Levi's POV

Despite the plan to not go to the library, Hanji said she had to get a book for one of her English lessons as a reference. And since she'll be with me for the weekend, she had a friend drop her off at the library, and I'll pick her up. But knowing her, she'll probably spend more than an hour in there. So, I decided to join her.

I caught her in the fiction section- where it's based on a real-world, but is, in fact, a fake story. She was busy reading the first few pages of the book; her finger was playing with the next page, waiting to turn.

"There you are," I quietly say to her, and she quickly took her attention off of the book and returned a small smile. "What book are you looking for?"

She shrugged her shoulders, closing the one already in her hands before dragging her fingers across the spines of other books. "Just one for my project."

"You have a lot of projects, huh? Isn't that book a good one?"

"Yes, but I want to get another one-."

"Thought we had a deal..."

Hanji laughs softly, turning towards me. "Aww... someone sounds disappointed..." She slowly walked up to me, swinging her body side to side with a smirk on her face. "Give me a kiss and we'll leave right away..."

"Promise?"

She nods her head, dipping her head low to meet mine. The tip of her nose touches mine, almost provoking me to kiss her lips. Her eyes slowly fluttered closed as she came closer to me. Under her breath, she whispers, "I promise, Levi..."

I closed my eyes and smiled as I reached up to her. At last, I'm able to kiss her... I groaned in defeat, knowing I'd been fighting this urge since the day I met her. I kept leaning into her to the point her back met the wooden bookshelves. She yelps for a second but continues to kiss me. 

We both opened our eyes, exchanging smiles. Something... arose within me. Hanji began to get off the bookshelf, but my hands pinned her arms against it. I smirked softly, breathing in her scent of roses. "Hanji..." I kissed her again, and Hanji gave a little noise of enjoyment.

We kissed for probably a minute before we pulled apart from each other. "Ahh... that was much... better than... what I expected..." She quickly tried to cover her red face. "W-We should... probably leave now... uh... w-where are we going first?"

"It's up to you. I just want to celebrate your birthday... and possibly our first day together as... hm... somewhat of a couple." I brushed my hand against her waist, just smiling at her. "So, what do you want to go first?"

"Ah... I honestly don't know... but can I ask you something?" I nodded my head and she continues. "Tonight... erm... I kinda want to lose... it. Do you... know what I'm talking about?"

It hit me after a couple of seconds. "Like... sex? Are you sure you want to lose it with me, Hanji? Not someone else?"

She kissed me on the cheek as she smiles softly. "I'm sure, Levi... please?"

"Before we head to my place, I'm buying protection. You're still a student in high school... and I don't want to risk anything until after you graduate." Returning the kiss, we walked towards the check-out desk as Hanji checks out her book. I'm sure our faces were completely red with embarrassment. Surely the kiss ended up on security cameras- who knows who was watching us during that whole fiassco.
