Things continued to go perfectly well after this. Eventually it was summer again, and I was able to spend more time with him.

"You know," he told me, "you seriously are beautiful."

I grinned, slapping his arm lightly. "Stop it." Instead he looked at me with this intensity in his eyes. It was moments like these where I knew he loved me. Where I knew we were meant to be. "I love you," I whispered, moving forward and kissing his lips.

After we pulled back he said, "I'd say I love you to the moon and back, but that's not far enough." Then he moved forward and we kissed again.

Diana walked over, Blake holding her hand. "You guys are disgusting."

"Hey, at least we admit our feelings for each other." I looked at their intertwined hands. "Plus, I'm allowed to do this more often now that I'm sixteen."

"Yeah, and he's nineteen. Let's not forget that," Diana said with a smirk on her face and raised brow.

"You're so annoying," I said. "Anyways, did you grab the ice cream?"

"Yeah, it's in the car," Blake answered for you. "Are you guys ready to go?" We all nodded and got into the car, ready for the drive back to my house.

Luke got into the drivers seat at the same time Blake got into the passenger seat. It was our way of making sure there would be no back seat making out, or anything of the such. Of course we all denied the thought it might happen, but would give each other secret glances showing it could. That was when I proposed the idea, which they all agreed to.

"Are you going to your dad's this weekend?" Diana asked.

"Yeah," I answered. "I always do. I'd feel awful if I didn't." Diana looked at me with confusion, so I continued. "I picked mom. I didn't even waste a second. I just picked her. He wasn't angry or hurt, he was actually proud, but. . . I just feel like I owe this to him. That I need to be a better daughter."

"Of course," Diana said. "So, what movie are we going to watch."

"Scream," I answered. "We're going to have a marathon with all four movies."

"Four? I thought it was a trilogy," Blake said, turning to look at us.

"It was," I started, "until 2011 where they made the fourth one. It was cool, and one of the ghost face people is one of the people you'd never guess."

"Wow, Chris, now I really want to watch it," Luke said, grinning back at me before moving his eyes back to the road. He was always extra careful on the road. Checking everywhere he was. His biggest fear was getting into a car accident with someone in the car with him. I wasn't sure how he would drive without someone, but I figured he'd drive the same way.
