Haruhiko Wakagen

Age: Year Older than Akame

Height: Five Foot Ten (Yes he grew a few inches.)

PD (Physical Description):

Short Black hair that sometimes partially covers his Lilac colored Eyes, broad shoulders that go with his slight muscular tone body that's covered in scars and a slave brand marked under his left armpit. Described to be visually handsome when he isn't wearing a mask or helmet.

Outfit:

Standard Empire uniform as the base, with customized armor and Helmet with multiple compartments to hold his tools, and throwable weapons. (Picture above)

Weapons:

Throwing knives, needles with specialized poisons, flash bangs, tomahawk, hidden blades, antidote bottles.

Unknown's Claw: A newly forged sword n shield Teigu that pairs Unknown Cores with the user's blood. The main purpose of the weapon is to heal and remove curses by using the user's blood for energy making the user exhausted but not completely drained of blood as it does refill at a rapid rate unless an excessive amount is used which put the user in a coma for a number of days. It's not without its own combative uses It's able to generate an aura shield close to the speed of light on the user's command and reaction time, it has an affinity of water and is able to manipulate water from any body of water, plant life, the air itself, and if concentrated enough another living being. Thanks to its affinity to water the elements of fire and ice have no effect on the user and the sword is able to redirect lightning and even absorb it if the user wills it so. The sword is also capable of releasing an aura beam from its blade either in a slash or straight beam; however when the attack applications are used it also drains the user's energy exhausting them.

Unknown's Claw can also enhance the user's physical attributes passively when equipped. But greatly enhances all abilities when combined together to create an energy like short sword to be wielded in one hand giving the user the ability to be more offensive than defensive. However a major drawback is it puts the user on a timer as it drains the user of their energy dramatically exhausting them quicker.

However Unknown's Claw is an extension of the user's will. If their will to accomplish their goal is strong enough Unknown's Claw will power on through with its user using energy from around them to help its user. Unknown's Claw is special not only because it's a new Teigu but because only those who seek to protect and heal can wield it; only the one's who find Unknown's Claw to have a comforting look can wield it.

Personality: Kind, Humble, Cool, Calm, Collected, Rational, Loyal and ruthless. These words are often used to describe Haruhiko by those who know him.

Even being in a profession where many die young and lives are considered expendable, Haruhiko never treats a life as such often seeing the lives of those under his command a top priority always making plans for the best outcome in upcoming battles or missions. However when he has a target insite that needs to be dealt with Haruhiko will not relent until they're dead or incompasitated. Though many who first start believe the opposite as his training can be ruthless at times; however he pushes his men so that they'll bring out their hidden abilities and be the best versions of themselves because he cares for their well being, always being thoughtful of their health ensuring they'd be at their best.

In fights he never loses his head and stays calm and rational even when odds are against him, that being said he does enjoy playing mind tricks on his opponents always coming up with something new to keep the enemy guessing. When faced against a stronger opponent Haruhiko will not back down and push through until he's victorious using every trick in his repertoire and come up with new strategies while in a fight. On very rare occasions would Haruhiko be pushed to anger; nonetheless he maintains his composure and doesn't let his emotions get the best of him especially in a fight.

And finally he tends to keep to himself and bottle up his emotions. But to those he's close to he has a softer side for always wanting to please them. Akame and Hinowa for example hold a special place in his heart as he goes out of his way to make them happy and support them. That being said Akame would often describe him as doting while Hinowa would describe him as a big softy.

He does not like Teigus as he believes they cause nothing but trouble. That being said the only exception would be Unknown's Claw as it's purpose does the exact opposite so he takes care of his Teigu along with his other weapons with lots of care.

Story: Son to Yoshiro and Tsunowa Wakagen the lead fishers of their village to the East. At a very young age Haruhiko knew nothing but the love of his parents and village. His mother was a beautiful woman said to come from a far land, people would call her the mermaid as she would bring the finest bounty of fish from the deep ocean. His father handled the villages finances and conceived a way to help net fish more easily by crafting new fishing devices only the village had access to even constructing a ship able to pull A rank danger beast to shore from the deep.

However tragedy stuck when raiders had come and ransacked his village killing everyone and enslaving the children for a profit. Despite being young he had the tenacity of his parents in his genes and never gave up on finding a way to escape his slavers along with the children in his village. He nearly succeeded six times however his captors had decided to break his spirit and kill all the kids from his village leaving him alive because a strong slave sold for more. But Haruhiko was always trouble to his buyers that the slavers had decided to use him to their advantage for a scam to get Haruhiko to kill the buyers and escape only for them to catch him again. But after two buyers in a span of several years the Slavers were thinking of putting him down because of how much trouble he was costing them.

