E3 Chapter 14~First Day

William put on his work clothes and started walking out to his car. "Hey, dad, could you give me a ride?" Charlie asked. "Me too! I gotta get to work soon!" Michael rushed out of the door, wearing a security outfit. "Well, first of all, it depends on where you're going," William replied. "I gotta be at Candy's soon, so-" "What? I'm heading there too!" Michael interrupted. "Well, just drop me off at Sooubway. I'm meeting my friend there." Charlie spoke. William sighed. "Come on, we don't have all the time in the world." He said.

Michael set a cub of coffee on the desk. It seemed that they DID have time to stop somewhere else. Well anyways, it was a little before midnight and William was just finishing up his duties, which were making sure the animatronics were working properly. Michael walked in just in time for him to be twisting Candy's arm back into the socket. "Well, it's only right to try and prevent something like...the series of events in the past...from repeating. Let's not try to let our minds meander back into the past. It's healthiest to keep on forward and not let scary, metallic, robots ruin our lives again." He scratched his head before continuing. "Hey, wasn't his hand open?" The hand in question was now in a fist as if Candy was about to punch William in the gut. "Odd design to have his hand in a fist, because this thing is for performing for kids!" Then he noticed the microphone on the floor and the way that Candy's hand was no longer in a fist, but in the perfect position to fit the microphone in. He set the microphone in and wiped his forehead. "Now that I'm done, I can head out. You be careful if anything pops up at night, like some robber or a giant bug." He chuckled before heading out the door. Immediately, Michael headed over to the kitchen and grabbed a package of fries. "Nice try, Mike." A voice said above him. Cassidy floated above him, smiling at him. "You better put that back and come with me." Cassidy disappeared and Michael heard a faint giggle come from the office. Michael frowned, quickly put the fries back, and hurried over to the office. Inside, a little child sat on the desk, swinging their feet. Micahel jumped back, hitting his head on the wall. He heard some metal device slam onto the floor. This scared Michael into the chair, sending it rushing across the room and setting off another device. This made Micahel roll under the desk and set off ANOTHER device. The bang made him hit his head on the desk and get up off the floor. He dusted himself off as the kid laughed. "So who exactly are you?" He asked. "Sorry, I should probably introduce myself. The name's Sammy." He held out his hand. Michael stared for a moment. "Sammy...?" "Oh, Emily! Sammy Emily. Though my REAL name is...oh, I forgot." The kid, who seemed to be a boy, giggled again. Michael, however, was shocked yet again. "Uhh, you...I...your sister..." Michael struggled to speak. Sammy smirked. "Michael, I already know." He said. Cassidy came through the wall. "I, for one, can confirm this. You'll never believe how he found out." Cassidy and Sammy looked at each other, and for once, Cassidy was laughing, enjoying the moment like a little kid...

Author's Note: There's no need to go into too much detail of what happened afterward, and frankly, I don't want to. But I'll get to that in a moment. Cassidy wanted 2 things,  for Michael and Sammy to help with the celebration of Henry's "Graduation", and for Michael to help reintroduce Sammy to Charlie and William. Cassidy, of course, would work on both too, needing to ask Charlie and William to help with the party as well, so Cassidy would accompany them through both tasks. T address the statement earlier, I discovered something today. I've lost motivation to continue with this story. That doesn't necessarily mean that the story is canceled because it most certainly isn't, but The End is coming sooner than I even expected. So the main thing is that the story will end this year, and that's it. The story is coming to a close. For real this time. Anyways, back to our story...

The clock struck 6 AM. Six hours had already gone by in the time that the three had talked. "Well, I hope your ready Sammy, now's the time. "Michael told him. He, of course, was right. But it wasn't just time for Sammy, for his father was ready to start some gaming.
Honestly, now that I type this, playing some dumb (but fun) game doesn't sound so urgent compared to introducing a dead family member to their childhood friend and sister, as well as their dad's business partner who now is their guardian as their dad sits in a random sealed off basement area in their house, unknowingly about to be the victim of attempted, or even successful, murder at the hands of a burnt bear spirit out for revenge. Scratch that, he's being threatened by a bear spirit kid thing. That sounds pretty intense but also funny. Ah crap, I'm off-topic and stretching out word count. Time to get to the next chapter.
