Leah POV

After Damian had left I had gone right back to my work working out my dad's schedule. Trying to fit everything in was proving difficult, they wanted him to do so much but without enough time and I was worried about him getting exhausted.

"So you ran off and got married without telling me, I'm hurt" a familiar voice says

"Hey Cody" I smile putting the diary down and giving him a hug "I missed you"

"I missed you too takerette but I'm still hurt" he smirks

"I'm sorry, I knew nothing about it D planned it all" I say "maybe we could have another ceremony with friends and family"

"Oh well since it's his fault your forgiven" he says making me laugh "congratulations Lea I'm really happy for you and you are glowing with happiness"

"For once I'm really genuinely happy" I smile

"So can I expect a pregnancy announcement sometime soon?" He asks

"We haven't really talked about kids, but I would love to have a family with D" I smile "he's definitely the one for me"

"We should do a double date sometime" he says "I'd like to get to know your new husband"

"Sounds great I'll talk to D about it tonight" I smile

"Great, I'll catch you later takerette" he smiles "oh and I was told to tell you that your dad wants to see you"

"Oh what's gone wrong now" I groan "I'll see you later Cody"

I make my way towards my dad's locker room through the backstage area, I'm almost there when I feel a hand grab my wrist and I'm pulled into an empty room.

"What the hell.......Dolph what do you want" I gasp

"Who do you think yoh are talking to me like that out there?" He asks "being Takers daughter doesn't give you the right to treat people like shit"

"Maybe not but it also doesn't make it OK to use me to get to him" I snap back "you want time with him, ask him yourself"

"Listen here you little bitch" he growls "you think your so tough now your married to Mr Priest but I know it's just an act, really your just a scared little girl who needs a big man to protect her"

"I don't need protecting especially not from you" I say freeing my arm fro his grasp "now if you don't mind my dad needs me"

As I turn to leave I feel myself shoot forward, I land hard over a table banging my face against the solid wood. When I look up I see Dolph standing over me.

"Let that be a warning princess, next time I won't be so nice" he says before leaving the room.

Damian POV

On the way to get my hair done I had stopped off and grabbed one of those silicone rings the guys wear in the ring, I figured since I'd let the cat out of the bag there was no reason for me not to wear one.

I was happy for the world to know that I was married and in love with an incredible woman. As the hairdresser tidies up my undercut and gets to work styling my hair my thoughts wonder off to my beautiful firefly. I wondered what she was doing right now, and I couldn't wait to see her later.

I had gotten permission to take the coat back to my hotel room and I was looking forward to seeing her face when she gets what she wants.

I knew so far we had done everything very fast and maybe we should take sometime before doing any more big things but I'd been thinking more and more about us having a family and I wanted to broach the subject with her tonight.

Leah POV

Getting off the floor  I dust myself off and lift a hand to my face, I hiss as my fingers make contact with what I can only assume is a bruise.

As I start to move I feel pain across my abdomen, wrapping an arm around myself I head to my dads locker room, thankfully he isn't there which makes it easy for to grab my stuff and leave.

I send D a quick text telling him I will see him at the hotel and then get in a cab.
Once in my room I check my face in the mirror and there is no way D won't notice the bruise that has formed.
Running the warm water I fill a hot water bottle and lay o  the bed with it on my stomach hoping it will help the pain.

If I didn't know better I'd say that I was due my period but this didn't feel like menstrual cramps, so I could only assume it had been caused by the impact with the table.

I needed to think carefully about what I was going to tell D, the last thing I wanted was him to get in trouble
