"Pakitawag naman si Amber, Riza, please. Thanks!" Lucy, the F&B Management Head Organizer, asked her secretary before the latter went out.

"Will do, Ma'am." Riza said with a smile and closed the door behind her.

After sitting down on her chair, she pressed the local number for the editorial department and looked for Amber.

"Yes, Madame!" Amber answered in her usual chirpy voice. "Ano pong atin?"

"Miss Lucy is asking for you. Be here now." She said and her eyes widened before the secretary hung up.

"Luh. Ano meron? Bakit parang kinabahan ako bigla?" She asked herself as she pushed open the heavy doors of their department as she treaded towards the Head Organizer's office.

As she approached the said place, Riza gestured for her to go in and she nodded. Heaving a deep breath, she knocked twice before she entered.

"Good morning, Ma'am." Amber greeted her and Ma'am Lucy gestured for her to sit down.

"So, we have an event this coming Feb. 13 to 15. You will be covering that for one and a half day while Amanda will do the rest." Ma'am Lucy  instructed and Amber jotted them down.

"Uh. Feb 13, whole day and half day po ng Feb. 14 ako magcocover, tama po?" Amber clarified and Ma'am Lucy nodded. "Saan po gaganapin ang event?"

"Phil. Trade and Training Center tayo." Ma'am Lucy said.

"Noted po. Thank you, Ma'am." Amber said and she went out of the office as instructed.

"Libreng pagkain na naman to! Yey!" She thought while laughing inwardly.
