Theo stuffed his not so sweaty hands in his pockets walking back down to his assigned room.

' Thank goodness I didn't break down and reveal the truth.' He thought to himself and when he passed a mirror, he saw how calm he actually looked. In other situations when he had to lie, his auburn hair would cling to his forehead from stress sweating and his palms could sweat rivers.

' Why can I lie so easily for her?'  He thought and walked away from the mirror.

When he walked into their room, he saw a cheerful Katie.

" I had such a good conversation with the Princess!" Katie burst out and Theo smiled at her.

" I wish I could say the same about the Prince.." He mumbled but Katie heard him.

" You were with Keith- the Prince the whole time?" She asked correcting her mistake of calling him without title.

" Did you just call him by name?" Theo asked surprised and Katie sheepishly nodded. 

" Well, I've just met him about 10 years ago.." She started and told Theo about all the meetings she had with Keith. 

" I don't think he knows that I've taken this identity though." She finished and turned to Theo to find him looking at her amazed.

" How you described Keith being with you is so much more different than the Keith I grew up with." He exclaimed in awe, " I knew you were special to him."

" I didn't even learn that he was the Prince until you told me." Katie said shaking her head in embarrassment .

" Stop, I'm getting secondhand embarrassment from you." Theo said teasing her but then remembered the interrogation he had gone through.

" That makes a lot of sense now.." He said to himself and Katie turned her head to him.

" What makes a lot of sense?" She asked and he told her about what happened in Keith's room.

" He really did that?" She asked chomping on a peanut butter cookie and Theo nodded.

" I think he knows that you're here and it's my fault." He said groaning and put his head down.

" Don't think like that." Katie said patting his head with her free hand, " I was bound to be found out eventually and you wouldn't have known it would affect him." 

Theo put his head back up to see that she had offered him half of her peanut butter cookie.

" Thank you." He said quietly and chomped on it silently.

" Now that we know, we should be very careful especially around Keith." Theo said and Katie nodded to it.

" Yeah."

The next morning at breakfast, Theo and Katie were the last ones to arrive at the table.

" Why are you guys so late?" Mark whispered to them as Katie rubbed her eyes.

" Because somebody," Theo said aiming his words to Katie, " forgot to set the alarm." 

" I was distracted with something." She retorted not revealing that it was the thought of Keith distracting her and started chewing on the pancakes in front of her.

She turned away from the twins and her attention went to a grumpy looking Prince 3 seats away from her. He had bags underneath his eyes and he looked as if he was fighting himself internally. 

She also noticed that he had cut his mullet shorter by a little. He ran his slender fingers through his dark hair and looked down at his food. She watched as he took a few bites of his scrambled eggs and got up and walked away from the table.

She couldn't stop but worry so she also got up and walked fast to him.

" Sir." Katie said catching her breath, " Are you okay?" 

Keith looked to his side at her with wide eyes.

" Oh. Gunderson. Yes, I'm okay."  Keith replied and gave her a funny smile. " Wait, did you just come all the way out here to ask me that?" 

Katie blushed and hid her face.

" Sorry Sir- Are you bothered by that?" She blurted and he chuckled.

" No, no. It just seems a bit silly." Keith said laughing more and even though it was embarrassing for Katie, she liked that she was able to make him laugh.

" I guess I came because I was worried you weren't eating enough." She said and he smiled.

" Ah, so that was it. Don't worry about me Gunderson, I think you should worry more about yourself. You also barely touched your food." He said patting her back. 

" Now you must excuse me, I have Kingdoms to study." He said and walked away. 

When Katie went back to the table, Theo was still there waiting for her.

" Where did you go?" He asked and Katie replied smiling,

" Somewhere."
