It's basically the soulmate au trend thing- you and your soulmate have the same colour in you hair or whatever and it's to indict that you are meant to be with them. It can have anywhere up to 3-4 people or bloody how many people having the same colour in their hair- also i feel like doing you mu- jk, Jk I was gonna put Mtmte but I just had to put a 'your mum' joke in there... sorry-)

Libby looks at the colour as she was a bit confused "Neechan what does the colour mean?" She asked as Acnologia gave a quick answer "our Sparkmates have been found" she says.
