Only 1% of the population are trans.

I'm case you want to know what ftm or mtf means. Its this

Female to male
Male to female

Ftm to help with gender dysphoria use binders to hide their chest.

And mtf to help with their gender dysphoria use a padding for breasts. Until they can get surgery.

Definition  
Someone who's brain was born in the wrong body. Meaning their brain does not match their body.
People who are trans have to disorder called " gender dysphoria ". Because if you have no gender dysphoria then you have no reason to transition.

Unpopular opinion

You have to have gender dysphoria to be transgender.

I do agree. Because gender dysphoria is what makes you trans. If you don't have it,  Meaning you where born with a female body and a female brain.
But I feel if you want to be the other gender isn't that a form of gf itself? Idk it's complicated
