"The Prince avoided making contact with people in this world." Pantherlily continued, the four of them walking along the beach so the exceeds could take a break. 
        "From what I heard, he would put everyone to sleep when he visited, so no one could see his face." Kat added on.

        "It's hard to believe he would take in a disciple and not tell anyone about it." Crystal agreed.

       "What are you three trying to say?" Carla asked, slightly irritated.
        "It's a very crazy guess. . ." Lily started. "That man named Mest. . .Is he really a member of the guild?"
    Almost as soon as he stated that, a red flare was sent into the air, exploding after a certain height. Four pair of eyes followed it before Crystal spoke up.
        "Red flare. . .Enemies are on the island."
        "We have to get to Wendy - fast." Lily ordered, his wings appearing again.
        "Right." The two female exceeds nodded and copied his actions -  Kat grabbing the straps on Crystal's crop top.
        "I can smell Wendy - towards the right." 

  ☁️ ☁️☁️ 

     "Right there! At the edge of the cliff!!" Crystal suddenly exclaimed, her finger pointing towards the edge of a cliff that overlooked the ocean. 

       "Wendyy!!" Carla yelled at the top of her lungs, trying to catch the bluenette's attention. "Wendy!!"

        "Get away from him, Wendy-nee!!" Crystal ordered.
        "Carla, Lily?! Crystal, Kat, you too?!" Wendy exclaimed in surprise. Kat dropped Crystal in front of Carla and Wendy before quickly taking Carla's side. Lily stood next to Crystal - the two of them acting like a protective barrier.
         "Just who are you, Mest?!" Carla demanded.
         "Eh? W. . .What are you talking about? I'm Mystogen's pupil. . ." He asked in confusion. Crystal furrowed her eyebrows. If Mest really wasn't who he said he was, he was a pretty good actor - she had to admitted it. 
    

    In a chain reaction, Crystal shoved Wendy and the exceeds further back as Lily charged forward - growing into his battle mode - and shoved Mest into the boulder behind him, punch the rock beside his head. 
        "The Prince would never take a pupil from this world." Lily stated. "You were smart to use someone who is no longer in this world, but you made a mistake in this setup, Mest. . .Or whatever you name is."
        "Hey!!" Wendu call out from behind them. "What are you guys talking about all the sudden?!"
        "You be quiet." Carla ordered - not even looking at her partner. 
        "I'd listen to her." Kat advised.

        "Who are you?!" Crystal demanded. 
        "Wh-What are you talking about?" Mest - if that is even his name -  stammered.

        "You can probably use a magic that controls peoples' memories. You cast magic on this guild's members and then pretended to be a member yourself." Pantherlily started. "Including the bit about the Prince, you story has tons of unnatural points about it. And I can't think of anyone who has any interaction with you."
       "And you don't even know what that signal means - do you?" Crystal asked rhetorically. "Explain, please, I would love to see what kind of crap excuse you can make up." 

    The man being interrogation dropped his head down - shadows covering his face. Before any of them could react - he looked up and disappeared.
        "He disappeared!" Kat exclaimed in shock. Crystal suddenly breathed in shock, turning around just to see Mest appear out of no where and grab her older sister. 
        "Wendy!!" Carla and Crystal cried out together. 
        "Watch out!!" Mest ordered, grabbing onto Crystal's arm as he fell back - narrowly avoiding a large beam of power. 
        "An attack?! What's going on?" Lily got in a defensive position from where the attack came from. 
    Crystal shrugged Mest's grip off her shoulder - but he quickly shoved the two younger girls behind him. Knowing he wouldn't do anything - she thought - Crystal shoved Wendy behind her and tried to stand as close to Lily as she could.

        "Who was that?! Show yourself!" Mest demanded. It was quiet for a short moment before a tree nearby started to twist at the bark. 
        "Good job finding me." The tree spoke, making Crystal jump slightly in surprise. It sounded like a man. 
       "There's. . .a person coming out. . .of a tree." Crystal more-less stated. 
       "Wh. . .Who are  you?" 
       "My name is Azuma." The tree spoke. "One of Grimoire Heart's 7 Kin of Purgatory."

       "Grimoire Heart?!" Wendy gasped. 
       "A dark guild." Carla muttered. 
       "One of the top three dark guild." Kat added on quietly. 
       "So the signal just now was to announce an enemy attack, I see." Mest said. 

       "Hmph." Azuma seemed to chuckle as he started to pull his torso out of the tree truck - his skin matching the brown tone. "Maybe I should tell you its too late. . ."
   Crystal rose an eyebrow in amusment. "You're sarcastically funny for someone going to attack Fariy tail."

       "I try."
        "Stop conversing with him!" Kat snapped, a tic mark appearing on her head.

        "Just. . .What's going on here?!" Lily shouted. 

        "If I infiltrated Fairy tail's holy land, I figured a few questionable things would come out of the woodwork. But Grimoire Heart on top of the black mage Zeref? Lady Lucy must really be shining on me. . ."
        "Who are you?!" Carla exclaimed. 
        "We've asked this way to many times and just not get an answer!" Crystal snapped. Mest looked back towards the fairies, a grim smile on his face. 
         "You still haven't figured it out yet? I'm a member of the council. I snuck in here searching for something I could use to put out Fairy tail."
         "The council!?" Carla and Kat said at the same time, Kat scoffing the word out while Carla was surprised. 
         "But. . ."

