I awoke once more, starting to grow slightly annoyed by the sheer amount of times I had lost my vision for mere seconds and ended up somewhere new. William, wherever he was, required my help to finally escape Hell.
I groaned then stood to observe my surroundings. I appeared to be in some form of holding area. Several children and a flickering shadow laid upon the steel grey floor, their eyes closed, wearing animatronic masks on their faces. Occasionally, one would let out a slight chuckle or a groan of frustration.
Other kids were walking into an open doorway that was emitting a bright light. Heaven. The children were smiling or sighing sadly, which confused me. Where was I, and why were there so many kids here?
"Um, excuse me," I said, stopping a young girl before she could leave, "Where are we?"
The girl giggled. "We're in a special place, where we can get revenge, silly!"
"A special place? For what?" I inquired, my curiosity growing by the second.
The girl grinned brightly. "Revenge. We have the purple man in a strange room where we each try to kill him before he reaches 6 am! The first one to do it will get a prize!" She squealed delightedly after the last bit and started dancing around lazily with much grace.
My heart seemed to stop beating again. Not that it was to begin with. William was now in an even worse situation than I could've ever anticipated. "W-what is the prize?" I asked, trying to keep my voice from stuttering in vain.
The girl froze for a second, thinking deeply. "Satisfaction, obviously!" She twirled around in a circle, the Chica mask around her neck flopping about. "Also, each time he dies, his soul gets weaker or something. You'd have to ask Cassidy about the idea behind it. Or Maribelle." She then darted through the doorway, her child mind unable to wait for Heaven any longer.
I groaned to myself, my own mask slipping off my face. There was no point to hiding who I was anymore, so why bother with it? The clown mask hit the floor with a clang, cracks spider-webbing around the eyes and mouth. The faceplates loosened slightly but fortunately the mask didn't break entirely.
I stared at the doorway for an instant before walking towards it. My skin seemed to burn as the light bounced off it, my back crawling from the sins I had committed. I didn't belong in Heaven, and this doorway agreed with my guilty conscience.
"I'm sorry, Y/N." I whispered as I turned away from the door and back to the people laying upon the floor. "We can never be together."
I picked up my mask from where it fell onto the floor, my fingers brushing the metal surface. The hollow eyes seemed to bore into my blackened soul, the mouth whispering words of evil and suffering. I slid the mask back onto my face, feeling the cold metal sink into my flesh. There was no escaping my fate.
I am the monster that ripped apart the Afton family. I am the beast that helped take so many lives. I am TWljaGFlbCBBZnRvbg==
William's P.O.V
I forced the Freddy head back over mine as Toy Bonnie rushed into the room, hunting me for some reason I didn't understand. The blue bunny once again leaned over me, his criminal detection system trying to pick up the slightest trace of human flesh. After a few minutes, the bunny walked away, satisfied with his scan.
I quickly wound up that damned music box, knowing that if it ran out that my life would end. I quickly put down the monitor just as Golden Freddy, the remains of my youngest son, appeared. I put on the mask and he vanished.
Toy Chica suddenly popped into the room, staring into the eyes of the Freddy head. I prayed that she would leave, and she finally did, after 45 bloody minutes!
I turned on the global music box, seeing as it was 5 am, and relaxed. According to my calculations, that would be the last attack of the night. Another victory was in sight.
Suddenly, there was a large commotion in the vent to the right of me. A large, moldy rabbit leaped out, part of his skull exposed, and one thought flashed into my mind: Scraptrap.
Scraptrap lunged at me, grasping my face with his arm and hurling me into the wall. He loomed over me, leering.
"Long time, no see." I joked weakly. "How's your hand doing?"
"Why the FUCK would you ask that? It's gone, you bloody imbecile!" Scraptrap roared.
"Oh, heh, silly me. I hope you won't get HANDS ON with me, seeing as how you've got none." I laughed, knowing that I would die soon.
Scraptrap slammed my head onto the ground. "Weakling. You wouldn't even be here if it wasn't for me."
I grimaced, which Scraptrap, my insanity, decided to use against me.
"In fact, you know who killed that guard Jeremy. You know who killed your wife. You know who the real monster is in your family. In fact, I think he was faking his schizophrenia." Scraptrap said, leering.
I punched the dumpster rabbit, who froze, shocked. "I know who did this. But he's in a better place. A place where I'll never go!"
Scraptrap laughed insanely then raised his foot to crush my head.
The last thing I heard before my skull was crushed into powder was the ring of the bells, signaling the end of the night.
Note: I hid a secret within the chapter. You'll never figure it out. *insert evil laugh here*
Just kidding if you figure it out you have skills. Scraptrap would lend you a hand if he had one to spare. *insert laughter here*
