Awase's POV

          Everything went really weird and it was getting me so confused. First thing I knew, King Bakugou and his dragon was about to kill me for 'kidnapping' Princess Momo and next thing I know, we're all having lunch together and I just feel so awkward in the situation I'm in.

Kirishima and Princess Momo were chatting with each other as they ate their own meals. It's nice seeing the princess smile and be happy, yet seeing her with another guy makes me feel a bit frustrated.

          I ate my food slowly, trying not to grab so much attention from either Kirishima or King Bakugou. I hold no complaint or grudge to the barbarian, yet I get scared and nervous being around him. Even when I gave him back his money, it made a cold sweat rushed down my own skin.

"Hey."

I flinched, almost dropping my food just by the voice of Bakugou calling to me. His voice was low in volume, probably not wanting the other two hear our conversation.  I swallowed my food and replied to him in the same volume. "Yes, your majesty?"

"You like her, don't you?"

That question made me flushed a bright red as I coughed nervously.

"Umm..what makes you say that?" I asked, mentally panicking.

He scoffed, "It's so obvious. Just by one glance and I could already tell." He said as took a bite of his chicken.

"Oh," that was all I could reply to that, I didn't even realize how obvious I am with my own actions.

"So, how did you start..you know." He questioned.

"Oh, that. I guess it started when I saw her again. I didn't think much of it cause I wasn't into her yet, but as we continued going on our travel, it started to grow way more than I thought."

"Huh, so it wasn't like those 'love at first sight' type of thing?" The barbarian asked.

"Not at all, I'm the type of person who wants to be careful on who I like."

"Huh, okay then." He replied as he took abother bite of his chicken.

I sighed, "Well it doesn't matter, she doesn't think of me like that."

In the corner of my eye, I could see Bakugou who was about to choke on his food but he was able to swallow it.

"Is something wrong?" I asked.

"Nope, not at all." Bakugou cleared his throat.

"Hey, what you guys talking about?" Kirishima asked us.

I shrugged, "Nothing much. How about you two?"

"We're just talking about the rest of our friends. We haven't gotten another reunion ever since that last battle we had few months ago." Momo spoke.

"Yeah!! It'd be really cool if we get to see them again." The dragon shifter added.

"If we're getting a reunion, that damn Deku and half-n-half bastard better not be there!!" He yelled.

"Oh come on Bakugou!! It'd be fun!!"

The two started to random yell and 'fight' over how the king doesn't want those two friends in their possible reunion. I didn't focus much on their conversation but Momo was still sorta part of their talking.

          I then began just somehow staring at her, I didn't want to end up doing this but I am. She really is beautiful, no doubt every angle just showed her beauty. I honestly didn't expect falling for the princess, but I guess I am.

Momo's eyes then webt to me, making me stare at the opposite way, avoiding making eye contact with her. I blushed slightly, hoping she didn't notice it.

Time skip...

          We were able to finish our meals for lunch and we were ready to part ways. Honestly, I kinda had a nice time talking with Kirishima, not sure with King Bakugou but he's a nice guy with good intentions.

"Hope to see you both again!!" Princess Momo waved to them as I carried her and she carried our bags.

"Us too!! Hope you gett better soon as well, Momo. Take care!!" Kirishima waved back, he elbowed his friend so the long can wave at us too.

"Oh, and take good care of Momo, Awase!!" Kirishima added.

I nodded, "Will do!!"

Just by that, we took different routes and continued on our own journey. We all had gotten enough rest and energy to continue the travel.

"So, are you gonna tell me now where we're going?" She asked.

I chuckled, "Not yet."

Momo pouted as she burried her head on my shoulder. She muffled, "Please?"

"Nope."

"Aw"

This one is sorta like in the Fantasy AU yet this takes place in a while new different story, wherein Awase is an Alchemist and Momo is a princess.

The concept of this drawing wasn't by me, I mostly did it cause I felt inspired to do so xD

And for here, this is a coffee shop AU that is based off of one of the oneshots in my A-Z oneshots book of Awamomo UwU