         "My, my." Azuma spoke in a monotone voice - as if he already knew everything there was to the world. Mest seemed reminded that he was there and turned back around.
         "But I'm afraid that plan as come to an end. To think that a guild with an unkown location like Grimoire Heart would come to this island!" Mest started laughing. "If I can take care of this, I'll be able to stop dreaming about that promotion."

    A cock look spreads across his face as he stared Azuma dead in the eye. . .Well, where he thought the guys eyes were. "Just in case, I decided to have the council's main force arrest squad battleship waiting nearby. Looks like that was the right decision. I'm arresting all of you. I'm going to crush that demonic heart of yours into pieces."

        "Battleships?" Azuma questioned, seemingly acting like he didn't hear a word Mest said. A huge explosion happened behind them, causing everyone to look in horror at the raging fires. "You mean those?"
         "Wh. . .What did you do?"
         "The ship. . ." Mest gasped in a daze of shock. "Impossible."

         "Now then," Azuma sighed - stepping out of the tree trunk completely. "WOuld you mind if I began my job now, Mr.Official?"
        "Everyone get back!" Crystal and Lily said simultaneously, the bluenette whipping out her pen while the ex-royal guard brought his fists up higher. 
       "Just like the old days, eh Lily?" Crystal grinned, starting to draw an outline of a flame, a 'V' in the middle with an orange hue.

       "The old days." Lily scoffed. "You make me sound older than I am."

        "Well. . ." Crystal drawled, putting her pen back in her pouch before called out; "Vulpix!"

        "About time you call me!" Vulpix complained slightly, baring her fangs at Azuma as the light died around her. 

    Lily took that as his cue and charged forwards - going in for a punch. Azuma simply raised his hand. "Brevi." The explosion surrounded Lily - but just as quick as he disappeared, he appeared and gave a good upper cut to Azuma. 
         "Not now," Crystal hissed. "Complain later. Use Fire Spin!"

    The fire-spirit reeled her head back before sprouting a wave of fire from her mouth - hitting Azuma head on. The Grimoire Heart member put a hand out - looking like the attack was barely hurting him. 
        "This can't be all you have." Azuma sounded like he was whining. 
        "Shut up!" Crystal shouted, appearing behind Azuma and punching him as hard as she could on the back of his head. The male stumbled forwards and barely glanced over his shoulder before golden orbs surrounded her. 

        "Shi-" Another explosion cut her off - this time knocking back everyone. Crystal slid a few feet before pushing herself up with her hands and landed with a flip. 
        "Lily, Crystal!" Wendy called out - throwing her arms up in the air as a magic circle appeared under her. "Arms X Vernier!"
    Once again - Lily threw himself at Azuma. When Azuma raised his hands, Lily sprouted his wings and flew away to avoid the bombs. 

        "Vulpix, Fire bubble!" Crystal commanded from the other side of the battle field. Vulpix nodded, doing what she was told as Crystal slashed the air. "Storm Dragon Wing Attack!!"
    Azuma stood their calmly before Lily went for another punch - causing him to dodge. The two of them exchanged punches and after a while, Crystal joined in.
    Crystal kicked Azuma in the gut while Lily sent a right hook. Azuma ducked the punch while jumping backwards - pointing two fingers at Vulpix. Crystal instantly noticed, swiping at the air again. 
        "Vulpix, go back!"
        "Wh-" Before the bobs could go back - Vulpix disappeared. While Crystal was distracted, Azuma gave Crystal a hard back hand - sending her flying. 
        "Lily!!! Into the sky!!" Carla demanded. 
        "Crystal!!! Get ready!!" Kat shouted. 
    The duo complied - Lily flying into the air while Crystal rushed to where she was out of Azuma's line of sight. The said male raised his hands to shoot down Pantherlily from the sky.
    As soon as Mest appeared behind Azuma with Wendy - Crystal knew what was going to happen.
   So at the same time as her sister, she puffed up her cheeks for her roar. 

        "Pathetic." 

    Crystal's eyes widen in shock as Azuma thrust his arms outwards and a burst of powerful magic emitted from him. "Tower Burst!"

    White light enveloped them all as the spell was cast. As soon as she could see again - Crystal realized she was several meters away from where she originally stood and Wendy, Carla, and Kat were closer. 
    A agonizing feeling hit her as pained pants escaped from her mouth. Azuma stood their calmly, watching the fairies and their plus one lay on the ground - either passed out or barely awake. 

       "Is this guild made up of children?" Azuma seemed to spat at the mages and exceeds on the ground. 
        "You're. . .You're going to eat your words." Crystal laughed airily - wincing in pain as she scooted closer to protect Wendy from Azuma's dark gaze.
        "And why do you say that?" He asked with amusement lacing his tone. 
        "Because as soon as someone from my guild finds out you did this - their going to beat your ass till no one will realize it was you." 
    Azuma chuckled, walking closer. Crystal grunted, trying to shelter Wendy even more. When he stopped in front of her, he chuckled. 
        "That will be a nice thought for you to dream about. . ." He stated, raising two fingers like a gun. The last thing Crystal saw was the yellow bombs.
