Leah POV

"Alright dad I'm heading out, here's your diary please familiarise yourself with the schedule for tomorrow and I will see you in the morning" I say placing the diary on the side in his room before heading towards the door.

"Not so fast darlin' is it in your bag?" He asks walking towards me

"Dad! I do not need the pepper spray I have Damian with me" I gasp and roll my eyes

"Who says you won't need it for him?" He asks and I shake my head

"Dad you are being ridiculous....." I pause as he raises his eyebrows at me " Alright fine I will put it in my bag but I'm telling you I don't need it, I thought you liked him?"

"I do, he's a good kid but just like the other guys he's not good enough for you" he says "I know what wrestlers on the road are like and I want better for you"

"I know you do and I love you for it but neither of us have any control over this" I say placing a hand on my heart "now I'm not saying I feel anything for him becuase I don't but that doesn't mean I won't I can't stop that happening"

"I know but you don't have to act on it" he says "now go have fun and I will see you in the morning" he says kissing my forehead "and I love you too darlin'"

Leaving the room all I want to do is scream, sometimes I really feel that he is unreasonable. I understand he wants the best for me but this sort of thing should be my choice and he should respect that.

Arriving in the lobby I spot Damian straight away, he's wearing a smart fitted red and black shirt, tight dark jeans and that beautiful smile. I smile back as I approach him.

"Hey you look incredible" he smiles giving me a hug which I gladly return

"Are you flirting with me Mr Priest?" I ask jokingly

"Who me? Of course not I'm too much of a gentle man" he smirks "so I was thinking we could start with something to eat and then walk around, maybe get a drink or two before heading back here, what do you think?"

"Sounds perfect" I smile as he offers me his arm, I link my arm with his unintentionally feeling his bicep which earns a smirk from him "lead the way Mr Priest" I smile

Damian POV

If I'm honest I hadn't been suprised at Leah's initial reaction when I first approached her, I had seen for myself what she had to out up with from some of the roster.

I had seen her around a lot and of course I thought she was beautiful, and I genuinely wanted to get to know her. What I hadn't counted on was her dad begin against it before anything started. I understood him being protective but what was that costing her?

So far she seemed fun, she had a wicked sense of humor and I loved how she likes to tease me. I like how at ease I feel with her and easily we get along, I just hope the rest of the night goes as well.

"You ok there D?" She asks "you've gone quiet"

"Yeah I'm fine" I smile "so where would you like to eat?"

"Hmm what if we get something we can eat while we walk?" She suggests "that way we don't lose sight seeing time"

"I like your thinking" I smile "hot dog sound good?"

"Very good" she smiles "you know I really appreciate you doing this, thank you"

"You're welcome" I say "it's my pleasure"

Leah POV

Two hot dogs and lots of walking and laughing later we found ourselves sitting by a riverbank gazing out at the view. Tonight had been fun, I had enjoyed spending time with him, maybe too much.

It was just my look that I finally meet a nice guy and I'm completely torn between wanting to kiss him and not wanting to anger my father.

"Thank you for tonight, I had a really nice time" I say "maybe we can do this again?"

"Absolutley I had a nice time to" he says "it doesn't have to be over yet though" he says taking my hand in his

"Damian....." I sigh

"I know but I also know that whatever this is you feel it too" he says "so where do we go from here?"

"I don't know, I don't have an answer for you right now" I say "I wish it were simple but it's not"

Nodding he helps me stand and we begin our walk back to the hotel, the whole time he never let's go of my hand until we reach the lobby.

He walks me all the way to my room in silence and we stop outside my door.

"Well goodnight, I guess I'll see you tomorrow" he says before giving me a hug, as he moves away I take hold of his hand and he looks down at me.

Fixing my eyes on his I reach up and take hold of the open part of his shirt, he gently runs his hand along my cheek as I bite my lip.

"The hell with it" I whisper before pulling him down and kissing  him. He hesitates at first but then wraps his arms around me and kisses me back.

As we kiss I move back towards the open door way of my room pulling him with me but he let's go of me and places his hands on the door frame before breaking the kiss

"As much as I want to I think we should wait" he says "earlier you weren't sure and I don't want to be something you regret, I'll see you tomorrow beautiful" he says pecking my lips before leaving

As I watch him walk away I know I'm in so much trouble
