Backstory: First born to Queen Azura and King Bryn. Her birth was kept quiet as she was born unhealthy. But word got out, including what kind of powers it was rumoured she had. As word got back to the King and Queen of plans to take her away they took matters into their own hands. After Karter was born and Aurora was old enough to remember things they sent her away. She found herself in the Spring Kingdom where she joined the Les Fleurs Desiree. Her parents had given her a concoction that kept her powers at bay but she's run out. She's kept quiet about her lineage and her knowledge of her powers are blurry.

Backstory: Karter had a peaceful childhood, attending lessons and playing with his sister. He gave up on learning magic when his first lesson went wrong and turned his focus to swordsmanship. As he got older and his parents travelled more he joined the Light Council and took charge of the kingdom often. After his parents appointed Anastasia his right hand he had to suppress any growing feelings, diving into work and training.

Backstory: Drew lived a relatively sheltered life growing up. She focused on academics and music and taught herself magic since she had no sufficient teacher and her parents were always travelling. When they introduced her to Wren she was immediately captivated and became good friends. She was ecstatic when he was appointed her servant. As she got older she would visit the townspeople to escape her overprotective brother and perform for the people. While she kept her growing feelings toward Wren to herself it was pretty obvious to everyone else.

Backstory: Dylan grew up in a small family in a small town. They owned the single inn that travellers of all kinds would pass through. As she got older she helped out more at the inn and when she earned enough money she moved to the capital of the Light Kingdom. She worked a few jobs there before she found one in the castle kitchens. There she met Wren and became good friends, teasing him about his crush and talking whenever they got the chance. She mostly keeps to herself and distracts herself with cooking.

Backstory: Elric doesn't remember much of his childhood. But he was raised by Chase while his mother worked for the League of Assassins. Chase tracked his father down in the Light Kingdom and got him away. Elric's father was a knight and he followed in his footsteps. He became best friends with Milo when they met in training. He lost his father in a battle but didn't lose hope, pledging his heart and loyalty to the kingdom. Due to his skills, and father's legacy, he was appointed Drew's personal guard.

Relationships: Inara's brother, worked with Milo and Elric, knows the others in the Light Kingdom but never got close to the inner circle.
Backstory: He grew up among the lower ring of the capital city. He always volunteered to help people in any way he could and mainly worked in the stables with animals. It's how he learned he could communicate with them. Inara encouraged him to train and try out for the knights. While he wasn't the greatest at first, he trained hard and grew to be a great knight. He would typically end up patrolling the kingdom and the city.
Other: Ended up working under Laverna, lost a close friend during Wynter's second attack and wishes he could free Inara from William.

Inara Alderidge

Backstory: Inara grew up alongside Ezra. She'd follow him to his stable job and volunteering but spent more time helping her grandparents at home. When she was old enough she applied and became a servant in the kingdom but continued living with her family. She helped encourage Ezra to try out for the knights.
Other: Ended up working for Laverna and became Vienna's replacement when she disappeared after Wynter's attack.

Nico Han

Backstory: Nico grew up in the Dark Kingdom and was sold off by his parents to become a servant. He kept his head down and did as he was told but he didn't believe in the morals or values of the kingdom. After Laverna's public punishment against Maverick, Nico pulled together a plan and left the kingdom. He ended up in the Light Kingdom where he worked his way up from a servant to the royal healer.

Backstory: Rowan never knew either of his parents and was raised in the palace alongside the royals. While he learned the ways of a servant he was treated like another son to the King and Queen. He was appointed to work with the royals and ended up becoming their advisor. He helped Nico adjust into work when he showed up. He's known for his hard work and does his best to ignore the rumours of his unhealthy habits.
