Chapter 7-Logan

So here I was with this girl named Thalia, who seems nice but is quite intent on making my life a living, well, underworld,
for lack of bitter word. Who cares..we'll see how long she can handle the Logan master. She has long hair, blonde at the bottom and brown at the top. Her blue eyes catch me off guard. They are strangely electric, as if the has been surged with power. They showed intimidation, power. They showed intelligence. As if one glare from her could prove that she was right and I was wrong. They would shock and electrify me.
From behind, I hear Mitch. He looks at Thalia, his whispy beard curling, and says some words I don't exactly register. I mean, I don't have a very long attention span. I'm always doing something. I don't have ADHD, but I seriously think the doctors made some kind of mistake checking me. I glance at Mitch again, and there seems to be a tight tension between the two of them. What did I miss?
Thalia shakes her head. "What do you mean, I can't go? Of course I can go. I'm me and you don't know me but not if you did you would know that I do what I want. I don't care what anyone says." I made a appreciative face. For a fourteen year old, this girl definitely has got a smart mouth. Well, I'm guessing she's fourteen. I'm fifteen, a sophomore in high school. Thalia looks a little younger than me. Mitch shook his head. "Are you supposed to be going to camp?" He asks. She looks at him questioningly. "Yes..but how could you possibly know that?" He just readjusted the backpack on his shoulder. "No time for talk!! Let's go! Chop, chop." Thalia apparently decided to follow us. Behind her, she whistled. A large tiger followed her. "Aagh!!! OK girl, I knew you were crazy, but not this crazy. I mean, why do you have a tiger? Did you know the Tigers can like eat people? I don't know if you know this but you probably should. Just for your sake. Not mine. I'm not scared or anything. Like its a tiger, I see those all the time in the middle of California, right?" I said sarcastically. She looked at me strangely. "We're not in California, we're in Florida." I just face palmed myself.  Not only does this girl not know that tigers can eat people, but  also she doesn't know where in the world We are. I mean study maps or something. "I think your mistaken. It's definitely California, right Mitch?" Mitch looks troubled. "Ummm...yes...no. No. Maybe? Look lets not worry about that. Let's just umm go through a portal or something to get to 'camp'" he says making quotes around camp. Then he widens his eyes and covers his mouth with his hands. "Oh no. Oh no oh no oh no. I've said too much."
