Chapter 6: Stay Alive Part 1

Third Person POV

Y/N was walking through the halls of the old building.
"Ugh Mr. Franklin is going to kill me if I don't finish the essay on electricity!"
She thought as a unlocked my lock and pulled out my biology book.
"Thank god! It's still here." She whispered, relieved. As she was locking her lock, she remembered something.
"Speaking of still here, where is Samuel? Oh god, tell me I lost him!" She said as ran through the halls searching for him.
"FRICK FRICK FRICK!" She thought as I frantically opened every door she could.

~ 30 Minutes Later~

Y/N walked dejectedly across the old building. "I'm never going to forgive myself for this." She said as she walked into the bathroom, sunk to the floor and closed her eyes.
"Whatever or whoever brought him to me, please, don't let me lose him."
She thought, letting the tears roll onto her face. After about 10 minutes of crying, she heard a loud bang across the hall.
"Oh god. What if Mr. G fell while he was cleaning?!" She thought, getting to her feet and  scurrying out the door. Again, she heard a bang.
"It's coming from Room 130!" She thought as she ran to that room. She banged on the door, but no one answered. She tried the nob, but to no success.
"Damn! Its locked." She hissed. Out of pure frustration, she walked into another class room.
"This is Mr. August's room..." she said. As she was walking out, a glimmering caught her eye.
"A baseball bat.." She said, and the gears in her head began to turn. Her eyes widened as she realized what she had to do. She picked up the bat up, and faced towards the room where her some poor soul was locked in.
"I'm really sorry Mr. Washington..." She said as she took a deep breath.
"Here goes nothing" She said. She ran full speed at the door, and swing the metal bat at the old lock.  "Mother fruit basket!" She yelled out of pure joy, and she opened the door. That joy was quickly replaced with sadness and anger as the moonlight illuminated a mob of beautiful light brown hair, and the body which held it to be wearing a hoodie and jeans. The exact ones Samuel had. "Samuel!" She cried, running over to him. She quickly took off her hoodie, resting his head on it while looking on any sign of wounds. She didn't find any, and she didn't see any weapons. Suddenly, she realized Lee was also in the room. She went over to him and repeated the wound check. There weren't any. She felt both their steady heartbeats, so she knew no serious thing had happened to them. Or now, at least. "Ok, now is not the time to panic!" She said, panicking. She went to the other classroom, and dialed Mr. Washington's office. Luckily, he had decided to stay late that day, to clean up his office. He was moving boxes around, when he heard his office phone ring. "Who would be calling me now? And who is still at school?!" He said as he picked up the phone.
"Hello?" He said calmly. There was crackling on the other line, and he heard a voice.
"Mr. Washington? This is Y/N L/N, and I just found Charles Lee and Samuel Seabury passed out in Room 130, of the old building. I need medical assistance immediately." She said, her voice cracking at times. She was one of Mr. Washington's favorite students, as he taught her in the middle school. "Y/N, I trust you." He said. A small "ok" was heard from the other line, and the call ended.
