~Yuina~

Since then nine years have gone by in a flash, since that date and that first night we kissed Kisuke and i have been a secret relationship, well it's not like we've actively tried to keep it secret so i'm sure some of the more clever colleagues of ours have figured it out.

And it's not like there are really any rules against captains and subordinates having a relationship it's just they're not as common as you'd think since the leader follower status hardly ever goes to relationship status.

Yet Kisuke and i are in one, maybe it's cause Kisuke has a more lax attitude and he doesn't order me around like a regular captain would or maybe it's just some special bond that we're like this but it's not like any of that matters, we make it work and can still focus on our job.

Anyway, Kisuke was currently out with the lieutenant and Mayuri so i was left in charge of the squad for the moment when some news came in, people have been disappearing in the Rukon district and what's strange is they left nothing else but their clothes behind.

If they had died normally their clothes would of turned back into reishi as usual so this was something totally different though squad nine was already looking into it so i decided to just forget about it for now.

Later Kisuke, the lieutenant and Mayuri returned and i was free to go do the paperwork, but before i could Kisuke snatched me away to his room "Uhm Kisuke you know the work is just gonna pile up if you keep snagging me away like this"i said feeling flustered as he pulled me to the darkness of his room.

"I know but forget about work for now i just wanted to take a nap and you are my favorite cuddle buddy"Kisuke said pulling me closer and trapping me into his hold.

"Somehow i get the feeling you wanna do more then just cuddle"i muttered but i knew he heard me "Yuina you're such a perv, i honestly just want to cuddle"he said falling back on his bed and snuggling his head into the crook of my neck "You're the perv for wanting to do it every chance we get"i said looking away.

He chuckled a bit "Maybe so but really i just wanna cuddle and take a nap with you"he said, i sighed and turned around cuddling him back "Alright"i simply said and soon enough i heard his breathing even out, looking up i saw he was asleep i smiled a bit and kissed his nose.

Personally i wasn't that tired so i used this time to think about whatever was bothering me, although i don't usually let anything bother me there was something on my mind right now.

One night eight years ago we had sex for the first time and since then we've been doing it whenever we felt like it really, which with this perv was pretty much at least once or twice a week, although i might be just big of a perv since i don't mind doing it that often.

We haven't had any in a while though, the last time was a month ago and it had left me pregnant, you'd think i would of gotten pregnant more then once over the last eight years Kisuke and i have been having sex but no.

Each time we did it i made sure to clean it out the next day, though last month was different, i didn't forget to clean it out i didn't want to, i allowed myself to get pregnant that time because i wanted to, before i hadn't yet that last time was different.

Anyway i think Kisuke knows even though i haven't said anything about it and he hasn't said or done anything to confirm my suspicion either, i just have this feeling that he knows, not that it matters though i intend to tell him at some point either way.

Anyway just as i was starting to feel sleepy the shrewd voice of Hiyori called for Kisuke waking him up too, "Yes? I was trying to get some sleep i thought i asked you to be quiet"he said walking over to the commotion and i slipped away to get to my own work.

~Kisuke~

I saw Yuina slip out from the corner of my eye, off to her own work i guess whatever i'll catch her again later "Do something about this guy! You obviously haven't trained him well"my lieutenant Hiyori said pointing at Mayuri.

"What is that thing on your back?"she asked, looking over i saw it was the gigai i had been working on guess i must of grabbed it on the way here, "Oh this thing? It's my prototype for a new gigai, do you know what captain Hirako said this morning where he said he believed people vanished without being able to retrain their human form?"i asked.

"Supposing what he said is true, i thought if we were to place a soul on the verge of destruction into a human mold the soul would not vanish, i'm seeing if i can apply gigai technology to make that mold into a reality"i told her.

"You're what?"Hiyori asked, i mentally sighed a bit Yuina would of gotten it, then i heard someone outside the door "Excuse me i'm Hizaimon Toro 16th seat of squad nine is Kisuke Urahara captain of squad twelve here?"they asked.

"I have come with a request from captain Kensei"they added "Yes i'm here, what's this about?"i asked opening the door and letting them in, they explained what they needed from me.

"Interesting, i understand i'll select personnel immediately and send them tonight in the mean time i'd like you to go back and help your captain"i told them "Yes sir thank you very much"they said before leaving.

"Now then time to select personnel, go on go"i told my lieutenant "Why the hell do i have to go there?! Can't you send someone lower in rank then me?!"she asked pointing over to a newer recruit named Akon.

"All you do is complain, you find everything disagreeable why don't you just being a lieutenant already?"the young boy muttered, i chuckled a bit watching those two acted like siblings "Sorry Hiyori but you're the only one i can trust with a task as important as this one"i said but it was fully true.

I trusted Yuina way more then Hiyori but i didn't want to put her in harms way, besides she's content enough doing paperwork, "Take anything you think you might need, even if you need something from the captains office, remember to get a sample from the sight where the souls vanished, it'll prove to be very valuable"i told Hiyori.

"I'm counting on you Hiyori don't let me down"i said just to sweeten the pot and she went to get her things "Okay but i'm gonna need a pretty big expense account, remember that!"she yelled before leaving.

I finished up the paperwork around nightfall, it had gotten to pile up since today had been a fairly busy day, anyway i walked out rolling my shoulders to get the stiffness out when i felt someone behind me.

Acting quickly i drew my zanpakuto and aimed at the creep only to stop short when i saw it was Kisuke "You shouldn't sneak up on me like that Kisuke"I said putting my zanpakuto back in it's sheath.

"Nice to see your reflexes are as sharp as ever"He smiled brushing off the fact i nearly attacked him, i huffed a bit turning away, Kisuke got closer to me and started rubbing my shoulders "What are you doing?"i asked looking over to him.

"I'm rubbing your shoulders, i saw you rolling them working on all those papers must be hard work"Kisuke said smiling, i sighed sitting down and letting him rub my shoulders as a silence fell over.

This could of been the perfect time to tell him but just then an alarm rang throughout the Seireitei, an emergency meeting requesting all captains was called to assemble "You better get going Kisuke"i said looking over my shoulder at him "Yeah"he nodded and gave me a quick kiss before leaving.
