Alpha?

Oh my gosh.

 I'm flipping out, this Alpha is my mate.

 My heart is beating three times faster the usual. I have butterflies going crazy in my stomach.

Our eyes never drifted apart and then he turned to Alpha Robert and shook his hand. Alpha Grayson stood with so much confidence will standing at the podium. I never wanted to look away.

"Yearning Dawn pack as you may know there has been a threat on my pack and I need warriors to come fight along side warriors from other packs all over the continent. You will be paid for the position but I cannot guarantee your life is safe. War is war. If you wish to help please see my Beta after the meeting is finished." as soon as Alpha Grayson finished the crowd stayed quiet. Alpha Robert walked back to the podium and mentioned a few events and meetings that would be happening in the next few months but I couldn't hear him as all my focus was on Alpha Grayson

"This meeting is adjourned." Alpha Robert dismisses the pack and I try to make my way to my new mate but in the matter of seconds he disappears.

I run out of the meeting hall and try to find him, I decide to see if he went into the woods and I take off running into the woods following his scent.

"Are you out here? I just want to meet you. If you don't want to meet me that's okay I guess." I say sadly, but as soon as those words I am swept off my feet into a pair of strong arms. My gaze is fixed on him. My future is with him. Even though my plans with Andrew were crushed I couldn't help but be happy.

"Well hello there." I smile. He stares at me blankly saying nothing. "Are you okay? Are you feeling sick? I can get you some medicine, is it your head? Or is it your stomach? I have some meds that would take care of that for you, they always work for me when I have aches and pains, but on the other note I am a women and my sickness might be differ-."

Alpha Grayson puts one finger to my lips. I realized I had just ruined the moment with my babbling.

"I am not sick my little mate but I appreciate your concern." He says with a smile

"Oh. I'm sorry. I'm just really nervous Alpha Grayson." I say nervously.

"Call me Grayson, and what is your name my little mate."

"Presley."

"Beautiful name, well even though I have enjoyed our chat we better get back to the pack house so you can pack a few things and say good bye to your friends and family before we leave."

"Wait what?"

"I'm not leaving here without my mate, I have to protect you and I can't all the way from my pack."

"I understand. I just didn't think it would be so fast but as your mate I will follow you anywhere. Where you go I go."

He gives me a million dollar smile and sets me down on the ground. "I honestly thought that would be a lot harder to convince you."

I shrug, "I am known to surprise people."

We start to walk towards the pack house and halfway there I do something he didn't expect, I grab his hand and look towards him and smile. "I think were going have lots of fun." I say

"I believe we will Presley, I believe we will."

When we get back to the house we are greeted by my parents and Abigail. They are surprised and frightened by the man that stood beside me.

"Mom, Dad, Abigail, this is my mate Grayson." I say proudly

"Nice to meet you son, I know you will treat my daughter well." My dad said

"Yes I promise on my life. Unfortunately we have to leave tonight to make it back to my pack. I promise to bring her back to visit but I have business to take care back home."

"We understand Grayson, Please take care of her." My mom says, sadness lacing her voice. I felt bad for my parents. I'm their last child and I'm being whisked away from them, but I have to do what I have to do. Grayson is my mate and I'm destined to be with him. I finally look at Abigail who has tears forming in her eyes. I let go of Grayson's hand and I run to Abigail. I hug her with all my force and we head up to my room to pack up a few things.

"Presley please don't leave. Who am I going to make stupid jokes with?" she asks while tears run down her face.

"Abs I have to. He's my mate. Where he goes I go. I will come home to visit I promise." I say ask I pack up a few of my clothes

"I'm going to miss you so much. Phone me everyday okay." she runs over to me and hugs me. I immediately hug back and we finish packing.

Saying good bye was hard none the less but I knew I would see them again. I hope into the passenger seat of Grayson's car and he gets into the drivers seat. Everyone was waving at me saying their final goodbyes. In the corner of my eye I see Andrew scowling at me. I quickly look away and lay my head on the side of the seat.

"I'm sorry Presley. I know that was hard." Grayson says full of emotion.

"Its okay Grayson. I want to be with you. They understand." I smile

He rest's his hand on my knee and rubs soothing patterns on my skin that instantly makes me feel relaxed.

"How far is your from here?" I ask tiredly

"About six hours, get some rest, we will be there when you wake."

That's all I need as I shut my eyes and drifted to sleep. I slept pretty well the whole time only waking up a few times from bumps in the road or loud car horns. Sometime Grayson had carried me to bed when we arrived to his pack. I remember being safe in the presence of Grayson.

As I start to wake up I see a large room with white walls, there was a desk at one corner and a couch beside it. In the middle of the was a king sized bed that I was currently laying in, and a fireplace in front of me. There was three doors and I assumed that it was a exit, closet and washroom. I look beside me and see Grayson sleeping silently beside me. His mouth opened slightly taking small breaths. I took the time to admire my mate.

He was definitely breathtaking. He had a jaw that could cut wood and brown hair that reminded me of dark chocolate. Taking a look at his body he was so built. Alpha bodies are something am I right? He had a small birthmark on his neck shaped like a heart. Awe so cute!

He takes a large breath showing me he was awake.

"Good morning Princess." he says in his sexy morning voice.

"Princess?" I laugh at the cute nickname

He shoots me a smile and leans in for a kiss.

"Woah buddy." I put my hand to his plump lips "We follow my rules."
