I guess this is probably the only chapter in the story where I'll just explain this stuff myself. If not, this will be the first. 
Disclaimer: This chapter is recommended if you would like the story's version of the FNaF lore to set things up.

1.Henry Emily and William Afton open a restaurant, Fredbear's.
2.Henry's daughter, Charlotte Emily, is killed outside Fredbear's and Henry goes crazy, taking it out on William.
3.Henry sets up a plot to get Michael Afton to kill his brother unwillingly.
4.Henry tricks Michael into thinking that William controlled Michael into killing his brother and 5.now William blames Michael for it.
6.Michael joins Henry in his future schemes to get back at his father.
7.Henry and William make Freddy's.
8.Henry and Michael kill children at Freddy's without William knowing.
9.After proof from the animatronics that the kids are in the bodies, Freddy's gets shut down and William and Henry split up, but Henry and Michael get away with punishment from the murders because nobody knows but people who worked at the building, and they won't tell.
10.Freddy JR's is opened by William and this building follows the same fate as the first. 
11. Henry is given a plot device that keeps him from getting arrested after everyone knows he is responsible.
12.William then opens Circus Baby's Pizza World.
13.Henry, William, William's daughter Elizabeth Afton, and what would be Elizabeth's friends, end up in the same place at the same time, which brings us to...
