Sunday morning came and you felt even worse than last night. You felt like your head was on fire and about to explode from staying all night long thinking of that stupid letter.

To make things even worse, Law had noticed your change of behaviour and started questioning you, and oh boy, when he did was he stubborn!

You wondered if you had been living with a child all this time but didn't notice because of its adult 'needs'... plus size.

Either way you almost snapped at your lover to leave you alone that morning, which he did, and now you felt like the worst person in the world.

You stared at the ceiling as if the answers would suddenly fall down upon you and sighed.

You were acting like a child again and you knew it. But was there really a good way of handling things?

For a moment you even wondered why you were so mad. It was just a stupid contest! It's not like you dropped out of college or lost a job!...

Well, perhaps a future job...

Yet you were frustrated... why though...

Thinking back on your studies and dreams you don't remember ever wanting to do body painting, this was actually the first time you had tried it and it was fun!

...

That was it!

Fun!

It was fun! It wasn't your dream job or anything similar as a matter of fact!

The excitment of trying new things, that's what motivated you so much! It wasn't the body painting itself!

Now that you had reached that conclusion you felt like a bus ran over you with guilt thinking about how you snapped at Law... You should definitely apologize!

Yet you still had questions that needed answers before confronting you lover.

Looking at the digital watch beside you, you saw it was almost lunch time so you decided to quit your childish ways and get down to work on the kitchen. Your questions would have to wait a bit longer, your lover came first, and food.

As you left your room you were extra careful not to make any sounds when going down the stairs. You felt your hear beat accelerate and the tension in the air increase as you neared the living room.

Slowly peeking inside, you saw Law laid down on the sofa with Bepo on his belly, probably taking a nap.

Reaching forward, Law's head turned towards you as he immediately spotted you. He remained silent, analysing you carefully with an enigmatic expression on his face, like he was trying to resolve a puzzle or disarming a bomb.

You smiled lightly at his confused expression and... was that slight fear you were detecting?

You giggled, walking up to him, croushing in from of him.

"I'm sorry for my behaviour earlier this morning." – You gave him a light kiss on the lips and continued – "Truth is I was mad at a letter I found yesterday in the old mailbox. It was from the jury, they decided to disqualify me."

You could tell he was worried despite looking uninterested, you knew he was just giving you time to explain and vent everything out.

"I'm really sorry for snapping at you. I shouldn't have, it was just a stupid contest. There will be many more in the future."

Law grew tense at your last sentence you laughed in surprise.

"On come on! I'm not that scary!" – You laughed at your lover's cute pout and took the now awoken Bepo into your arms.

"I don't even wanna know what it'll be like when you get your period!" – He muttered shivering slightly.

"Oh right! I almost forgot, it's next week!" – You quickly remembered as your lover facepalmed while trying to hide his face in his big slender hand – "I promise I'll try not to murder anyone!"

"I think I'll stay at a friend's house next week..." – He said getting up.

You chose to ignore his last comment and got up, with Bepo still in your arms, and followed him to the kitchen.

"I was thinking..."

"That's bad!" – He interrupted you.

"We should go out to the park!" – You pouted and punched his arm lightly – "And maybe have a picnic or something. To lighten up the mood!"

"Sounds good to me. But first we need to go by the supermarket."

You nodded and put Bepo back on the ground before getting to work. You two devided your tasks, you got to make a list of all foods needed and arranging the ones you already had into the basket while Law accommodated the car with blankets, pillows, board games, Bepo's toys and other stuff you needed.

Once you were done you got inside the car with Bepo safely on your lap and drove to the supermarket, where you had to stay outside, in the car, waiting for Law to return due to Bepo not being allowed inside.

Law took a bit longer than you expected, the man bought the healthiest and most expensive vegan food he could find and suddenly you didn't feel so hungry anymore.

"Quit babying, this is good for your body."

"No! The body is mine, I should do whatever I want with it!"

"But I'm the one who'll be eating it at night, so no more unhealthy fast food!"

You cried against Bepo's soft fur and cursed Law inside your head planning to have Bepo pee on his pillow tonight as revenge as he drove the car to the park. 

Once you arrived you quickly took your things and placed them under a sakura tree that gave a nice shade to your picnic.

Law sat beside you placing the basket in front of him while you tried to restrain Bepo from running away.

"Geez! Calm down Bepo! You'll have all day to run around the park!" – You hugged his chubby figure as he squirmed under your strong hold.

"Go take a walk with him. I'll have the food ready by the time you come back." – You eyed Law suspiciously but shivered when he gave you that 'I'm the doctor here so obey my orders' glare.

You jumped onto your feet, freeing Bepo in the process, who desperatly ran, stretching his leash as much as possible.

It didn't look like it, but Bepo was actually stronger than you had ever imagined and somehow was able to drag you around the park.

Having on other choice you ran after him, hoping the leash wouldn't break and lose Bepo along the way.

"B-Bepo! Wait! S-Slow down!"

As you tried to catch up with what looked like more of a chubby bunny jumping than a dog running, you ended up triping over your own feet and kissing the ground. Bepo didn't even care and kep running of course...

