Narnia's Princess
You may know Jadis, the evil White Witch of Narnia, who made the land of Narnia all winter for a hundred years without Christmas. But do you know her daughter, Esther? Esther is different from her mother, in fact she hated her mother. She stayed with her father, Aslan. Aslan is the great lion and rightful king of all Narnia and Esther is half lion and half witch. She is the Princess and the most beautiful girl in all of Narnia inside and out. Her long black wavy hair fell to her waist and her green eyes shine like emeralds. And she had many special magic powers including turning herself into any kind of animal. And Esther was not only a brave girl but also kind to other people and to all the living creatures in Narnia. One day, she went to her father.
"Father, how long til they come?" Esther asked. Aslan looked at her. "Soon, dear. Very soon." He replied. Esther nodded. "Is there anyway....maybe....I can see them?" She wondered. Her father nodded yes.
"Here, child." Aslan handed his daughter a heart-shaped necklace. "This is the necklace that lets you see the different world and ours." He explained simply. Esther politely took it and looked in the heart. The heart was made of diamond and had a silver chain attached around it. She saw the four kids playing, but her eyes went to the dark haired boy who wasn't playing. "He's the one..." the Princess sadly pointed out to the younger boy. "The one who may betray us."
Aslan took a deep breath. "Yes..." he said. "He probably may." Esther not only has the magical powers but also has the power to know the future. Meaning that she can prophecy. Esther sighed softly. "Is there a way to change him?" She asked.
Her father sighed. "I do not know, Esther." He answered. "But eventually, he may mend himself up...but we just don't know when he will. But we will have to see for ourselves. You'll see." Esther nodded lightly. "May I go explore?" She asked suddenly.
"Yes, of course, dear heart." Aslan nodded. "Just be safe."
"I will, father." Esther said. The Princess headed to her tent and grabbed her weapons and fastened them in her belt. She put her burgundy winter cape over her shoulders. Then she headed to the stables to her pet white horse named Snowflake. She tacked her up with a saddle and stirrups and led her horse outside. Esther lastly swung upon Snowflake and cantered away from the camp and to the lands surrounding the wintertime Narnia.
