"WAKE UP SLEEPPY HEADS" my dad yells waking us up. Hockey season is over but I still train all summer. Alex being his grumpy morning self gets up and slaps my dad in the face. We all start to laugh except for him. Me and Sarah go upstairs to get dressed and Alex falls back to sleep. I put on my under armour tank top along with my under armour tight shorts. Sarah is decked out in her Team Manitoba clothes. She's got Team Manitoba under armour along with sweat pants and a jacket. I laugh at her and tell her the people after us will boo her due to she promises she's also going to wear her jersey. Where about to leave when we remember Alex. I go down stairs and jump on him sure enough I wake him up and we leave. We get to the arena with 10 minutes to spare we quickly get our gear on and hop on the ice. Me reppin' Ontario while Sarah kept her promise and is wearing her Team Manitoba. Then there's Alex wearing his JT19 jersey that Jonathan gave him for his birthday. I love how close Alex and my family are with the Toews' I love them so much and I don't know what I would do without them. We just skate a few laps and then my dad gets on the ice. Him being himself makes us do suicides for ten minutes to warm us up and then for the rest of the time we do different drills. With about ten minutes left some men about my dad's age start walking in the arena as soon as they set there eyes on Sarah they started booing I went up to her and said " told you so" then I went up to the men and said " do you know who your booing at your booing at the daughter of Jonathan Toews" they where in shock when I told them that and then started laughing at themselves. The funny thing is I know those men I have the ice every Saturday morning at six and they have it every Saturday morning at 7. It's been like this since September so I've met them before and they always come early to watch me practice. After practice is over we decide to go out for breakfast. We all decide on going to A&W. I bet get bacon, eggs and a hash brown with orange juice.Sarah and Alex get pancakes with hot chocolate and my dad gets a coffee. After breakfast we head home and the first thing Alex does is take a nap. While me and Sarah watch modern family.
