"Let's go, let's go, let's, go, let's go!" Nick chanted as Nia watched him as she put her shoes on.
In irritation, Alex sighed sharply. "Slow your roll, mate," Her English accent escaping from her mouth. "You don't even have your shoes on." She said.
"Sorry, I'm just a little excited." Nick said to his aunt with a shy smile.
Alex sighed again. He's just a kid and he's a Scott. She should humor the kid and be more forgiving even though Nick has a habit of being excited by things that he forgets to focus on others.
"I get that. But, shoes first, little man. Or you can't go anywhere." Alex said.
"Right! Shoes first then we leave." Nick exclaimed rushing over to grab his shoes.
A small chuckle came from young lady's mouth as she watched her nephew quickly put on his shoes with his sister's help with tying his laces with Nick helping out his sister in return. Alex really didn't get why they do this considering the fact that the twins are both capable of tying their own shoes but guess that shows how close the two really are.
Alex grabbed her car keys that hung on a little hook by the door as well as her cross body bag that was red made out of leather. A keychain hung from the strap and it shaped like a pirate hook, something she's had since she was kid.
"Alright! Let's go! The day isn't getting any younger here." Alex said.
"Yay!"
"Yes!"
*time skip*
"Yo! This place is huge!" Nick exclaimed, Alex could practically see the stars in his eyes.
Nia nodded in agreement. "Yeah, it's bigger than it was when it was in the commercial." Nia said.
"That's because you looked at it through a screen. It has a different perspective than it does when it's right in front of your face." Alex explained.
"Oh." The twins said in unison.
"Let's see the inside." Alex said walking up to the automatic doors.
As they slid open, the sound of techno 80s music washed through the entire place. The three walked inside and Alex took in her surroundings. Mothers with young kids, crying or hiding behind them as they talked to the girl at the front desk. Fathers with their sons, the young boys wearing graphic t-shirts with the characters on them.
She was surprised to see teens and even young college students here. They probably hit the arcade that was upstairs. Alex was just guessing yet she did spy a map open on the floor next to the front door. From what she saw this place had everything. Restaurants, go-karts, mini golf, gifts shops and even a daycare.
'Damn... what doesn't this place have? A bouncy castle... watch these fuckers do it.' Alex thought.
"It's bigger on the inside!" Nia exclaimed.
"Auntie, look! Freddy!" Nick said as he pointed.
Alex looked in the direction of where he was pointing and seeing a large golden statue of Freddy Fazbear in the middle, passed the gates. Alex's eyes widened at this. Wow... they went all out.
"Come on, let's get some passes, yeah? Maybe some for the arcade." She said to the twins.
"Oh! Arcade!" Nick said.
"Okay." Nia said after her brother.
Taking Nick's hand as he took Nia's as they walked to one of the front desk. A girl that looked around 18 or 20 smiled at them as soon was they walked up to the desk.
Alex talked to her, front desk girl was very polite and bubbly though Alex had a feeling that was just for customer satisfaction so middle aged moms with a duckling line of kids won't complaining about the attitude of employees. It was a smooth transaction as Alex gave entry passes and arcade passes to the twins, they scampered away from her as they were eager to get to the arcade.
"Thank you so much." Alex said to the girl.
"You're welcome! Hope the three of you have a fun day." Front desk girl said to Alex with a smile.
Alex smiled back just to be polite before stepping back from the desk to turn to the twins who weren't behind her.
"What the..." Alex trialed as her eyes widened. Where did they go? Alex decided to head over the entrance gates maybe the twins went there without her. Scanning her entrance pass to get through the gate, she was greeted by something that she wouldn't think would have happened.
"Auntie, look!" A familiar voice exclaimed.
Alex looked up and her eyes grew wide. Her niece and her nephew were climbing on the Freddy Fazbear.
"Ugh! Geez! I turn my back on you guys for a few moments and you go off and start climbing Freddy Fazbear like a jungle gym. Get off of him, get!" Alex exclaimed.
"Aww, man." Nick whined.
"But he's so fluffy!" Nia said.
A chuckle erupted from the large bear as looked at Alex and grinned. "Oh, it's alright, Miss—." Freddy trailed like he was asking for her name.
"Alex." You answered.
"Miss Alex, the kids are fine. This happens all the time, I'm used to it." Freddy said.
"But still, it's kinda... what's the word..." Alex thought of what word to say though she just gave up as soon as the twins got off of Freddy and Nick tugged at her sleeve that got her attention.
"Auntie, can we go to the arcade?" He asked.
"Okay, can I trust the two of you by yourselves?" Alex asked.
"Yes! I can protect my sister and I can read maps super good!" Nick said.
"Okay. I guess but if anything happens, meet back here and ask an employee for help, okay?" She said.
"Yeah!" The twins said in unison.
"Alright, get going." Alex said as the twins smiled and running up the escalator to the elevators hand and hand with Nick holding the map Alex gave him.
Alex smiled after them until she realized who she was standing next to. Freddy Fazbear. Well the new and improved version as the Pizzaplex has said. He was large then Alex expected him to be. Freddy stared down at her and grinned, his ears flicked.
"Your kids are quite outgoing." Freddy said breaking the silence between them.
"Oh! They're not mine, they're my brother's kids. But yeah, they are." Alex said.
"Oh, I apologize for implying." Freddy said, a bit frantic, afraid of offending her.
"Oh no," Alex waved her hands in front of her. "It's fine, it's easy to imply that and I don't blame you yet my father thinks Nick looks like me." Alex said chuckling a bit afterwards.
"Well, you're a new face. First time at the Pizzaplex?" Freddy asked.
"Yes, exactly! I was just going to do a little exploring. This place is huge, I wanna see it all!" Alex exclaimed.
Freddy chuckled. "I guess I should let you go then, I have to get back to Rockstar Row. Hope I see you again soon, Miss Alex." The light brown bear smiled as he waved to you as he walked to the escalator.
Freddy was just as much as gentleman as used to be though he lost his southern accent yet he's still Freddy. Alex smiled after him then took out a map the she had. Fazer Blast, Monty's Gator Golf, Roxy Raceway... all of these sound cool sure they're for kids but it was still intriguing. Something got her eye, she gasped a bit.
"Pirate Cove..."