But One day Gozuki was investigating a Slave known to be quite strong willed and went looking for him. When he found the traders he witnessed Haruhiko keep several Slavers at bay with a spear he took off one of the guards. Impressed Gozuki managed to talk the boy down and purchase him for an opportunity to better his life which Haruhiko agreed to do so being taken under his wing. After surviving the Final Selection with two girls he'll come to know as Akame and Kurome, he was appointed to be a Death's Hand. This job was originally for assassin members to save key operatives or to finish off an assassin's job if they fell short. But after his first contract where he was sent on his own assassination mission against someone know as the Gorilla of the Revolutionary Army, he did so without a sweat as he spent three hours studying his target before setting a trap and ending his life. After that he was sent on missions to assist the Elite Seven, and Group Terror. Needless to say he had grown close to them; clash with Najasho from time to time, Had an interest in Akame romantically but knew Akame looked at him as a friend at that time. After the reforming of Elite Seven after several of their members casualties, Death's Hand became a squad of master assassins skilled in espionage and would often be reinforced by the Elite Seven allowing Haruhiko to practice his new found leadership role and succeeded for a time til they encounter the Oarburghs with Merraid Oarburgh; Haruhiko's first major failure... The loss of Gin had almost broken him especially when he watched Gin be killed in her fight against Merraid, then when she stopped him from saving Akame and Kurome from being captured the first time around.

In the next few weeks Haruhiko much to his dismay had to study the bugs Merraid used to kill Gin and all known Bug danger beasts in the appendix. Which meant studying Gin's mutilated body for bug residue. After his studies he conceived a toxin deadly to all wildlife including humans into a gas bomb; however knowing Akame and Kurome's resistance to poisons he knew he had to have a back up plan because the resistance would only protect them for so long so he built up an immunity to the toxin for three long suffering filled days. Once the strike on Oarburgh's base happened Haruhiko saw Akame square off against Merraid and went to assist. However Akame was badly damaged and eventually was knocked out by her with no other choice Haruhiko put his new toxin to use driving Merraid into a rage to kill him but all for nothing as the bugs she Implanted in him died instantly thanks to the Toxins in his body.

After Merraid's death Haruhiko continued to bring small nations down from within granting the Empire new territories. Catching this Budo had decided to train Haruhiko for Gozuki which he was fine with. A year passes and Haruhiko has a promotion to General around the corner. And the tragedy struck where he heard Akame defecting and he knew the reasons because after Green's death he became the main confidant for Akame to talk to. So he aided in her escape even killing Tsukushi before she could kill Akame. After helping Akame he started his work as a Spy for the Revolutionary Army and NightRaid working little by little to break down the Empire from his newly appointed General position all because the Empire had hurt his friend Akame and poisoned Kurome by getting her addicted to drugs.

In those two years Haruhiko and Akame grew ever so closer together despite only meeting up to exchange information. But during his time as a general he had learned a lot of things; for example he found Gozuki's notes on Murasame and its trump card. Seeing this Haruhiko had planned to find a counter to the curse for Akame without her knowing about it. He spent the next several weeks sneaking into the mysterious mountains of Wakoku to find a danger beast said to counter the effects of the danger beast used to make Murasame. There he obtained Unknown's Claw a new Teigu suited for him.

Soon many new problems arose with a group called WildHunt but they didn't last thanks to NightRaid. Skipping further ahead Haruhiko and NightRaid with the Revolution army had succeeded in taking down the Empire. After the war Haruhiko and Akame in their patience had confessed to each other starting their new relationship as a happy couple soon to be married and with Akame's curse gone they had a bright life ahead. But unfortunately life is unfair and the curse still lived in Akame and killed their first born child.

Now in search for a cure Akame and Haruhiko find themselves in Wakoku separated for several months til they reunited with each other thanks to the help of Haruhiko's Cousin Hinowa which they didn't know each other existed until Akame had put the puzzle together. However it wouldn't last as they would separate once again as Akame would leave to bring Najasho back to them and Haruhiko commit himself to Hinowa's cause.

Human preferred but half breeds and spiritual are welcomed.

Powers must be within reason of Hinowa ga Yuku. (Aka: no life or death cheat powers)
