'm in trouble great".

Sora gives him a look and axel still didn't budge I get out of the pool and malaki says "where you going sis?" I turn around and put on my smile and say "I'm not feeling well my stomach hurts so I'm gonna go lay down" alec see's right through this and he says "uh will you be in the library later?" I smile and nodd and he asks "would it be alright if I joined you for reading?" I blush "yeah its alright".

I walk with my towel wrapped around my shoulders and I walk past my dad and as I walk inside I feel my dad behind me "I told you don't get close to him when him and his mom get on there feet they'll be leaving" I nodd "he's just my friend dad you said I could be friends with him" he clears his throat and runs a hand through his hair "I told you to not get close to him he has demon blood he could hurt you".

I roll my eyes and cross my arms under the towel "dad I don't believe that he is the most nicest most sweetest man I have ever met besides you" he glowers at me "spence everything about him draws you to him and everything about you draws him in you need to stop it and stop it now".

I clear my throat "dad if he was gonna hurt me he would had done it by now" I walk up to my room to change and walk down to the library and start reading until I hear the door open I see its alec I smile at him he sits next to me still reading romeo and juliet and he asks "your dad doesn't like me does he?".

I shake my head he laughs and grabs my hand and I say "he just doesn't know you" he nodds while I smile and I ask "are you sure your demon because you don't look it" he laughs and nodds "i'm sure" I grab his hand his other hand resting on my leg the tension in this room you could cut it with a knife he put his arm on the couch still holding onto my hand and he asks "what are you?".

I laugh and reply "like I told you I'm a hybrid at least I think I am" he smiles and he scoots closer to me our faces inches from each other his eyes staring into mine and he says "I am incapable of leaving you alone every night I have another dream of you it always adds on and last night I was gonna kiss you but my hands was by your head so you couldn't move you wasn't fighting me I burned the wall with my hands and when I woke up my hands looked like they had been singed and burned".

I push a piece of red hair behind my ear "If your incapable of leaving me alone then don't" he exhales and his lips come down onto mine and he kisses me I put my hands around his neck the kiss very heated he wraps his arms around my waist and then I feel like a spark on his hands and it shocked me I jump and he says "I'm sorry".

He looks at his hands and see electricity on his palms and I say "wait a minute fire is of hell not lightning" he nodds as I go and grab a big solid white book and turn to the middle page and it shows a angel of fire and light the inscription below says "The angel of light who you known as satan was once a beautiful angel but he became to think he was stronger than god then he cast lucifer out of heaven into hell and lucifer took half of his angels with him".

I read aloud "he came down like lightning so your good at least" he nodds with a smile "so my dad is the devil himself?" I swallow and shrugg "I don't know you will have to ask your mom" he nodds and walks out the door.

Alec's p.o.v
I walk downstairs and see my mom talking and I ask "mom? is satan my father?" her face went white as a piece of cotton the whole room goes quiet and she finally replies "yes he is but when I got pregnant with you my blood was so strong it made you half and half".

I exhale I feel a hand on my shoulder I turn my head to see its spencer and my mom continues "how did you figure it out?" I clear my throat "I was helping spencer get a book and our hands collided and I shocked her like electricity".

She looked confused until spencer says "electricity comes from lightning its what lucifer came down in when he was cast into hell lightning is of heaven fire is of hell so the good in him overpowers the demon blood" my dad seen my hand on his shoulder and it drifted to his hand our fingers interlocked I shrugg the hand off and I scoff and walk out I hear him call for my name but I didn't walk back I go and climb up a tree in the front yard and sit there for a while until I hear someone below me I look down and its alec smiling up at me and I laugh "how'd you find me?".

He laughs and starts to climb the tree "your mom" I roll my eyes and he sits next to me on the limb "well that went well" I nodd "are you surprised? I mean like you said your incapable of leaving me alone and I'm sorry but we can't not right now".

He looks hurt and he nodds "ok" he hops down and lands on his feet and before he leaves "you can't be daddies little girl forever you know and I'm not saying that to be mean you know I'm telling the truth what if we're meant to be? the forbidden love thing the only reason your dad don't like me is because I got demon blood and he wants to protect you and now I'm not so sure I got demon blood".

he starts to walk off when did my life get this complicated? alec is a great man I know he is right I just wanna make my dad happy but I really all I wanna do is follow my heart and be with the person I am meant to be with I wipe the tears from my eyes.

~Three Weeks Later~
I walk downstairs into the kitchen and sit down at the table and I hear my dad say "alec and madeline will be moving to Traverse Town" my head jerks up and I ask "leaving so soon?" alec meets my gaze and he puts on a happy smile and replies "yeah I think its time we get out of ya'lls hair I have a job opening up there".

He looks to my dad and he says "well it was nice knowing you alec and madeline know your always welcome here" I roll my eyes why does my dad do that kisses up to them but talks like there dogs behind there backs I meet malaki's gaze and he mouths "you ok?" I nodd after I get through eating I walk outside and sit on the porch until I feel a hand on my shoulder its alec I shrugg it off and he says "still mad?" I shake my head and reply "when was you gonna tell me? the day before?".

He runs a hand through his hair and replies "I just told you look the tension here is killing me I don't know if I am strong enough to not kiss you and hug you and hold your hand I can't do this I love you" I gasp as I stand up "alec we can't my dad".

He shakes his head with tears streaming down his cheeks "my dad won't let me don't you know its torture for me too?" he clears his throat and grabs my hand I don't shrugg it off this time I love him too but my dad won't let me he says he refuses to let me fall for a demon "when do you leave?" he hugs me and whispers "tomorrow" I start crying into his shoulder and he wraps his hands around me I look up to the door and I see my dad and mom at the door and my dads face was unreadable I exhale and he replies "I'm sorry" was all he said

~The Next Day~
I woke up that morning not ready to see alec leave and go to traverse town I wanted him to stay here with me but my dad was only doing this so now I could finally get him out of my dreams and out of my head I hug him as him and madeline was loading up the car with there clothes and bags and I had tears streaming down my cheeks I feel a hand on my shoulder I look to see its my aunt and she whispers "if you love him that much fight for him".

I meet her gaze and as alec was walking to his car who the hell cares about my dad I loved him I holler "alec" he turns around and meets my gaze and I pull out in a full sprint to him he meets me half way and I pull him in for a kiss his lips on top of mine his hand went into my hair my arms went around his neck and I breath out as we break the kiss and I say for the first time "I love you too".

He smiles my forehead against his his arms around my waist I look back to my dad and I see my mom talking to him he finally breaks into a smile and I say "dad if it wasn't meant to be why would he be having dreams about me?" he nodds in agreement and finally says "ok if he stays one condition" he nodds as his arm was still around my waist "no kids until marriage ok?".

I smile to malaki I was met with another smile and I jump in my dads arms and I whisper "I love you daddy" he returns the hug and he whispers "I love you too spence always have and I always will" I laugh and my dad asks "alec are you good with chainsaw? because I may have a job opening for you" he nodds with a smile and replies "yes sir".

my dad sticks out his hand and alec takes it and shakes his hand and my dad says "and if you hurt my little girl you will have me and her brother to deal with alright?" I hit his shoulder and alec winks to me and says "its alright your his daughter I would do the same thing if I had a daughter too haha" axel smiles to me and I say "wait what if we could figure out what you are?" he looked confused.
