(Name)'s POV (9 yrs. old)

I was a new in to this town named Hokkaido, I wanted to make new friends who also plays soccer, I decided to ask my parents if we could go to the local field.

"Mama, papa can we go to a soccer field?" I begged.

"Sure dear, let's just change your clothes." Mom agreed while a sweet smile on her face. "Yey!" I yelled in happiness.

After I changed, we headed to a soccer field while I was holding my soccer ball while my Dad held the end of my hoodie, since my hands were full. When we got there, no one was there yet.

"Mama, papa I'll be just be on the field!" I cheerfully told them as I walked there.

"Okay, we'll be just sitting here, dear." dad informed me while he sat with Mom right next to him.

I was dribbling across the field, because of the snow, it made it really hard to run on, because of that I slipped, I was expecting to hit the ground but instead I felt two arms around me so I opened my eyes.

"Are you okay?" Asked a boy with red-ish hair going upwards with a greyish-blue eyes. "Yeah! Thanks to you!!!" I say happily with a smile.

"Atsuya, is she okay?" Asked a boy that looks the same as him but with grey hair facing downwards with a similar eye color.

"Yup, she said she's fine." he boy who caught me relieved his twin.

"Ohhh! By the way, I'm Fubuki Atsuya!" the red-wish haired twin introduced himself.

"And I am Fubuki Shirou." the boy with grey hair said.

"I'm (Surname) (Name)!" I stated, obviously hyper.

"So are you new here?" Atsuya asked. "Yup!" I answerd happily.

"And you also play soccer?" Shirou continued to question.

"Yup! I also wanted to make new friends who also plays soccer." I said while picking up my ball.

"I see, we also play soccer." they both said together while smiling. "So then let's play soccer!" I said while placing the ball in the ground.

"(Name)-san-!" Atsuya was cutt off.

"No formalities, Atsuya-kun, just call me (Name)!!" I said pointing to myself with a grin.

"Okay (Name)-chan, what position do you play?" He asked. "Forward or midfielder." I replied.

"I'm a forward" Atsuya said.

"While I'm a defender" says Shiro.

"Wow! That's a cool combination" I said amazed.

"Ya, but I'm the one who scores..." Atsuya bragged.

"But it's important to defend if theres no defenders then you can't score." Shirou said.

"Well Shirou has a point, Atsuya-kun." I said agreeing with Shirou.

"Well whatever let's just play!" Atsuya said while looking away, embarrassed.

"Okay!" me and Shirou said in unison.

From there, we played and played non-stop, having a few breaks from time to time until it finally became dark.

"(Name)! It's getting dark, let's go home, sweetie!" Mom yelled as she called out for me.

"Hai!" I replied to mom.

"Ahh Atsuya-kun, Shirou-kun I have to go now, sorry I can't play longer." I told Atsuya and Shirou

"It's fine, (Name), we needed to go too anyway, we'll see you here tomorrow again, bye-bye!" Atsuya said as he ran to their parents with Shirou at his side. I went to my parents and I hugged my mom's leg.

"Mama, can we go here again tomorrow?" I asked my mom.

"Sure, dear." mom said with a soft smile.

NEXT DAY

After I ate breakfast, I took a quick shower then I wore my thick clothes. "Mama, I'll be going first!" I yelled.

"Okay, just be careful! We'll be there in just a while! Don't talk to strangers!!" she told me as I quickly nodded and went out. I went to the soccer field, when I got there Atsuya and Shirou were already there, and in instinct I ran to them.

"Atsuya-kun!, Shirou-kun!" I called out while they noticed me and said;

"Be careful you might slip again!" They say in sync, in worry.

"Don't worry, I got used to it yesterday." I said smiling then I looked at Atsuya and I think he's getting red.

"Atsuya-kun, are you okay?" I asked worriedly. "No, no I'm perfecrly fine." he answered.

Atsuya's POV

"Don't worry I got used to it yesterday" [f/n] said smiling and then I blushed because of her smile then she noticed me red

"Atsuya-kun, are you okay?" She asked worriedly and I was looking straight to her [e/c] eyes then I snapped out of it then replied

"No, no I'm perfectly fine" I said

"Okay, if you say so" she said then we started playing

6 years later (15 yrs. old)

Me, (Name), Shirou were best friends for six years now, even though Shirou is my brother, he's still my bestfriend, and (Name), I slowly liked her since I first met her but she looks clueless about love, so I decided to keep it a secret but Shirou knew about it and he kept teasing me about it but I didn't care, as long as he didn't say it to (Name), I'm okay with it but I knew I had to say it to her someday.

"Atsuya, (Name) texted me that she would come here, any minute now." Shirou said looking at his phone.

"Why didn't she text me, then?" I sulked.

"She did, check your phone." he told me then I swiftly grabbed my phone from the table then looked at it's notifications.

"WHAT I MISSED TWO CALLS FROM HER!!" I say out loud, as I scanned the notifications.

"Yup, she called me too" Shirou said.

"WHAT?! WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME!" I asked while shaking him.

"Jeez you don't need to shout, you were day dreaming that you could pay attention on anything not even when I shout, only when I said her name you would listen." he explained straightly.

"Ohhh... ahhh... Sorry about that..." I apologized while scratching the back of my head.

"It's okay, just don't over do it." he said then the door bell rang.

"I bet that's her." he said.

"Then I'll go get it." I replied as I walked towards the door and opened it then saw (Name), her (h/c) hair was beautiful and her (e/c) eyes was really amazing that I get lost when I looked at them.

"Ahh Atsuya-kun, are you just gonna stand there?" She asked which brought me out of my thoughts.

"S-sorry!" I immediately moved to the side to let her pass.

"It's alright." she said while smiling then I blushed.

"Are you alright Atsuya? You suddenly go red from time to time." she said , her gaze still at me.

"No, no I'm really okay." I tried to calm down. "Well okay, I trust you." she says as she got in our house.

"Hi Shirou." She greeted him.

"Hi... umm...... I'm going to take a shower..so have fun!" Shirou said while dashing off to the bathroom.

'This is one of his plans again to make me confess to her...well I think I should.' I thought.

"(Name), can we talk?" I asked her.

"Ahh sure, what seems to be the problem?" She asked while she took her seat beside me.

"Umm... what would you do if you really, really like someone?" I asked trying to stay calm then she was surprised for a second then smiled.

"Ahhh I think if you really like someone, I think you should confess to her right away" she said looking at the ground.

"Umm what if that person only thinks of you as a friend?" I asked again.

"In my opinion, I think you should still confess to her so that she knows that theres someone who will always love her." she said looking at me then she held my hand, I was surprised by her actions first but I held her hand too.

"Atsuya, I got to be honest... Why are you asking these questions?" She asked as took the grip on my hand tighter.

"That's because..." I said looking at the ground.

"That's because I really love you" I said looking at her (e/c) eyes that looked surprised.

"I-I..." She looked for words.

"It's okay if you don't feel the same way, (Na-" I got cutt off by a kiss, I kissed back, we just shared a simple kiss, but I would treasure it with me.

"Don't say that Atsuya, because I love you the same way." she said then I kissed her, it was something a longed for, what I craved for years.
