2nd Day of Food Bazaar

"So, babe, ha?" Charles asked her as they sat at an empty chairs of one of the shop owners at the corner of the function hall.

"In case, you don't know, they only give that chocolate to couples. And-" Amber began to explain but he cut her off.

"- and you want that desperately so you pretended to be my girlfriend. Right?" He asked and she nodded sheepishly.

"Besides, you looked familiar. Like I have seen you somewhere." She added and began opening the box. He closed it and she slapped his hand away. "Oy! Titikman ko lang!"

"No. You haven't eaten anything yet. Sasakit tyan mo." He said and started looking around. "Wait here."

"Weirdo." She muttered as she watched him walked away and after a few moments, he returned with some tacos.

"Here. Eat it first bago yang chocs." He said and handed one to her while he opened his. He began chewing and eating while she gaped at him. "Kain na oy."

Sighing, she unfolded one side of the wrapper and ate. It took them around fifteen minutes to finish their tacos and soon, they began talking over chocolates.

"What's your business here?" He asked.

"I'm a food columnist." She said and started talking about her job. Until she mentioned her fave food blogger. "Also, nagbabakasakali rin akong makita ko siya rito. Nagchange un kasi siya sa IG. From foodiebuddy to healt-"

"-Healthbuff." He continued her words. Both of them looked shocked. "Are you the same Amber that Lilac and Adam know? Ikaw ba yung kaibigan ni Li noong pinuntahan namin sa isang resto noong nalasing siya?"

Amber nodded in astonishment. She couldn't believed her eyes. Her fave food blogger is right in front of him.

"Oh wow. Nakakahiya man but it's such an honor to meet you!" She exclaimed and he shook his head.

"Tao rin ako. Hahaha. I am no famous. Although, can you do me a favor? Don't let anyone know how I look like. I still want to be private." He requested and she nodded.

"Yes, of course." She said and smiled. She began to blush. "Oh my gosh! Nakakahiya! Shunga shunga!"

Charles chuckled, "okay lang. Being your boyfriend isn't so bad, after all."

Little did they know that a romance between them is blossoming any time soon.