"Damn it you fat mochi!" – You stopped your make out session with the ground and looked up.

You heard a thin feminine scream and already knew Bepo had somehow fucked up...

"Oh no!" – You jumped back into your feet and ran like your ass was on fire, because it would be if Law ever came to know of this – "BEPO! YOU WALKING ONIGIRI!"

At distance you saw a tall beautiful pink haired girl screaming with a what looked like a living white ball of fur jumping and running in circles around her.

"Please help me!" – She cried loudly atracting many eyes.

"Please wait, he doesn't bite! He's just a baby!" – You reached for Bepo jumping on top of him like a wrestler and grinned – "Gotcha you little fucker!"

Bepo farted on your face and escaped from you again while you coughed like a dying whale.

"A-Are you ok? Ehh!" – The girl wanted to help you but was too scared with Bepo jumping on her.

It took you a while to catch Bepo, but in the end you managed to do it, and this time you made sure to keep him at a safe distance from your face.

"Stop it Bepo! You were very mean today! Mommy is very disappointed in you!" – Bepo suddenly stopped squirming and gave you teary look before staring at the ground in sadness.

"H-How sensitive!" – The pink haired girl said and you agreed.

"Anyway, sorry for the commotion. He's still a baby and was too excited. Sorry for causing you trouble!" – You apologised with a small bow.

"N-No need to apologize! I e-exagerated a b-bit too!" – She fidgeted with her fingers while talking – "You see... I was bitten by a wild dog as a child, b-but I still love them a lot! I got into therapy and everything but I'm still a bit s-s-scared..."

"And you have every right to be! It was my fault for not holding on as I should! Humm..." – You drifted a bit not knowing her name.

"Shirahoshi!"

"Oh right! You're one of Brook's students! That's why you look so familiar." – You put Bepo on the ground but this time held the leash on tight – "I'm (Y/N) by the way!"

"Ah, you're that girl from the Straw Hat group and the..." – She suddenly stopped talking looking away embarrassed.

"The scandals." – You completed – "That's right, I'm her."

"Sorry I shouldn't have..."

"No, it's ok!"

Na awkward silence prevailed as the two of you didn't know what to say.

"So... I should be going..." – You trailed.

"M-Me too!... So..."

"So..."

"Ah! I almost forgot!" – She quickly runmaged through her valentino bag as you gawked at all her expensive clothes you now noticed – "Here. This is for you."

She took out a small card and passed it to you.

"What's this for?"

"It's a card from dad's company. I was ment to give you that some time ago but didn't have time." – She pointed towards the name and adress on the card – "My dad owns a marketing company and has been wanting to hire new talented people, so he asked me if I knew anyone talented enough from my college."

"Wow. I don't even know what to say. Thank you!" – You analized the card before putting it in your pocket – "But I'm still a second year student. If you wanted someone for the job it would have been wiser to go see the third year students."

"Well, I didn't know anyone so I just asked the teachers around and Ms Hancock recommended you right away."

You walked back in silence to your original spot and saw your lover waiting for you with crossed arms and legs.

"How kind of you to finally show up." – You shivered at his cold tone and aproached carefully.

"S-Sorry about that! Hehe-He... Bepo took his time exploring!"

"Hum... I see." – He put an arm around your shoulders while Bepo placed himself on his lap – "So nothing happened out there?..."

"N-Nothing..." – You looked away sweating as he kept whispering in your ear.

"I'm glad..." – He let go and you sighed in relief.

You looked around and saw delicious food waiting for you so you reached forward to grab a piece but Law swatted your hand away.

"Fat mochis and walking onigiris don't deserve my food." – You didn't know if you should be either seduced or scared of his cold demeanor.

"You're so mean." – You cried – "He wasn't an angel you know!"

He eyed you uninterest.

"I hate you." – You pouted and glared looking the other.

Finally, when you arrived home, you left Law to take care of everything alone as revenge for him ignoring you the rest of the afternoon in the park and pratically rubbing in your face Bepo's love for him, and went upstairs to your room, where you found your phone.

"Finally! I thought I had lost it!" – You ran to your bed where you had forgotten it since it had been charging, sat and turned it on – "Ten calls from an unknown number???"

Must have been something important...

You heard footsteps as you marked your friends phone numbers and sent them the unkown number to see if they knew who it was from.

"(Y/N)." – Law called from behind you.

"Not now Law."

You felt him sit behind you as you entered your friends phone numbers.

"Are you mad at me?"

"Not now!" – You concentrated on writting the last numbers but Law was just as stubborn.

"(Y/N)!"

"Wait, I'm almost done!"

"I'm not going to apologize for today!"

"Huhum."

"(Y/N)."

"Almost..."

"Fine, I'm sorry!"

"I'm done!"

"..."

"Hum? Did you say something?" – You looked back at his hugging figure glued to your back – "L-Law... you're a bit tight..."

He hid his face deeper into the back of your neck as he squeezed you.

"LA-AW!" – You gasped for air hitting his arms.

"Shut up! I hate you for making feel this way! This is all your fault!"

"H-HOW I-IS TH-HAT MY F-FAULT!?"
